À seulement un pâté de maison de l'ascenseur de flocon de neige, Winterpoint est l'endroit idéal pour une escapade de ski. Cette maison en rangée sur deux niveaux avec deux chambres et deux, avec cinq salles de bains et cinq salles de bains, convient parfaitement aux groupes de 10 personnes maximum. Et avec la rue principale à seulement deux pâtés de maisons, c’est à quelques pas des boutiques, des restaurants et des lieux de divertissement de Breckenridge!

Le salon confortable doté de nombreux sièges, ainsi que d'une cheminée de gaz pour vous garder au chaud après une longue journée dans la neige. Le téléviseur LCD est idéal pour les câlins et de regarder un film, aussi. La, cuisine spacieuse complet, situé à seulement quelques pas de la salle de séjour, a cinq places à la table avec deux autres à la barre. La cuisine s'ouvre sur la buanderie avec une grande laveuse et une sécheuse.

Vous pourrez profiter de l'accès à la piscine chauffée et bains à remous dans le Upper Village (seulement 1. 5 pâtés de maisons) pour vous amuser au soleil ou se détendre après une journée sur les pistes. L'établissement propose également une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, un garage pour une voiture avec une place de parking extérieure supplémentaire et deux balcons.

Good location. Easy to access, close to snow flake. A bit of a walk from 4 o'clock if you are looking for a place to take the kiddos to play.

Great place!

The condo was updated and clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make some meals so we weren’t eating out more than once per day. Short walk to the pool and Main Street. We will definitely stay here again.

Spring Break in Breck

Perfect location, only 1-3 blocks from chair lift, trolley stop/gondola, and downtown Breck! Nicely furnished with modern decor and appliances. Shared pool and hot tubs just steps away from your front door. Thanks again for a wonderful stay! We look forward to our next visit here.

Breck Ski Trip

Our stay was awesome. The property was clean, updated, and had everything we needed. We were a 5 minute walk to both the lift and the town and a 3 minute walk from the pool/hot tubs. Communicating with the hosts was super easy as well. Will recommend this property to anyone travelling to Breck and will definitely consider renting here again!

Absolutely wonderful!

We were 100% satisfied with this rental condo! Beautifully decorated, modern and clean. Had plenty of room for our family of five, but could easily accommodate more. Very close to downtown and hiking trails. We will definitely rent again in the future!

Sibling getaway

My siblings and I came to this property for a last-minute getaway with our father and we had so much fun. The snowflake lift is a short two blocks uphill and 4 o’clock easily skis you almost back to your front door. Loved all the recent upgrades, kitchen was very well stocked. would definitely return to this spot.

The carpets could be cleaner and there is no good place to takeoff your shoes before walking on sleeps 10 but the living room only sits 5 comfortably especially if you want to watch a movie together.

Lines on the Snowflake lift were minimal as well. If you rent equipment there is a rental shop right next to the lift and you can leave your gear there at the end of each day. The condo was clean, roomy and up to date. Location in relation to all the shops and food downtown was also great (10 minute walk at most) Highly recommend.

Snowflake lift quest

Nice townhouse layout with too many stairs to climb at altitude for us flatland visitors. Not a true ski in ski out, but close. If your unit is near 4 o’clock Road, it’s a breeze. If your unit is at the back of the complex, it more than doubles the walk to the Snowflake lift - BUT it puts you very close to the village pool and tubs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhome was great place for our family to stay. Easy access to multiple chairlifts, and a short walk from Main Street. Overall, would highly recommend. I was disappointed with 2 items in terms of cleanliness. First, upon arrival there were dirty dishes left in the master bedroom (coffee cup, water glass, plate). Second, there was medication found on floor in the master bathroom. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal, but our 1 year old son was crawling on the floor when we found it. Luckily we spotted it before he got to it or tried to eat it. I would highly recommend this location to others, and hope to stay here again on a return trip to Breckinridge.

The layout was perfect for us with 3 older kids and and 3 adults. Enough room for all of us without feeling cramped. It was nice to have a garage as we had snow several time and wouldn’t have had anything to clean off our ginormous rental vehicle had it been snowed upon. Would definitely stay here again.
