Beautiful Condo; Best Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment must’ve been recently updated. Everything was sparkly clean and new, with everything we needed (although two Mr Coffee type coffee makers vs Keurig’s as mentioned in the summary) The pool and grounds are also well maintained, and it’s easy walking distance to the many interesting shops at Coligny Plaza and across the street from Coligny

Unit is great location. 2nd floor near pool and path to the beach. When on porch in the evening you can hear bands playing at Tiki bar next door which we enjoyed and when you were inside you couldn’t hear the bands so wouldn’t interfere with any early bed goers. My only complaint would be that the air conditioning wasn’t super cool. Fans were provided in bed rooms so it ended up working fine. Kitchen could use a few cookie sheets. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location, excellent beach

We enjoy staying at Ocean One. We can walk to everything - grocery, dining, ice cream. The beach is awesome, and we like having lifeguards. We are a family of 10 and have plenty of room for all in the 3-bedroom and everyone has their own bathroom. We also cook quite a few meals at the condo and appreciate the full kitchen.

Great Beach Property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was in an amazing location to both the beach and Coligny Plaza. The setup of the condo was perfect for our group. There was quite a bit of dust throughout the property that seemed like it had not been cleaned very thoroughly in a while. The pool area was very nice and well maintained.

The location of this condo is exactly where you want to be

When we checked It went smoothly! We had a terrible time with the dryer squeaked terrible! The towels where so moldy smelling had to all be washed! Sent a note to manager with no response. The location of this property is absolutely the best place to be! This condo is very outdated!

Great first visit to Hilton Head

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our week at Ocean One. Great location and very comfortable for our group of six. The only issues we had were: 1) a tech/TV issue, but the mgmt company sent someone to troubleshoot it very quickly; 2) two of the shower curtain liners appeared moldy; and 3) the kitchen supplies weren't up to par. The baking sheets in particular were completely unusable and I was shocked that they were kept in the unit to be offered to guests. Other than these minor things, we had a great stay and are likely to return to Ocean One, although I probably won't stay in 219 again.

ocean one 219 rental review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Been renting condos at Ocean One HHI for 37 years, HHI never fails for our large group vacation! We mostly have rented from Seashore vacations over the years which have been easy to work with. Our stress this year is the cost vs the quality units we rent, rent has gone up significantly every year yet the units deteriorate so not getting the value we were used to. Leaky toilets, ripped screens, furniture old and tired, bed linens old, cabinet doors peeling, patio furniture for 4 people only, wallpaper peeling off the wall, and the whole unit needed to be paint years ago. I know seashore can’t force the owners to update but weekly price does not reflect the quality of the unit.

Our stay at Ocean One was wonderful. Upon our arrival, we found the villa to be extremely clean and prepared for us. We loved the central location. The shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza were within walking distance as well as the trolley stop. Each of the bedrooms had its own bathroom which was vey convenient. From the balcony you had a great view of the ocean, pool and we were even able to see deer on several evenings. Before our arrival, the communication received was very detailed regarding check-in, parking, etc. There were a couple of times I contacted the host with questions and I was answered promptly. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here!!!
