Bienvenue à Sunset Point! Cette belle maison au bord du lac rénovée a des planchers en bois et des carreaux partout. Avec quatre chambres et deux salles de bains et demie, la propriété est spacieuse et construite pour que toute votre famille et vos amis se réunissent et profitent du temps ensemble. La maison dispose également d'une salle de jeux avec piscine, ping-pong, fléchettes et télévision. Vous vous divertirez toute la nuit aprÚs une journée sur le lac!

En parlant du lac, vous voudrez passer la plupart de votre temps Ă  l'extĂ©rieur. La cour spacieuse et le porche arriĂšre ont une belle vue sur le lac. Le quai Ă  deux niveaux est conçu pour s'amuser sur l'eau; pĂȘche, bains de soleil et baignade. À la fin de la journĂ©e, le deuxiĂšme niveau offre les meilleures vues du meilleur coucher de soleil au Texas!

Great vacation home

This ended up being one of the best VRBO rentals I have ever booked. Communication with the owner/management was great and the free guided fishing trip was an added bonus. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a rental on Cedar Creek!

Summer retreat

We stayed Sunday through Wednesday. The home was clean and well-equiped. We enjoyed the view of the lake. We played pool and ping pong. We had plenty of room to sleep and play. There are 3 A/C units so we all slept perfectly comfortable. There were 2 bicycles that we didn't get to use, but we had a blast with the kayaks. We loved that thebkitchen had room for our food in the large empty pantry. Will definitely plan to stay here again.

Perfect Thanksgiving holiday with our family

We fished, walked around the neighborhood, cooked a full Thanksgiving meal in the great kitchen, watched movies and played lots of pool! It was a wonderful family vacation.

Located directly on the lake, with upgraded appliances throughout, and there are thoughtful touches as well: extra throw blankets, candles in bathrooms, extra (and plush) towels and high-quality bedding, and a very responsive host.

An awesome house on the lake in a great location just inside a cove! Has a great view and an awesome 2-story dock that made it perfect for our large family - 17 in all. If you are looking for a great stay - this is the house for you!

Great location, great house

House was fantastic. We reserved it for a work get away and it was a great place to get to have some time to unwind and get ready for a new year. Dock and water were perfect for our needs and wants.

Beautiful house and amazing location

We had a wonderful stay at the house! We had a large group and we had plenty of space and everyone had a bed. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. The communication throughout the stay was quick and helpful! Definitely would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing lake weekend.

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Mabank, Tx. The house is well equipped for cooking, relaxing, and having fun! We enjoyed all of the available seating in multiple outdoor areas on the property, fishing from the dock, watching the sunsets, playing pool, and floating and kayaking in the lake. Just amazing!

Wonderful Vacation and Great Communication

Had a wonderful stay that was perfect for our family. Owner Lance/Morgan was wonderful to work with and great communication on the property. Went above and beyond in making our stay great! We take a week long lake trip every year and this was our favorite property so far! Will definitely book again when coming to Cedar Creek! Cannot say enough about how enjoyable the time with family was!

Labor Day

Overall nice property had plenty of accommodations. The parking situation was the only concern there’s not a lot but overall it was a good time and a nice place. The property manager was great to work with, and she worked with us to help accommodate everything we needed.

Our family has been coming to Cedar Creek and this neighborhood area for many years. We enjoy the quiet environment and the outstanding fishing and boating this lake provides.

We have a private boat launch in the neighborhood less than 5 minutes from the house. The Key to the launch is provided in the house. Onsite boat rental at very reasonable rates is available.
