Fabulous Ocean Views, l'une des plus grandes 1 chambres du complexe Maui Kamaole

Pourquoi venir à Maui et ne pas regarder l'océan depuis votre unité? Ce condo d'une chambre dans le bâtiment G (G-104) est votre paradis! Salon de plus de 20 'de large, 1039 pi2 2 salles de bain, grande chambre des maîtres avec un ensemble de chambre à coucher king. Le spacieux salon / salle à manger / cuisine comprend une grande télévision à écran plat réglable (vous pouvez même la regarder depuis la véranda), un lit de repos queen, des ventilateurs de plafond et un bureau (Internet gratuit et une imprimante). La chambre principale est également assez spacieuse avec une autre télévision à écran plat et un lecteur DVD, et une cour pour se détendre, suspendre des vêtements mouillés, ranger des jouets, etc. Nous venons d'ajouter deux vélos à votre disposition.

Regardez le soleil se coucher et les baleines sauter pendant que vous dînez dans notre véranda carrelée. Si le soleil est trop brillant, fermez le store électrique.

Maui Kamaole est entre Wailea et Kihei; les plages et la plongée avec tuba sont à quelques pas de la colline. Le complexe dispose de 2 piscines (dont une avec cascade), de bains à remous et de courts de tennis. La cuisine est équipée de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin, et la laveuse et la sécheuse empilables fonctionnent très bien. Les ventilateurs de plafond et la climatisation aideront tout le monde à se sentir à l'aise.

The home was clean, prepared for us and lovely! Quiet at night and so convenient to parking, the beach, restaurants and groceries. The view is so special! The beach supplies were helpful. We cant wait to return!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is large and has a fabulous view. I thought the king bed was very comfortable. There was a nice selection of beach and snorkel gear.

Very nice condo & Alice is a wondeful host. Roomy, comfortable & well stocked with whatever you need including snorkels, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. King size bed was very comfortable. The condo itself is nice but the #1 feature is the the view from the lanai! It is fantastic & it was great watching the ocean & whales from our own condo. Kamaole beach 3 is right across the road. A big kona storm disrupted the end of our stay but this condo complex was unaffected & Alice was super helpful & understanding. Wonderful place!

Our family cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at this property. The location is fabulous, with incredible ocean views from the lanai. A short walk to the beach, snorkeling, shops, restaurants and more. The condo and property grounds were extremely clean and very accessible. We met quite a few residents of the complex and everyone was super kind and welcoming. Our children loved the 2 different pools on the property. We also enjoyed walking the small trails on the green space across the road from the condo first thing in the morning or right at sunset!In the condo itself, everything you could need for your vacation was provided (beach items/activity & sporting equipment/plenty of household & kitchen items/etc). We have stayed at many rentals and found this one to be the best by far for stocked items. You really feel like you are in a home as everything is thought of already. Alice was exceptional to communicate with, friendly, very informative and provided timely updates. We truly appreciated the write up she provided with tips and things to know/consider for our stay and touring around the island.I highly recommend Alice's condo and we will definitely look to book it again the next time we visit Maui!!!

We had a lovely vacation in this unit. It was quiet and had everything we needed. The owner was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely stay in this unit again. The owner also gave us ideas for places to go on the island.

Really enjoyed our stay great place and location for a great value and many benefits. View was amazing and the unit was clean and family friendly. Even with the road nearby it was quiet and enjoyable. Great mornings watching the moon set and evening eating dinner and watching the sunset. The host was quick to respond and resolve an issue with infant accommodations. Only downside would be that the A/C units do struggle to cool down the unit, mostly ended up using fans to pull air through the condo which is a little warmer than we had hoped but matches the beach vibes.

I'm sorry the AC did not work as well as you would've liked. Sometimes in Sept. the air is really still and humid. Most other times of the year, they work great. I personally love to leave the front door open and the door to the lanai (screens closed) - it creates a wonderful breeze through the condo.

Fabulous views!

A wonderful place to stay in the south Kihei area, great views and quick access to the beach. The places was clean and spacious, the two of us were plenty comfy for the week. Close to lots of great food and easy access to the rest of the island.

It was great. Only constructive criticism: there wasn’t a cutting board, I looked all over. Made cutting the pineapple a little difficult. Also, would suggest a luggage rack or two.

Wonderful stay

We had a love stay here. It had everything we needed. The beach equipment and toys were a nice touch. We have two littles so having a crib was a huge help and we were able to let them play on the lanai.

Wonderful stay!

My wife and I had a great stay with our infant. The property had ample space and amazing ocean views. We could see the sunset from the patio. Everything was as advertised. Alice was incredibly helpful and responsive, she went out of her way to make our stay memorable. We’d definitely stay here again!

Fabulous Condo

Everything was great, the daybed in the living room was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The view is incredible! We had an incredible week staying here, I’d definitely book with Alice again, hopefully soon.

Most excellent place

Great location , ideal for what we wanted . Very spacious and clean . Although we only made breakfast some mornings , I was really impressed with the quality of the kitchen utensils , so clean and new , something we have never seen in other VRBO properties . The owner really takes care of this place . Overall everything was perfect .

Great Location!

We enjoyed this comfortable unit with lovely outdoor seating and easily accessible walks along the ocean and beaches. The upper spa was also very nice with a tropical feel provided by the surrounding vegetation. Highly recommend.

I live in the mountains of Ouray, Colorado, (where I also have VRBO rentals) but we also love the sea. I still sell real estate and manage other rentals in Ouray, Colorado. I can think of nothing better than enjoying the warm ocean waters of Maui.

My husband and I looked for 4 years to find our perfect place in the islands and believe this is it! He was able to enjoy it with me until he passed away in 2020. I have owned here since 2013. I know you'll love our place too.

In addition to the ocean views, we found this low rise complex blends beautifully with the wonderfully landscaped grounds and fits our laid back lifestyle while we are on Maui. Being close to great swimming beaches and snorkeling with the turtles, restaurants, and shopping were also an important part of choosing this condo.
