Fermes près de Lucques. Grand appartement entre vignes et oliviers avec piscine

Dans un ancien lieu de ferme en pierre dans notre appartement de 90 mètres carrés. Il est un appartement confortable sur deux niveaux. Au rez-de-chaussée, avec un accès indépendant et direct au jardin, il y a le salon, tandis que le premier étage il y a deux grandes chambres spacieuses matrimonili chacune avec sa propre salle de bain privée (dans un il y a une machine à laver). L'appartement dispose d'une cuisine complète avec micro-ondes, cuisinière, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle et réfrigérateur. . L'appartement est équipé d'une télévision LCD avec chaînes HDMI et satellite. Vous trouverez également une connexion WiFi gratuite et la climatisation (payant). Dans l'espace de jardin est une table confortable avec des chaises, des parasols et des chaises. Sur demande est disponible un barbecue et vous pouvez apporter (sous réserve de confirmation) votre ami à quatre pattes. IInoltre vous avez accès à une terrasse sur le toit parfait pour manger dans les lumières de la vallée.

Notre ferme est située sur la colline de Monte-Carlo, dans la plaine de Lucques. Monte Carlo est un petit village médiéval riche en histoire et attractions.
Nos appartements sont nichés au milieu des oliviers et des vignes de notre ferme. Un petit domaine où trouver la paix et la tranquillité. Notre position est stratégique pour pouvoir se déplacer dans le nord de la Toscane. En dehors de la ville mais à proximité des routes principales est à une courte distance de Lucca (environ 20 minutes), Pisa (40 minutes) et Florence (50 minutes). Sienne peut également être atteint rapidement (90 minutes).

Dans notre ferme, vous pouvez:
- Rester dans des fermes anciennes restaurées dans la paix de la campagne toscane

- se détendre à l'ombre des centenaires d'oliviers et de visiter notre usine de l'entreprise pour la production d'huile d'olive extra vierge et un vieux moulin en pierre de 1780

- Savourer notre production de vins Montecarlo DOC et notre huile d'olive extra vierge DOP Lucca

We had an amazing 3 night stay here closing out our nearly 2 week vacation in Italy. We booked this part of our stay to relax after our daughter had a weekend wedding in Tuscany and we found this to be the perfect place to relax. We really enjoyed the pool time and the apartment had everything we needed to enjoy our time. The kitchen was fully stocked with all appliances and utensils, and even a nice bottle of wine from their vineyard. The rooms were very large and comfortable with very good AC units. The communication couldn't have been better. All questions were answered very timely and graciously. Also nearby was the little town of Montecarlo and it couldn't be any cuter. Definitely a great place to go walk around. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts! Looking forward to the next time we can visit!

Very comfortable stay, extremely welcoming and easy to contact. Very good English spoken. The surrounding grounds were beautiful to walk around and we were able to access them freely. Ask for a an olive oil tour and wine tasting, it was very informative. We felt safe and would highly recommend this property to stay with a family.

Beautiful Tuscan stay

Lovely property in typical Tuscan style, close to Montecarlo. Has everything you need and swimming pool is wonderful with amazing views! The setup is with other apartments is well thought out. Vert relaxing

Very clean, quiet and the farm made arrangements to fit your needs, for diections or information. The winery and olive trees tour was free for guests. Had a tasting room for wine and oils. The view is absolutely gorgeous. .Washing machines avaliable. Make sure you know how to operate the machine before they leave the place .

Great place to visit histrical spots

We enjoyed to they there, Arianna and all people of the farm are really friendly and took care on everything. We had the oppertunity to see process of oil harvest from the beginning until oil in the bottle….direct in front of our appartement. Only thing to say is that for older people with back problems the beds are not so comfortable. Thank you for all Arianne Angelika

Our lodging was beautiful. Clean and we had everything that we needed. The views over the hills were amazing. They were Olive trees everywhere. Flowers. We also went to the associated restaurant and oil and wine tasting. The restaurant was so good that we went three times in our five day stay. We were greeted warmly, eat well and felt right at home. The wine tasting was one of the most extensive that I’ve ever had, and also also included tasting some of their olive oil. Our hostess, Erika, knowledgeable, and gracious. She also helped us with our stay at the rental and could not have been nicer. I highly recommend and hope to return soon

Peace and Beauty

My family stayed in the 3-room farm house and 1 room cottage. Both had such charm, amazing views, and were so peaceful. Each had all the amenities needed. There are stores and shops in town for essentials. You will need a car but plenty of space to park during your stay. The Stefani family has clearly poured their hearts into this working olive oil production farm and the wines! We had the pleasure of eating dinner at Osteria del Vecchio Olivo, have a wine & olive oil tasting with Arianna. Arianna’s knowledge and passion about the olive oil process was full of passion. What an experience! We appreciate her and Erika providing so much info and answering all our questions. Amazing hosts!

