Location, Location, Location.....This is an older Spanish house at a great location right at the mediterian sea!It is right at a small beach and dock where local people spend swimming and hanging out.It does not get much better.The house has a new pool, in addition to direct beach access. It is updated, very nicely equipped, and has all the amenities one can think about. High quality paddle boards were also appreciated.Hanging out at the porch, or walking 15 min to the old town to have dinner, Overall a 10 out of 10!

Great Alcudia Property

This was a beautiful property located a short 10 minute walk to the town centre. Nice public beach area in front with calm water. Lots of great outdoor living space and plenty of room with the additional fourth bedroom and extra living area

Fantastic stay in a beautiful seafront villa!

After a last minute booking mix-up the rental company went out of their way to provide an upgraded villa for the same price. It turned out to be a blessing as this property was incredible - stunning seafront access, amazing views, large and spacious and wonderful facilities. We cannot praise the company more highly. And we would recommend this beautiful villa without hesitation.

Lovely villa in a quiet location right on the waterfront.

The villa is in a great location at the water',s edge in a small bay to the north of Alcudia. The wrap-around veranda means that there is always a place to sit in the sun (or the shade) and there is plenty of space inside and outside the villa. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms were comfortable. It is only a ten minute walk into Alcudia itself, and is close to a number of cycling and hiking routes. Overall, if was perfect for our stay and there were only a couple of minor niggles that could be easily rectified - firstly, there wasn',t any written information that we could find in the villa about details such as operation of the washing machine, and checkout procedures, etc., which would have been useful. Secondly, we struggled at first to find the fourth bedroom, which turned out to be in a separate building. Finally, there were lots of keys to different doors but they were not labelled, so it was a little challenging to work out which ones did what at first!
