Les amateurs de vin de grange rurale romantique à 7 km de Obidos complet avec pressoir à vin!

La Méditerranée est un somptueux studio avec un grand lit, entièrement transformé en "Adega" où le vin a été fabriqué et conservé à Quinta do Bom Vento.
Avec des murs en pierres apparentes, poutres en bois, un lit de fer rustique et le pressoir à vin d'origine maintenant utilisé comme support de poutre principale, il y a une influence romantique à la conception. Un brûleur à pellets à flamme vive le maintient bien en place durant les mois d'hiver. Avec une douche à l'italienne sur mesure dans la salle de bain séparée et une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des ustensiles pour ravir les chefs, vous ne serez pas en train de faire des compromis sur le confort. Wifi, station d'accueil IPOD et les principales chaînes britanniques sont disponibles sur votre mur monté TV écran plat. La conception ouverte à plus de 50m² est spacieuse avec un salon / salle à manger en contrebas / entrée puis marches de pierre vous menant au petit bar à vin lambrissé. Le lit queen size est également situé pour profiter de la vue avec le mur de verre au sol offrant une vue panoramique sur le jardin paisible et plus de 4 acres vallée boisée où vous pouvez choisir le romarin, les figues, les prunes et les oranges. Si vous ne vous sentez pas comme évoquant le dîner dans votre cuisine ou le barbecue sur votre terrasse privée, il y a plusieurs options de restauration très proche et encore plus à Obidos, à 7 km en bas de la colline.
Quinta do Bom Vento dispose de 4 autres conversions de location, mais tous ont leurs propres entrées privées et terrasses. Il y a une cour centrale si vous voulez socialiser ou louer avec des amis tout en préservant votre propre espace privé.

This was one of our favorite rental locations ever. The property was beautiful and we loved the historical features. The hosts were by far the most hospitable we have ever experienced! It was very cozy and provided everything that we could need during our stay. The kitchen is really well stocked with dishes/cooking necessities. The food "starter pack" they provided was amazing to have on hand when we arrived in the evening and everything was delicious!

Urlaub im Paradies der nie vergehen soll......

The reception was so warm that you could feel right at home. Our little cottage was very stylish and lovingly furnished. Sam and Rich you are so wonderful and loving and so unobtrusive. Your hospitality is so honest, whether the delicious tarts, the freshly baked bread or the fresh rolls in the morning were just great. We felt a little bit like coming home. And we would like to come again.

Absolutely perfect!

If I could give 10 stars I would! I have never stayed at a vrbo that was more thoughtful of its guests' needs than QBV. The property is stunning and everything you look for in a rural stay - gorgeous views, area to walk around, and plentiful fruit trees to provide you with snacks! The accommodations are comfortable and beautifully decorated. Above all, we felt that our every need was considered. The unit was well stocked with essentials as none I had ever experienced in a vrbo before. The hosts are the warmest you'll find, with the perfect balance of attending to your needs without being in your way. Whether you come here wanting complete anonymity and peace, or if you come wanting a chatty and social experience, you will be well-served. It's a rare place that can give all types of people what they need. A one-of-a-kind find! I wholeheartedly recommend this place and will encourage everyone I know to come to this area and stay at Quinta Bom Vent.

Taking the dogs for a walk down the valley and finding you enjoying taking a break on a bench in the woods , was a wonderful surprise. Concernant nos hôtes, des personnes exceptionnelles qui se plient en 4 pour nous faire plaisir.

Location très agréable, située à proximité d'Óbidos, Foz d'Arelho, Peniche, Caldas da Rainha, Budha Eden Garden.... À notre arrivée dans le réfrigérateur bières, vins, yaourts, beurre, confiture maison, en plus de fruits, pommes de terre, et tomates du jardin...cafés , thés et plein d'autres petites surprises. Du pain frais et gâteaux accrochés le matin sur la porte...avec toujours un petit mot de nos hôtes. Vous trouverez tout dans la maison, cuisine très bien équipée et même plus... On vous recommande vivement à Quinta do Bom Vento, où vous serez reçus comme des princes par Rich et Sam, Scrabble et Bingo.

Noch nie hatten wir solch herzliche, aufmerksame Gastgebende. Es war zu spüren, dass die beiden mit viel Liebe dabei sind. Unser Studio war sehr gemütlich und hatte alles, was wir brauchten (und mehr). Die dörfliche, authentische Umgebung hat uns jedes Mal beim Durchfahren entschleunigt und erfreut. Dazu waren die fantastische, wilde Atlantikküste und das bezaubernde Óbidos mit dem Auto schnell erreicht. Wir haben alles zusammen sehr genossen und kommen nächste Jahr wieder!

High end luxury in rural retreat

Booked a cheeky long weekend in November for a birthday treat. We were expecting it to be cold and rainy but this lovely unspoilt bit of Portugal seems to be endlessly sunny and warm. But better than the sunshine was Qinta da Bom Vento - a sympathetically renovated farm where every detail has been thought of and nothing is too much trouble for the lovely owners Rich and Sam. Our apartment was beautiful and the view from our balcony over the valley and the olive groves was gorgeous - a perfect spot to sit and enjoy a glass of the amazingly cheap and delicious local wine. Lots to see and do and loads of great non-touristy eateries nearby. Loved it and already planning another visit - luckily there's another birthday to celebrate!

Romantic and private country getaway with world class hosts!

We absolutely loved our stay at Quinta do Bom Vento! Sam and Rich are expert in all things hospitality and their talents sparkled in welcoming us for our honeymoon. From the first contact via email to our final send off (Thanks for the delicious homemade ice cream!) and everything in between, our experience with them was fantastic. We stayed for 6 days in the Mediterranean suite and wished we could have stayed longer. The suite was spotless, neatly decorated, fully equipped for cooking (grill included!) private but not isolated and was perfect for a quiet country getaway. We highly recommend a stay with Sam and Rich at Quinta do Bom Vento and can't wait to return to stay with them again.

After living, cruising and working together on sailboats as Captain and Chef we have finally made landfall in Portugal. Much as we loved our life afloat we adore having the space to roam in our own wooded valley and feel the peace and tranquility at QBV has parallels with the freedom of ocean living too. We have named all the accommodations after bodies of water we have sailed in and although QBV is definitely a country dwelling, the ocean is only 20 minutes away.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Why this Property? That is what so many of our friends and family have asked - they thought we were crazy as this farm was very rundown when we purchased it! But we stumbled across this property and the valley vista swallowed us, we loved the space, freedom and privacy this 4 acre farm offered and it seemed like a little village that needed to come alive again! And yet only 8km from the delightful Obidos and easy access to the beach (Rich is a surfer) and less than an hour to Lisbon airport, it seemed an ideal spot.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Over the last decade we have slowly and painstakingly renovated the original farmhouse, barn, outdoor kitchen and stables to a standard well above what would be normally expected in a rental. We also live on one of the converted outbuildings and see all the properties as extensions of our home and wanted them to be places that our friends and family as well as paying guests could truly relax and comfortably use as homes away from home. The design of the farm buildings is unique in that each has a different orientation thus each accommodation has its own privacy, yet there is access to a central courtyard thus perfect for small groups or family who want to stay together but still have their own personal space.
