Situé au cœur du village olympique, ce condo est votre escapade parfaite dans la Sierra! À moins d’un kilomètre de la station de ski et du village de Squaw Valley, nous sommes également nichés entre Truckee et Tahoe City, où se trouvent d’autres stations de ski, marinas, boutiques et restaurants!

Notre condo est une chambre avec deux salles de bain complètes. Situé au premier niveau pour un accès facile, à quelques pas de la porte d'entrée.

Le salon ouvert avec cheminée est idéal pour se retrouver et se détendre après une journée de descente sur les pistes ou d’autres activités de plein air amusantes. La télévision à écran plat est équipée d'un câble pour votre plus grand plaisir.

Envie d'un repas cuisiné à la maison? La cuisine ouverte est entièrement équipée en ustensiles de cuisine et en vaisselle essentiels. Hors de la cuisine est la salle à manger, avec le dessus du bar de la cuisine. Dans la salle à manger est des portes coulissantes à votre propre pont privé. Préparez-vous une tasse de café le matin, sortez et profitez de l'air pur de la montagne!

Dans la chambre à coucher se trouve un lit king-size confortable et une salle de bains principale.

Pour accueillir nos 3ème, 4ème, 5ème et 6ème hôtes, deux canapés-lits confortables dans le salon. La deuxième salle de bain complète est également située à côté du salon.

Quelle que soit la période de l'année visitée, le comté de Placer propose des dizaines d'activités et de sites touristiques!

Notre condo est situé dans le complexe Tavern Inn, équipé d'une piscine, d'un spa de 12 pieds de diamètre, de 2 saunas, de 2 courts de tennis et d'un accès pratique aux pistes cyclables et au fleuve à seulement 800 mètres du complexe de Squaw Creek.

Situé à moins de 5 minutes du village de Squaw Valley! Le village compte de superbes boutiques, de délicieux restaurants, un studio de yoga, un spa de jour et un camp de jour pour enfants.

Le rêve des amateurs de sports d’hiver, nous sommes situés à 5 minutes de la station de ski Squaw Valley, à 10 minutes des Alpine Meadows et à 20 minutes de route de la station de ski North Star à Truckee. Ces stations proposent ski, snowboard, ski de fond, motoneiges et bien plus encore!

La rivière Truckee est une grande attraction en été pour ceux qui cherchent à se mouiller. Il existe un certain nombre de guides de rafting et de pourvoiries locaux proposant des visites. Pour ceux qui recherchent une journée tranquille sur la rivière, le «flotteur paresseux» de Tahoe City à Alpine Meadows est l’une des activités estivales les plus populaires pour les touristes et les locaux. Les opérations de rafting se déroulent généralement entre le début juillet et la fin août.

Profitez d'une variété d'activités au lac Donner, "le joyau de la Sierra". De belles plages tranquilles entourent le lac, y compris la plage de West End. Faites une promenade en vélo autour du lac. À Donner Lake Marina, vous pouvez louer des bateaux, des canoës, des pédalos, du paddle-board, du jet-ski et bien plus encore! À seulement 20 minutes du village olympique.

Profitez également de la randonnée, du vélo, de la pêche, du golf et bien plus encore dans la région de North Lake Tahoe! Le Resort at Squaw Valley propose des terrains de golf, à quelques pas des condos! Il existe une douzaine de terrains de golf supplémentaires dans la région de Truckee / North Lake Tahoe.

A 25 minutes en voiture vous mène à Kings Beach sur le lac Tahoe. Profitez des plages, des restaurants et du port de plaisance de Kings Beach pour des activités nautiques.

Passez une journée à Tahoe City, offrant des restaurants 4 étoiles, des boutiques, des galeries et de nombreuses activités! Surveillez l'horaire du marché fermier!

Situé au centre de la route 89 entre Truckee et Lake Tahoe sur Squaw Valley Road.

En été, vous pouvez rejoindre la station à pied, environ 10 minutes à pied, pour prendre la navette de ski menant à la station de ski Squaw Valley ou à la station de ski alpin.

We used this location for sleeping and regrouping. Spend most of our time in tahoe city. Needs new towels. But we had a comfortable stay. Unable to find location for about an hour. Host send us a different street name and we found the location

Good ski trip

70's condo. Price was right Well worn, all necessities worked except vacuum cleaners. Stove needs leveling. Fold out couches okay beds for kids or strong backs. Check out shuttle services to Palisades, and Base to Base gondola to Alpine Meadows. Kids made a sledding hill right outside the door.

Very dated run down unit

Location & communication was good however very run down dirty feeling unit. Kitchen cabinet door rotting off hinges, grossly dirty dishes rack in window- had to wash every dish we used & mash of very old pots & pans that were coated in grime & dirt with coating peeling off. Cabinets were so old & grime coated - was awful. No toilet paper in second bathroom - 1 roll in master bath but light in that one flickered then went off and on. Would Never recommend this rental ever.

Rescued

Received a call, several, while skiing and finally checked voice mail. Our lodgings for that night and next had frozen pipes and no heat. Sorry, you'll get a full refund. For certain, but I had no place to stay and was on the slopes at 2:30pm. I contacted customer service and finally reached our host. With some firm discussion, I convinced him to get us an alternative. To his credit, he did and probably a nicer place and certainly bigger. We did have to drive 50 miles in two days further to ski but I was pleased to have had it work out as well as it did. Thanks to our host for stepping up. There certainly should be an emergency alternative in the wings. Thanks.

Location incredible/Unit itself was so so.

