Bienvenue dans votre belle maison de famille sous le soleil de Gilbert, Arizona! Situé dans un sud souhaitable quartier Gilbert dans les 7 minutes pour Mesa Gateway (Allegiant Airlines) l'aéroport, le quartier chic de San Tan Mall, de nombreux terrains de golf, des spas, des restaurants primés, cinémas, parcs, Target, Wal-Mart, Costco, Sam 's Club, 202 San Tan Freeway et beaucoup de shopping! Toutes les quelques minutes de votre porte!

Ce 2 étages avec 4 chambres, 3 salles de bain maison comprend espaces de vie spacieux et un plan d'étage ouvert. Cette maison dort 3400+ sf 12 et dispose d'une crèche et un lit bébé sur demande. La grande cuisine dispose d'un vaste espace de comptoir et est entièrement équipée pour la cuisson de gros repas.

Il ya 2 lits king, 2 lits queen (tous avec des matelas très confortable) et 2 marque dormeur nouvelle qualité canapés. Il ya 2 salles de bain complètes à l'étage et une salle de bain complète en bas. Le grand Master Suite offre un salon avec un tapis roulant et un lit escamotable canapé lits supplémentaires. Il ya une grande salle de bain Maître de bain avec une vanité Son-et-Hers, douche et une baignoire jardin séparé.

La cour dispose d'un privé clôturé dans la piscine chauffée avec une cascade de roche. Les enfants vont adorer courir sur le grand terrain gazonné et de jouer dans la maison de jeu. Profitez du barbecue et Grand Patio pour votre BBQ et le trempage dans certains beau temps Arizona!

Spacious and kitchen was well stocked for cooking while away. Pool was generously heated for a fair price. The pool fence and door to backyard were in good condition. Labels on lights and remotes helped navigate the home. The binder was thorough and the checkout duties were minimal and respectful of us as guests. Thank you!

Thanksgiving in AZ

The property was everything we expected and more! It was very spacious and in a great location, close to some nice golf courses, shopping and restaurants. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the family time. The host was wonderful! We would highly recommend this property for a large family or group.

Great Family House

We were here for a baseball tournament nearby. The house was perfect for our stay. The beds are super comfortable and a well stocked kitchen. The pool and backyard are awesome and we loved having the option to have the pool heated (heated pools are far and few between). Communication with Dawn was great! I would def recommend this house for your stay.

Beyond expectations!!

Beautiful home close to shopping and restaurants . Owner Dawn was great answered any questions we had. Big thanks for all the toys and kids things available to keep the little ones busy. Pool was over the top rained all week but it was 90 in the pool so it didn’t matter. Would highly recommend and we will reserve again.

Beautiful house and awesome pool!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was beautiful and very clean. The pool and yard were awesome and we had a blast cooling off and relaxing in the pool. Yes, as others have said, there is some road noise, but it’s honestly not too bad and the waterfall from the pool does a good job of drowning it out. I definitely wouldn’t let this keep me from staying here again! I LOVED having the treadmill in the master bedroom. It was really nice to be able to continue exercising while on vacation. Plenty of room for everyone and would highly recommend:)

Heated pool, comfy beds

We liked the location- traffic not bad and within 15 to 30 minutes of hiking trails and walking distance to some grocery stores and restaurants. There is road/traffic noise when sitting outside. 10 minutes from the Mesa airport but no airport noise. House is very spacious and clean. Appreciated the provided paper and cleaning supplies. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you need. There is a little wear and tear in spots. Communication with host was exceptional with quick response to any questions. Landscaping, including lemon tree and flowering plants was lovely. We swam every day in the heated pool. We were four 76 year olds and we all enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for families with young ones!

Our stay was a family get together as we didn’t see each other at Christmas. 6 adults and 2 toddlers had plenty of space in this house. We were especially grateful for all the amenities appropriate for very young children (crib, toys, books, playhouse, fenced pool)! Fabulous! The kitchen was also exceptionally well equipped, and the home was close to grocery stores and pharmacies. Access to the home itself was very slick. The only downside was the proximity to a noisy road. That would not stop us from renting this property in the future, however.

Amazing amenities! Excellent owner communication!

This home met all our needs! Our family members who stayed here ranged in age from 3 weeks old to 68 years old! From toys and kid friendly furniture, to relaxation and space to spread out! Grandparents could swim and sunbathe while little ones napped and parents and teens could snack, game and have privacy! If ever in the area again, this is where we’ll stay!

The perfect house!

This house was perfect in every way. The host made the check in process east and was available for any supplemental questions that we had. We enjoyed the games for the children and the kitchen supplies that were offered. It was a great experience and truly a home away from home. I had my parents, wife, and children there and everyone was comfortable.

Great house. Have everything we need. Close to shopping area. The pool is nice. Hard to sleep in the west rooms due to car noise From the street. There are white noise machines In the rooms. The swimming pool Light doesn’t work.

Buddy Golf Trip

The home was very comfortable and just like the pictures on line. Location was excellent, check in was seamless, communication with the owner was easy, and the overall experience was very enjoyable. The home had all the necessary items needed to make our trip comfortable. Plenty of utensils and dinnerware, condiments, and easy to follow instructions. Plenty of space for four people to spread out and yet have a great gathering place to enjoy good conversation. All in all the home met our needs very well.
