Kamaole Beach # 3 est juste en face du haut de gamme Maui Kamaole. Cette propriété dispose d'un aménagement paysager tropical luxuriant et de belles vues sur l'océan, deux magnifiques piscines avec jacuzzis et jeux d'eau. Il y a des barbecues à gaz partout dans la propriété et des courts de tennis à votre disposition. Les plages de Kamaole sont mondialement connues pour leur long littoral sablonneux. L'eau est limpide, ce qui fait de la plongée en apnée. En outre, pendant l'hiver, les baleines à bosse sont juste au large des côtes et font un grand spectacle. Vous apprécierez les plus beaux couchers de soleil imaginables. Vous êtes également à distance de marche des activités, des boutiques et des restaurants et à une courte distance en voiture des terrains de golf de championnat de Wailea et Makena.
Les réservations le jour même (l’arrivée est dans les 24 heures qui suivent) nécessitent un appel téléphonique à Rentals Maui pour confirmation.
L'unité J-120 est un beau rez-de-chaussée, 1 chambre, 2 salles de bain vue sur l'océan unité. Il dispose d'une cuisine complète, air conditionné, laveuse / sécheuse et Internet sans fil. Il y a un lit king californien avec un surmatelas Tempur-Pedic dans la chambre et un grand canapé-lit dans le salon. En plus des équipements énumérés, la cuisine a également un ensemble complet de couteaux avec taille-crayon. Cette unité a été récemment mis à jour, avec des vues magnifiques, et est très bien situé! 4 personnes.
** Informations importantes: Paradise Ridge Estates est un petit développement situé au nord de Maui Kamaole et à proximité de celle-ci. Reprise de la construction le 1er avril 2019 - prévue jusqu'au 14 avril 2020, mises à jour à suivre sous réserve. Les clients seront affectés par la construction des manières suivantes: poussière de construction, bruit de la construction, camions entrant et sortant, machines, etc. **
** Informations importantes: Le projet de peinture de bâtiments extérieurs Mauama Kamaole pour le groupe «J» devrait débuter le 12 août 2019 et se terminer d'ici le 15 novembre 2019. Pendant toute la durée du projet, les visiteurs peuvent entendre et voir la présence des peintres travaillant à proximité et voir les zones de rassemblement au fur et à mesure que les entrepreneurs se succèdent. This condo had cheap sheets that did not fit the bed. It made sleeping uncomfortable. I will not stay in this unit again.

A lovely vacation home

This unit had everything you would need for a relaxing stay for a two week stay. It was very clean, decor was lovely. Enjoyed breakfast out on the patio every morning looking out toward the water. Sand toys, chairs, umbrellas all there. Located close to several great beaches. We loved our time there.

Maui condo rental

Thank you for a wonderful stay for our first visit to Maui. Everything outlined in the listing was accurate. Pool, parking, condo, security and location were awesome. Unfortunately, the hot tub pumps were not working. We hope to visit Maui again and stay at this beautiful condo.

Maui retreat

We had a lovely stay. We had a vehicle which made getting to the beach with all of the great extras they supplied such as chairs , umbrellas and noodles much easier. We would hit the beach early in the morning before the wind kicked up and then headed to one of the 2 resort pools. Our unit had a lovely view of the town and ocean. Kihei is a wonderful friendly little resort town. We would definitely come back.

Winter in Maui

I have rented at Maui Kamaole at least 5 times in the past. I really like the location and layout of the property. The unit we rented was clean and well-appointed, and very comfortable. The only negatives, and these are minor are that the safe was locked and unavailable for me to use, and that the air-con unit in the bedroom is very noisy. Overall, it's a great unit and we very much enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed at Maui Kamaole several times and and had a great time each visit and appreciate the location and close proximity to so many great beaches. Our only wish is that the pool and hot tub stayed open a little later.

Great value!

Very comfortable and well appointed ground level suite with amazing ocean views from the lanai. We loved how close it was to the upper pool, enjoyed the renovated bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen and all the beach equipment (although some of the umbrellas are missing pieces/broken). The king bed in the master bedroom is really comfortable and our teenagers didn’t complain about the sofa bed pull-out. Only minor suggestion is offering more in the amenity pack as we had to purchase more toilet paper and shampoo on the 5th day of our one week stay and we there was only the 4 of us.

Home Away From Home

I would highly recommend staying at this condo. The location is convenient- it’s walkable to the beach and within ten minutes of restaurants by car. The view is amazing! The amenities were great. There are plenty of towels and beach towels, some beach chairs, and two coolers. The in-room laundry is a plus. The bathrooms are spacious, and the condo is remodeled and modern. The unit is very close to the upper pool. We enjoyed staying at this condo so much so that we wish we extended the stay at this location rather than move to the beachside location we stayed at after our wedding.

Absolutely amazing!

This is your home away from home but with the addition of a beautiful ocean view and fantastic Maui weather! Everything you might need is right at your fingertips, from pots and pans to beach chairs and boogie boards! And the beds (including the pull out with the roll up mattress found in the closet) were very comfortable. I'm only scratching the surface (a/c, washer and dryer, great kitchen, 2 bathrooms etc) and for those considering this rental don't hesitate for a second... It's worth every penny. Our family couldn't have been happier and can not wait to come back. Thank you for sharing your home!

Best Condo in Kihei

My boyfriend and I had an amazing experience with this property. It is quite large. Being on the 1st floor was great. Along with our patio we got a small grass space and the views of the ocean were better than expected. The property came fully stocked with everything you need. We were pleasantly surprised to find it came with lots of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers, sand toys, and pool noodles. The property had a very nice pool and spa area close by. The condo area was quiet and perfect for relaxing without the busyness of a resort or hotel. Also if want to snorkel, Redline Rafting departs right across from the condominium and they offer the best snorkeling tours. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!!

The master bath needs a little repair but we made it work. There weren’t any sand toys for the kids - so we purchased some and left them for the next family. There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. If you’re picky about pillows, you’ll want to pack your own. The pull out sleeper sofa was fine for our 3 and 6 year old but it would not be comfortable for bigger kids or adults. The view from the lanai was beautiful and you’re just steps from the upper pool. We spent our mornings exploring beaches and our afternoons enjoying the pool. The condo complex is beautifully landscaped and quiet. We enjoyed our stay.
