Tellement de NEIGE le ski sera super !! Venez séjourner dans ce confortable condo de 2 chambres avec vue imprenable sur la montagne. Cet emplacement privilégié se trouve à quelques pas des remontées mécaniques de Squaw Valley, des magasins et des restaurants du village de Squaw Creek.

Profitez du salon confortable décoré du motif Squaw Valley avec un superbe visage en pierre et un foyer au bois. Empruntez un livre sur l'étagÚre pour lire en fin de soirée devant un feu tiÚde chaud ou asseyez-vous et regardez un DVD sur la télévision à écran plat. Il y a aussi le cùble, vous pouvez donc assister à un match ou vous asseoir et surfer sur les chaßnes. Bien sûr, vous pouvez toujours profiter de la belle vue sur la montagne.

La table de la salle Ă  manger est installĂ©e par des fenĂȘtres donnant sur la montagne et se trouve juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la cuisine pour faciliter la prĂ©paration et le service des repas. Dans la cuisine, vous aurez tous les appareils de base, y compris un lave-vaisselle.

La chambre principale dispose d'un cal. lit king size et salle de bain privée. La deuxiÚme chambre est aménagée avec deux lits simples.

Juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du salon est un patio confortable pour se dĂ©tendre Ă  l'extĂ©rieur lorsque vous n'ĂȘtes pas en randonnĂ©e, Ă  vĂ©lo ou Ă  ski. Asseyez-vous ici avec un verre de vin le soir ou sirotez votre cafĂ© du matin tout en Ă©coutant les bruits des oiseaux qui se rĂ©veillent. Envie de dĂźner? Faites griller un steak juteux sur le gril du piĂ©destal tout en regardant le ciel nocturne rempli d'Ă©toiles.

À distance de marche de Squaw Valley, une destination de ski de classe mondiale avec 3600 acres skiables et six sommets, y compris un terrain de nuit pour skier sur une piste de montagne de 3,2 km. Enjoy breathtaking views of the mountain and valley in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. The area offers a variety of restaurant options, all within easy reach. The spacious condo is fully equipped with a wide selection of utensils and features generously sized rooms and two bathrooms. It’s perfect for a relaxing family vacation.

Three friends took in a few days of skiing in Palisades. It was very nice to be a short walk to lifts and dining.

Ideal location

Fantastic stay in a perfectly located condo. Easy walk to the lifts, convenient enough to have lunch at the place. Well equipped and comfy for our family of four. Will definitely stay here again.

Convenient and cozy!

We loved our time here - within walking distance of the Palisades lifts, even in ski boots, and the unit was super cozy and comfortable. Owner was very accommodating - we hope to book for another vaca next year!

Great location

This property is nicely located and a short walk for everything. We had no problems in getting around. The property is a nice size with 2 bedrooms one of which has an en-suite. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Squaw location

This was a great ski condo with easy and very convenient access to Squaw. The place was nicely appointed with lots of little amenities (well stocked kitchen cupboard, board games, etc.) so it definitely felt like home away from home. The only issue we had was that the condo Wifi was spotty but Teresa tried her best to resolve the issue. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean, comfortable Condo in walking distance to Funitel and Squaw village

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. The kids each had a twin bed and we had a king in the master. The kitchen was well stocked and the condo was warm. Parking in the lot was not a problem. Best of all, was the location of the condo. We walked to the funitel each day to ski and at night we would walk into the village for dinner. I definitely recommend this unit and would love to stay here again in future visits!

Worth it! Wish we could stay here every time

The location is amazing - a shorter walk than to most parking spots in the Palisades lot. We were able to keep an eye on weather and hit the slopes at the ideal time (the weather app showed snow while it was actually raining). The condo is larger than it appears in the pictures, very clean and well appointed. Lots of extra blankets, more items in the kitchen than our average vacation rental, firewood, etc. Check in and out were a breeze. Teresa is both proactive and responsive. The other review that talks about the one neighbor and dog concerned me a bit before we arrived as we have two kids - I'm certain we met the guy briefly and I can't say that he or his ancient doggo were friendly, but they weren't actively aggressive and exchanged hellos with our family. We also met the folks from the unit upstairs and connected about parking to ensure everyone had space and could get in/out when needed. We'd 100% stay here again in the future if it is available and we have the funds. So worth it!

Great location- terrible neighborhood/neighbors

While the location could not be beat, it was the closest VRBO to the slopes, there were serious issues with the other tenants in the building. Our 8 year old son was attacked by the dog of one of the full time residents. The dog was off leash the whole time in the common area to enter/exit the rental unit. When my wife and I intervened, we were verbally assaulted by the owner of the dog as he said we should find somewhere else to stay as he hurled obscenities at us while our kids cried in fear. We held our ground then walked away to try to preserve our vacation. The aggressive neighbor said hates renters and let’s his dog off leash in the common area to let everyone know. We contacted the owner of the VRBO unit. She did nothing. We will never come back here again. Fair warning to all. Great location but comes with serious risk
 not worth it AT ALL.

Such an amazing location. We liked it so much last time that we just stayed here again. Perfect home base for ski days and honestly a shorter walk than to many of the parking spots in the Palisades lot. The neighbors are quiet (especially compared to the condos in the Palisades village) and friendly and the condo is clean and well appointed. We were thankful to retreat to the condo to watch the New Year's Eve fireworks - we could see the whole show without standing out in the rain. Last time we stayed we were in touch with Teresa and she was very responsive. This time we didn't need her for anything and didn't even try to make contact. Would recommend this spot, and wouldn't be shocked if we return again in the future.

Close to the Village and slopes

This condo is very well situated, just a short walk to the Village at the base of the slopes at Palisades. It is also not far (by car or by shuttles/buses) to Alpine Meadows and Tahoe city and Truckee. The place was very clean with plenty of room for the four of us. We enjoyed the fireplace on cold evenings.

Great stay across the street from Palisades

We had a wonderful stay at this very convenient condo. The unit itself was very comfortable and super cozy. Wonderful fireplace, well-stocked kitchen, games, books, etc. It was perfect for our family of four. And the location is wonderful! Just a two minute walk to the base. Easy to cross the street, even in ski boots. The deposit is quite large and a lot to carry on your credit card for a long period of time. But other than that, no complaints.

Perfect location for North Lake Tahoe Weekend

Great location across the parking lot from Village at Squaw Valley. Very close to hiking trails and cycling/walking path. Bedrooms are spacious and bathrooms had everything we needed. Beautiful view from living room/dining room. The Wi-Fi was a little spotty at times, but we were mostly there for vacation, so it wasn’t an inconvenience. We would definitely stay here again, summer or winter.

Great location. Easy check in. Parking is convenient. Great view of the mountain. Kitchen and 2 BR are heat. Dated facility. The damage deposit was way too high for a 2 night stay.

A confortable and ideally located condo

The condo is ideally located near the runs. No need to drive to ski. We particularly enjoyed the fire place after the ski. The apartment is confortable and well equipped to cook which is highly appreciable during this pandemic.