Great week at nice winery

The family of 4, two adults and 2 children aged 8 and 12, spent a week at the vineyard and the apartment Melodici. The area and the apartment are positively surprising in terms of the pictures online and are large and airy. What "saved" the week, in extreme heat, was the airy private viewing area that was exclusively for our apartment. Here we ate both breakfast and dinner under the parasol with sweeping views of the valley. A good round of tasting the house's own olive oil and wine is a must. A visit to the restaurant of the vineyard / olive oil farm is also worth a visit. We had a problem with the AC system in one bedroom, but from the time we reported it took less than 1 hour til it was fixed. Impressive! There will be som ants if you are not good at removing food debris quickly. Thank you very much for a nice week, with good tableware from Erika and Arianna, we will be happy to come again sometimes. A dream come true

This property exceeded our expectations, it was everything we could have asked for. Erika was fabulous and so generous, warm and helpful; she was there to help with anything at all with swiftness. The apartment was thoughtfully renovated and set up perfectly with everything one would need for a comfortable stay. The grounds were absolutely beautiful, with private courtyards for each apartment, plus shared space, a kids play ground, the wonderful pool, tree terraces to walk through and beautiful views. Our family had a dream holiday, and spent much time by the pool. Agriturismo Vecchio Olio was perfectly situated in a quiet hamlet, but so close to so many other interesting places. From there, we day tripped to Lucca (our favourite visit), Garfagnana, Bagni di Lucca, the Devils bridge (Borgo), Barga (another favourite), MonteCantini, Collodi (a real highlight for the family), Isola di Santa. A combination of excellent customer service (especially from Erika), the beautiful surrounds, the stunning and comfortable apartment, the central location, and the excellent cost (value for money) made this our favourite time in Italy. Nothing else compared. We felt so at home here, we really relaxed and we’re able to unwind here. I hope to come back again. Thank you Agriturismo Vecchio Olio.

Das Areal ist super schön und groß, wunderschöne Olivenbäume, schöner Pool, tolle Aussicht. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Toskana zu erkunden. Lucca, Florenz, Pisa, alles super zu erreichen. Arianna ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Sie war stets erreichbar und hat uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Vielen Dank noch einmal dafür. Die Wohnung die wir hatten war schön und für unseren Aufenthalt ausreichend. Wenn wir noch mal in die Toskana reisen, kommen wir gerne wieder auf den Hof.

Wundervoll

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Arianna empfangen und während des gesamten Urlaubs stand sie für Rückfragen zur Verfügung. Vielen Dank dafür. Die Wohnung und die Anlage sind wunderbar zum Entspannen geeignet, da dort Ruhe pur herrscht. Der Pool ist traumhaft. Einziger Nachteil: Geschäfte sind ca. 5km entfernt, somit muss man selbst für Brötchen etc. immer fahren. Vielleicht könnte man im Oliven-Shop oder im Restaurant auch morgens Brot und Brötchen anbieten? Wir kommen bestimmt irgendwann wieder.

Super Gastgeber in einer tollen Umgebung

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit mit sehr hilfsbereiten Gastgebern, die immer erreichbar sind. Poollandschaft mit tollem Ausblick! Pisa, Lucca und Florenz problemlos mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Einen kleinen Abzug gibt es bei den Betten ;)

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in der Toskana. Alle wichtigen Ausflugsziele sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Die beiden Vermieterinnen haben uns viele Tipps gegeben und konnten uns bei Problemen schnell helfen. Das war super!

Luxuriöse Ferienwohnung mit Pool

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Ferienwohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, sehr schön eingerichtet und geräumig. Insbesondere der Pool hat den Kindern gefallen. Die Lage ist auch super, Montecarlo ist schön und sonst ist man schnell überall. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Betreuung. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt.
