Thank you for your review. We enjoyed meeting yourself and your family. Our house offers bathrooms with shower wash and shampoo but we don’t supply tissues. Sorry. We do supply 3 toilet rolls in each bathroom which is plentiful for your stay. We supply towels which are placed on the beds for your use on arrival. We did notice the windows were left open and back doors left unlocked. Fortunately the cleaners were in promptly to secure the house after your departure. Thank you for booking your stay. Cara

Great location, great hosts!

This place was a great location to walk everywhere in the town! We could easily walk to restaurants, walk to the park to play soccer and walk along the river and enjoy the views. The hosts went over and beyond to welcome us when we arrived. The rooms are very big and beds are comfortable. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again.

Lovely spacious, clean and well equipped home

We had a lovely stay in this property. On arrival the owner was welcoming, friendly, and even boiled the kettle for us! The rooms were spacious and clean and the house had everything you could want. The location was right next to the high street with a selection of fish and chip shops, one stop and pubs to enjoy. Overall a fantastic stay. Thank you!

Lovely, family home

Perfect family house with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Spacious, clean, comfortable, with small garden and close to shops, restaurants and quay. I could not find the address or postcode on the Homeaway website which made programming the satnav rather hard.

Hello Felicity, Thank you for your review. I am glad you found the house to be of 5 stars. I will certainly make sure the post code to the house is more obvious. I did send you the details of the address and exact position of the house, but have taken note of your comments and will certainly make sure it is clearer for future rentals. Thank you for renting our house and pleased that your weekend went well.

Just perfect

We stayed here for the much rearranged wedding of our son due to covid. The house is bright and airy, very well equipped and has a lovely little enclosed garden which is a sun trap. It is in a quiet road off Burnham High Street and only a short walk to the shops, (many) pubs/restaurants and the waterfront. Very convenient for exploring Burnham and the surrounding area.

Wonderful House in Burnham-on-Crouch

We rented this property because we were attending a wedding in Burnham and needed a place to accommodate our family, as well as some members of my brother’s family. This house was absolutely perfect for us!! It is really cute, clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find out it is actually even more spacious than it appears in the photos. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. It is also within walking distance of just about everything you need (stores, restaurants, pubs, a park). This is easily one of the properties we have ever rented on VRBO!

Relaxing stay

Had a lovely stay here there was everything you needed and plenty of room , everything was explained on our arrival and we had no problems at all even though we had an early check-in because of cycle race nothing was too much trouble and their friend David was very accommodating on check-out even when we changed the time last minute.

Spotless, friendly and helpful owners, perfect position for the river and village, light and airy

Arrived on a sunny day to a sun drenched rear patio. House was more spacious than website images indicate. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was a bonus and made getting ready for the day easy and efficient. Kitchen well supplied with equipment although we only used it for breakfast. Comfortable living area that allowed us all to sit together. For six people a couple more armchairs or adult size bean bags would be an advantage. Having the postcode for Sat nav earlier would have been useful. Would highly recommend for a family gathering or group of friends looking for somewhere comfortable with lots of local amenities.

The perfect weekend!

We stayed at the property for the weekend and our party consisted of my daughter, her two boys aged 4 and 2 and me. Although It was a last minute booking, Cara went out of her way to accommodate our needs. We were warmly welcomed to the property by her mother who explained everything to us in detail and was at the other end of the phone should we need her. The property was beautifully maintained, very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for all our needs with plenty of space for the boys to run around. It was very close to all the amenities and we enjoyed long walks along the quay and shopping along the high street. We bought all our provisions from the local Co op ( much easier with two small children) and had lovely fish and chips from the local take away . I would wholeheartedly recommend this property and I'm looking forward to returning there again in the future. Thank you Cara for a lovely weekend in your beautiful house. Jill Jardine Cambridge
