Welcome to this beautiful chalet located at only 350 meters from the beach of Puerto de AlcĂșdia, offering accommodation for 6 people.
The exterior of this fantastic chalet are really nice. In front of the house, there is a beautiful area to have breakfast in tranquility every morning. Furthermore, in the rear of the house there is a space even more beautiful, designed to spend time relaxing. You can enjoy a nice lawn space to sunbathe on it or on one of the two sunbeds. You also have a seesaw for a calm reading or a rest after having an appetizer under the umbrella and a tasty barbecue under the porch. This terrace has views and direct access to the beautiful lake of Puerto de AlcĂșdia.
The house has two beautiful living rooms, one of them with TV and the other one with air conditioning. The kitchen-dining room is really large and has a ceramic stove and all the necessary utensils and domestic appliances to as if you were at home. The laundry is separate and has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are four bedrooms, three of them with a wardrobe. Two of the bedrooms offer a double bed and the other two have a single bed in each. Although there is an air conditioner in the distributor. There is availability for a cot and a highchair. Finally, there are two bathrooms with shower that serve the entire house.
The accommodation is located in an area full of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, etc., so you have access on foot to all the necessary facilities. But the best part is that the beach is only 350 meters away or what would be a pleasant and short walk. In case you wish to move and visit other places, in high season, the bus runs every 15 minutes, for example, towards the town of Caân Picafort, Puerto de Pollença, AlcĂșdia and other addresses such as Palma. The old town of AlcĂșdia with its cobbled streets and old walls will enchant you, where on Thursdays and Sundays there is a market.
