Everything was super-clean and Stefano very helpful. The house is close to the garda Shuttle bus for (free) journeys to and from the centre (but it does stop at 1900 and there are few local taxis). Supermarkets are in walking distance and everyone is very friendly. The beds are comfortable and the facilities excellent. The house is 3 storeys with a terrazo for sitting out and enjoying the views. We enjoyed our stay and are happy to recommend it.

Wonderful space for two couples, very private. Son and fiance had entire 2nd floor to themselve with lovely outdoor space. Several restuarants within a 5 minute walk. Quiet area and only 10-15 minute easy walk to town and the lake on foot path. Free shuttle to town just down the road. Neighbors were very kind and friendly.

Best place to stay in Garda

This was the perfect place for our family of 5. Fantastic space with plenty of room, incredibly clean, and gorgeous surroundings. Would recommend this house to absolute anyone staying in Garda!

Perfect rental house

The house is perfect for up to 4 but would also work for 6 with two bedrooms with seperate bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen and a very nice roof top terrace with a view of the lake. The house is suituated on a very quiet small road. It is approx. a 15-20min walk to the lake, so might be good to bring a bike. Check in with Stefano was very quick and easy.

Immaculate property, great location, wonderful host

The pictures posted here had us looking forward to our trip to Garda, but the house is even better in person. Each of the bedrooms has a double bed and an additional single bed, so the accommodation is suitable for four to six people. The layout is also nice, with the living room and kitchen on the ground floor, a bed and bath on the first level and the master bed and bath with the entrance to the terrace on the top level. The entire house has been renovated at a very high standard and everything was so clean and tidy. I can also honestly say that Stefano is absolutely the nicest person we have ever rented a home from. The house is at the end of a narrow street (still accessible by car though) with beautiful views from the upper levels of the surrounding countryside and the lake, too. It is a roughly fifteen minute walk to town, which was great for us- our kids are 7,10 and 11 yrs old and were fine with the walk, too. I can and will be recommending the property to friends and family planning stays in the area and look forward to returning ourselves oneday!

A fantastic, spacious place to stay in Garda

We are a family of four - two adults and two children - and this propert ywas absolutely perfect for our holiday in Garda. It is a generously proportioned house and the photos don't really do it it justice. The place was spotlessly clean and as well as having everything we needed it was also very tastefully decorated. Holiday lets can often lack home comforts and character, but that is not the case with Stefano's place. The accommodation is well spread out over three floors, with two en-suite bedrooms and a kitchen stocked with plenty of crockery, cups, glasses and utensils. The rooftop terrace is lovely and offers terrific views over the surrounding conutryside and the lake. Communication with Stefano before and during our stay was staightforward and stress free. As others have mentioned, it's a bit of a walk down to the lake front (there was a heatwave while we were there and walk back up the hill was slightly challenging in the midday heat) but you soon get used to it. A couple of minutes walk from the house is a restaurant called Hostaria La Cross which is excellent and we would certainly recommend.

Amazing stay exceeded our expectations

My wife and I spent a week at Stefano’s beautiful apartment in Garda. We found the property easily on our GPS after driving past it (it’s a small road which is more easily approached from the Lake side of the road if you have a large vehicle but again it was easy to find. Waiting for us on the table was two bottles of wine made by Stefano which was a lovely gift. The apartment was just perfect. There is a kitchen, living room and half bath with laundry on the first floor. We used the provided drying rack to dry our clothes since there was no dryer but it wasn’t an issue at all. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with all the necessary utensils, pans and plates needed to cook up a very nice meal. There was a toaster, kettle and nespresso machine (with Pods provided by Stefano!). The next level had a bedroom and full bathroom which were spotless and we had all the towels we needed. The third floor had another bed, bath and patio with an amazing view over lake Garda. The showers were awesome with power shower heads (handheld and waterfall heads) with awesome water pressure. The apartment is also equipped with AC units which came in handy for the warm weather we enjoyed for our Garda vacation. We also had a visitor each morning in the form of a ginger cat that met us at the door when my wife and I went for a walk in the morning. She was a very welcome visitor which helped us get over missing our own furry kids! The locations was handy for our walks every morning. We walked for two hours as the sun came up over Garda and the biker riders were still in their beds so we had the lakefront walk way to ourselves. It was a great stay and we look forward to going back!