We paid a LOT for the week to stay here and were only given 3 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people/6 nights. This information was not provided ahead of time. Only 1-2 burners would work on the stove at a time. Cooking 3 meals a day for 4 people on 1 burner was not ideal. When I contacted the property manager they told me “it should work It was checked last month”. The sofa beds are REALLY old/uncomfortable. We ended up sleeping on them as couches instead (I’ve stayed on 100s of sofa beds before these specifically were terrible). The cookie sheets were so burnt and disgusting we had to go buy foil. The drying rack for dishes was NASTY. We did not use it. This place has HUGE potential but for almost $300 a night it was disappointing. I would not stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: The booking was as early as October and nonrefundable if cancel after Nov 2. However I didn't receive any instructions about how to check in prior to the date I depart. It's only when I asked for check in details that I was asked to submit selfie photo holding ID for verification. I'm wondering if I didn't ask will I ever get any notification or not. After check in, I found that the WiFi is not working and was due to owner didn't pay internet bill. I notified Vbro immediately and requested this to be fixed. I also indicated if the WiFi is not fixed in the evening, I will check out next morning and request refund. It's not fixed. Next morning, I want to give it another try, but the WiFi is still not working. I left the house in the morning. Due to this, I have to book hotel rooms for 2 nights. I asked for refund but didn't get any response on this from Vbro. As for the house itself, I didn't see any Shampoo/Conditioner and body wash in the bath room. The first time I turned on shower faucet, the water is yellow. It seems nobody living in the house for months. Overall the experience is very bad

Great Place to Stay!

Place is very nice, the kitchen was fully stocked with stuff to cook with, bed was comfortable and bathrooms were ok. Small things need to be updated and you have to watch out for the hot water. 2 people can't take showers at the same time. I ran out of hot water. Still, I thought it was a great place to stay, especially if you're just using it to sleep and not planning on staying in there a lot.

The sheets on the bed literally had holes and tears in them. The kitchen looks like a garage sale. Light bulbs are out, bathroom fans barely work, closets are a total mess, etc... it goes on and on. You can tell that whoever owns or runs this place doesn't care whatsoever about how terrible this place is because suckers (like me!) will book it due to the location.

Large for one bedroom, comfortable ski cabin (not fancy)

We were happy to find this nice condo and give it a try during our first stay in Tahoe area. It was priced very competitively and although some reviews were sketchy about issues, we found everything worked and the kitchen had a surprising amount of cooking equipment that was perfect as we like to fix our meals. The TV actually had YouTubeTV option which was awesome, as I have that at home and was able to quickly find things and even schedule to record all NCAA march madness games in seconds and a few news programs - very rare for a rental condo! No stereo system or anything but plenty of board games and a picnic table that will hold your gang. The kitchen light didn't work at first, because the thermostat was set to like 55 degrees and the ballast in the florescent light didn't' want to work... I was disappointed after a long drive to find it so cold inside and took 2 hours to heat up to 67 but the light started working. All in all, it was quiet and we would definitely come back. Parking is limited pretty much to 1 car from what I could tell. Took a while to find it on the loop but after that was a breeze.

Whats wrong with #10

What are minimum Standards to be a VR Host? What is protocol of property? SAFETY must be a priority for all rentals. Here is a list - that must be addressed regarding safety as it is unacceptable in current condition. 1. Electrical plugs inoperable in both bathrooms and not code-fire hazard 2. Toilets are not secure to floor in guest bathroom 3. Toilets seat is not secure/broken in guest bathroom 4. Not all electrical outlets function in master room. 5. Outside door in master room did not shut/ secure properly 6.Wireless router had to be plugged to another outlet across room that was functioning. Lost internet 3 times in 4 days. 7.Kitchen - cabinetry missing drawer front 8. Coffee pot - broken as missing carafe - 9. Toaster is a fire hazard - THIS NEEDS TO BE REPLACED 10. General cleanliness of linens was suspect - I was not confident all bedding / towels were clean. 11. There was no soap to wash towels and linens as requested. 12. Caulking missing in guest shower 13. Kitchen electrical plugs not up to code 14. Slow bathtub drain

Highway 80 Shutdown makes Condo worthless

Relive Your College Apartment

We got off on the wrong foot with this rental. The rental company - my VR host - made us very uncomfortable, asking us to send scanned images of our IDs to them via email. When we asked why, they never offered any explanation other than it was required. A simple “it’s like a hotel” or “we want to make sure you’re not cooking meth” would have sufficed. Perhaps more frustrating was that they did not offer a secure method for us to send it to them. A really naive approach to Internet security. We ended up sending a scanned copy with just a face and picture and everything else redacted. There are great things about this place. The fridge and microwave look new. The fireplace is awesome. The location can’t be beat (although the Mountaineer app does not pick up here if you want to head to Alpine — you have to take the bus). However, the dishes are clearly the Owners’ old pots and pans and plates, ie, the ones you’re done using at home so you take them to your cabin. The bathroom fans are loud and grimy, the bathrooms are old and show it, and the pull out bed, beds, and sheets all clearly had a lot of use. It wasn’t wholly unclean, but it felt a lot like a college apartment with dudes living in it. Sure, they cleaned and picked up, but you could never quite get comfortable or want to stay there more than a day or two. There is a degree of this in every rental, but at this place I just couldn’t quite shake the feeling that the comforter wasn’t washed between our stay and the previous guests. If the owners had been running this, and we’d have met them, we probably would have felt a lot more comfortable. But to start with that management company and then come to this place, we would not recommend booking for more than $100/night.

Very convenient location in a nice, quiet area

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our host was a great communicator and we had everything we needed for a nice stay in a very comfortable bed! Smart TV was a nice bonus. Just beware the robin that might pay you a visit in the early morning, it pecked and scratched at its reflection for a while. Tip: if it happens to you, just use the cranks to open the windows!
