Grand condo à Squaw Valley, récemment mis à jour, à pied du village

Le condominium d'une chambre mesure environ 620 pieds carrés. L'unité est moderne et a été récemment mise à jour. Internet haute vitesse fourni. Le plan d'étage ouvert offre un grand espace pour se divertir. Une cuisine complète avec table et chaises et nouveaux appareils; lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes et four / cuisinière.

La chambre a un lit queen-size avec placard et commode. Le condominium d'une chambre est situé à Squaw Valley sur la route qui relie Plumpjack au téléphérique. Des vues sur la montagne et les arbres sont disponibles depuis la chambre.

Le bâtiment est un immeuble en copropriété des années 70 avec un tapis commun qui est usé et bien utilisé par les skis, les vélos et autres activités de plein air.

Grands restaurants et magasins sont situés dans le village, qui est à quelques minutes à pied de la copropriété.

Great location and super comfortable

They allowed us to bring our dogs, which is huge! The condo was clean and very comfy with a convenient proxy to the village. Great stay and would recommend.

Perfect little condo

Location was ideal, within walking distance to lifts. Communication with host was great. Overall we loved our stay and hope to stay there again next time.

One of the best Tahoe stays I’ve had

I came with four of my friends. All of us were able to sleep between the bed and pullout bed. Location was excellent and we were able to walk to and from the slopes. Couldn’t have been any smoother than it was, and I highly recommend staying here!

This condo was perfect, my kids stayed on the pull out couch- which was fine. Still plenty of room to eat and walk around. The kitchen was well stocked, being on the ground floor was great for arrival and departure as we parked just outside the slider. Easy walk to the village.

We enjoyed our stay!

My husband, 12 and 10 year old kids and dog had a great weekend. Great location. A nice walk to the village. It is an apartment building so you do hear noise. Otherwise, no issues. Owner was vey accommodating and had perfect communication. Thank you!

Great Accommodations

Property worked great for my husband and I plus our dog. I really appreciated the extra kitchen supplies; olive oil, baggies, saran wrap. I usually bring everything and this time forgot to pack some needed items, but Zach had them. Thank you. Bed was comfy, condo was warm despite the -6 degree weather. Plus there was an area we could run our dog off leash nearby. We would stay again.

Great condo!

We overall enjoyed our stay at the condo. Only a few things would have made the visit perfect. We'd have appreciated more than 1/4 roll of toilet paper left for us (a drag to have to go out right away and get more!) Also, the old, scratched non-stick cookware needs replacing. Be prepared for hardly any counter space in the kitchen, which makes cooking frustrating! Light-blocking shades on the windows would be huge plus as well. Other than these minor issues, the condo is wonderful--great location, pleasantly-decorated.

Megan, Sorry to hear that there was not toilet paper. We always have it stocked in the front hall closet and under the sink but will check with the cleaning folks to make sure this doesn't happen again. We do have a shade on the window in the bedroom and curtains. It is a roll down shade, I can add to the instructions so this is clear for the next folks. Sorry you didn't find it. Pans are easy to replace, we've got a lot of them, non stick and some all clad pans. We can remove the ones that have wear. Thanks for the feedback.

Needs fans

While the weather is usually mild it was hot and the unit does not have good air flow. I would suggest investing in stand up fans. Especially since it is a ground floor unit, you can’t leave the sliding glass door open. There are inexpensive ones like Bahama Breeze that work well. The handle of the sliding door came off in my hand as soon as I opened the door. We were able to secure it with only the bottom screw. The first night was so miserable, it was so incredibly hot in the unit we did not sleep. Choosing not to subject ourselves to another night like that we left the next day and gave up on our plans for the area.

Hi Lori, We are very responsive owners, If you’d let us know during your stay we could have helped with both things. There are fans in both closets and could have given you tips for keeping it as cool as it can be without air conditioning. Also, we replaced the sliding glass door handle as soon as we were aware that it fell off. We found it on the ground with missing pieces after your stay.

Amazing condo just a short walk to the slopes!

Our family of four (+ dog) enjoyed a stay after Christmas at Zack's condo. We found it well stocked and spacious for our family (parents plus two kids under 8 and a dog). It's just a short 10 minute walk (for adults) to Olympic Village / skiing. For our kids we ended up driving for ~3 minutes in order to save their legs for skiing. We loved being able to get back to the condo for lunch before heading back out - sparing us the need to wait for takeout and allowing us to avoid crowds during COVID. Can't wait to go back!

My husband, chocolate lab and I had a wonderful time here. The condo is perfectly located and has everything we needed. The host was very friendly and responsive and the check in was seamless. We come to Tahoe often and cannot wait to stay here again. Thank you for allowing dogs! We could never come to Tahoe without her!

Great place for a couple

This place is close to the slopes (a long walk if you’re in ski boots but doable). It’s super clean and well stocked and we were so grateful we could bring our dog!

Great stay and so convenient to the mountain!

Our family of four had a great time at Zack's condo! The location can't be beat- walking distance to the mountain and village. There was even a hiking trail a block away that our entire family (and dogs) really enjoyed. Overall we had a great week there.

Great condo

This was a perfect spot for exploring both the Truckee area and then over to North Lake Tahoe area. It’s close enough to walk to a Starbucks and the village at Squaw Valley too. We’d like to come back in the winter and enjoy the proximity to skiing.

Cute condo near Squaw

We had a great little weekend getaway staying here! The condo is a perfect size; it was just 2 of us but another couple or children would work too. It’s a quiet and relaxing area close to trails and the truckee river. We stayed here amidst the pandemic so I did disinfect the high touch areas for my own peace of mind - light switches/handles needed a wipe down but overall the condo was clean and comfortable. The furniture is in good condition and plenty of kitchen tools for cooking meals. We would definitely stay here again!

A Great Time in Squaw!

My group stayed here for the recent Spartan Race at the resort and this was the perfect property for us. Nice and clean, plenty of space, easy to find, easy to park, and super close to the action. There was even a beautiful trail that started at the end of the street. Zack was prompt with his communication and kind. No complaints here, would gladly stay here again!

5 minute walk to the village and it's conveniences but a smaller cosier condo and building with less noise.