Schöne Wohnung mit Klimaanlage für Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer/Küche. Vermieter sehr freundlich und hatte bei Anreise 2 Flaschen Wein als Willkommensgeschenk auf dem Tisch hinterlassen.Die Wohnung liegt ruhig an einer Seitenstraße, da bekommt man nichts von dem Verkehr der Hauptstraße mit. Einziger negativ Punkt, die Lage ist schon recht weit vom Zentrum entfern, zu Fuß ist es ca 15 Minuten. Supermarkt sollte man eher den großen in der Innenstadt besuchen, die kleinen sind teuer und bieten nicht so viel auswahl.Was man allgemein wissen sollte ist, das die Müllabfuhr in Italien täglich morgens ca 5 uhr kommt, das ist aber über all so.

sehr gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattetes Haus

Das Haus ist hochwertig und vollständig eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Klimaanlage arbeitet effizient und leise. Auf der Dachterrasse haben wir die Abende gern verbracht. Es war perfekt sauber. Man läuft 15 Minuten nach Garda hinein. Mit dem Auto sind zwei Supermärkte 5 Minuten entfernt. Zu empfehlen ist die versteckt liegende Bäckerei Galletti.entfernt.

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer schönen und ruhigen Lage, ist aber trotzdem nicht weit vom See entfernt. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung sind hervorragend. Stefano ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein schönes Haus mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht um unbeschwert Urlaub zu genießen. Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse ist traumhaft. Ruhige Lage und trotzdem ist das Zentrum fußläufig zu erreichen. Bushaltestelle gleich um die Ecke. Nettes Begrüßungsgeschenk. Vielen Dank!

Wir hatten dieses wunderschöne Haus für eine Woche im April gebucht. Wir hatten sehr viel Sonne und konnten somit die Dachterasse mit dem herrlichen Ausblick bis in den Abend genießen. Die Doppelbetten sind sehr groß und sehr bequem. Das Bad mit Dusche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Tolles Haus in Ortsrandlage von Garda

Ich schließe mich den Erfahrungen der vorherigen Urlauber an. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse und Umgebung. Es ist äußerst sauber, hell renoviert, sehr gut ausgestattet und hat eine hübsche kleine Dachterrasse mit Blick zum See. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und stets schnell und als kleines Präsent gab es zwei leckere Flaschen selbst angebauten Wein. Man sollte wissen, dass das Haus nicht über einen eigenen Garten verfügt: im Erdgeschoss ist der Koch- und Wohnbereich. Hier kann man auch nach draußen treten und sitzen. Im 1. und 2. Geschoss befinden sich die Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem eigenen Badezimmer. Im 2. OG geht man zudem vom Schlafzimmer aus auf die kleine Terrasse. Flussläufig ist man in ca. 10 Minuten am See und im Ortskern. Ein Auto kann man sofort am Haus parken. Wir haben als Paar mit einem kleinen Hund eine sehr schöne Zeit dort verbracht!

Toller Familienurlaub

Wir haben 10 wundervolle Tage im Ferienhaus von Stefano verbracht. Wir waren zu siebt mit einer kleinen französischen Bulldogge dort. Die Übergabe des Schlüssels erfolgte absolut problemlos. Stefano war ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Wir wurden sehr nett mit zwei Flaschen Wein begrüsst. Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Das Zentrum ist fußläufig in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir hatten E-Bikes mit, von daher war die Entfernung kein Problem für uns. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt sehr schön.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Unterkunft

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen: - modern, - sehr gepflegt, - sehr gute Ausstattung, - sehr gute Lage, - Pkw-Stellplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Besonders gefiel uns die Dachterrassen mit einer sehr schönen Aussicht.
