Superbe villa avec piscine chauffée, grand patio et barbecue

Villa récemment construite, indépendante avec parking extérieur à l’avant et jardin sécurisé à l’arrière. Le jardin dispose d’une piscine privée chauffée, d'un grand patio ainsi que d’un barbecue. L’intérieur de la villa est superbement équipé et meublé, vous vous sentirez comme chez vous. Dans le salon, vous trouverez deux systèmes satellite, Sky TV et son équivalent allemand. Il y a aussi un lecteur CD et DVD. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et il y a une buanderie à l’extérieur avec un lave-linge et un séchoir-étendoir.

En savoir plus: La villa est située à la Capellania entre Corralejo et la route des Oliviers. Il y a un superbe paysage montagneux en arrière plan et des parcs naturels à l’avant. Le parc s’étend jusqu’aux dunes de sable et aux plages de Corralejo. Il est recommandé d’avoir une voiture, malgré quelques plages en ville, la majorité des plages de Corralejos sont à l’extérieur de la ville. Il y a beaucoup de petits villages et villes à visiter à Fuerteventura, le long de la côte ou en montagne, et les routes étant très bonnes, la conduite y est donc facile.

Restauration: Vous pouvez manger à Corralejo à pas cher dans d’excellents restaurants, particulièrement dans la vieille ville et en bord de mer. Des spectacles sont organisés en ville si vous dînez sur l’une des deux places de la vieille ville. La villa est à proximité de La Oliva, Villeverde, Larjares et El Cotillo. Toutes ces villes disposent d’excellents restaurants et si vous n’aimez pas conduire, vous pouvez y accéder en taxi à bas prix.

A proximité: Si vous n'aimez pas trop vous déplacer, cet endroit bénéficie de tout ce que vous avez besoin à proximité. La villa dispose de sa propre piscine privée chauffée mais vous trouverez aussi de plus grandes piscines communales dans les alentours. Il y a un supermarché et un cinéma à 200 mètres de la villa.

Our stay was perfect. The house its amazing, the swimming pool is just the best, the perfect plan to relax in thus amazing island. The comunication was really good. Casa Miguel

We stayed at Casa Miguel in April 2008 and found this villa to be excellent. It had everthing that we needed and more. The facilities, sky tv, swimming pool, BBQ were fantastic. It is ideal for families or groups of friends. We would like to visit again, who knows we may make this place our annual holiday destination. We look forward to our next visit.

Lovely holiday

We spent 9 days at the villa and it was lovely. We had a problem contacting property manager initially but this was resolved. The villa is beautifully furnished with comfortable beds. The pool was great. Theres a shop and bus stop literally opposite the villa and its very easy and cheap to travel around the island. We hope to return next year.

Great Stay.

We have used the villa before and nice to see the pool had been re-tiled, new deck chairs and a new multi choice tv. The new motorway makes it an easy drive from the airport in 25 minutes. As we had a car we decided to visit the old capital of Betancuria, it's a steep drive up but so worth it, the views are breathtaking. Coming down we headed to Ajuy for lunch in a fish restaurant a stone's throw from the beach. It's a lovely island and hopefully we'll be back soon. Thanks Michael for another great stay.

A lovely quiet area

Its rare that the outside and inside of a property are as good as each other but Michael's villa definitely was. It lacked for nothing to make our stay any better than it was. We hired a car which enabled us to explore the area although not necessary as the villa is on thebus route to cotillo and correlejo. The weather was very hot and the 3 fans made this bearable as well as the lovely plunge pool. Thank you for allowing us to use your lovely villa...we will be back 😁

Lovely Villa

The villa was very nice, especially for the price, The pool having heating was definitely the reason we booked, pools in the Canaries definitely need heating November to March, and was lovely and warm when we arrived, unfortunately it had a problem on day 2, but within an hour Vanessa and Miguel came and fixed it. We had a few problems out of anyone's control wifi went down in the area twice, and 3 evenings out of 7 the area was without water, but it was always back by morning.but some how none of these problems hampered our enjoyment, we will be back.

Lovely villa

2nd time at Casa Miguel and will return again! Excellent place to be based if you want to explore the island but still be close to Corralejo. Vanessa and Miguel were really helpful and friendly. (The keys to your stay email from Vrbo had outdated details for previous managers which could be confusing and the welcome folder in the property is also out of date). Had some issues with water supply but this affected the whole area and not just this villa and wouldn't put us off returning. Pool was great and access to communal pool was also a bonus. TV great on the rare occasions we used it. Overall, a great stay!

Lovely private villa

Really nice private villa in a quiet neighbourhood with a supermarket 2 mins walk away. Our overall experience was fantastic! We will definitely be returning! There was a couple of small issues with our stay, there wasn’t any toiletries on arrival, toilet paper, hand soap ect, and due to us arriving late the shops were closed. Also there wasn’t sufficient/very good kitchen cooking supplies, being a self catering villa it would have been good to have more cooking utensils. We love a quiet, private, spacious place to go on holiday so this is perfect for us! Thank you to the host

Super last minute holiday.

Our family and I really enjoyed our stay at Casa Miguel at the end of November. The villa was perfect for our needs; spacious, clean, comfortable beds, in good order and a heated pool was a fantastic treat. My children used it every day and it was like entering a bath it was so pleasant. There was also the bonus of sky tv and wifi which was great when we all needed time to chill in the evenings. All in all a super home from home with a supermarket a few minutes walk away and situated just outside Correlejo, so away from the hustle and bustle. We would certainly recommend this villa. We found that a hire car was needed, but there are buses and taxis if you choose not to. Thanks to you ( For the hire of your villa at a great price) and to Marion (for the beautifully clean villa on arrival). Regards The Berwick Family.

Casa Miguel. 2/4/08 - 12/4/08.

We stayed in "Casa Miguel" for 10 nights in April 2008. The villa is beautiful, spacious, well equipped, a real home from home and the location is ideal, quiet and away from it all , but a short drive into Corrallejo. We have been to Fuerteventura a number of times, but this was our most enjoyable, relaxing from the moment we arrived. It was reasurring to have your Management Team at the end of the 'phone and the pool was kept clean for us. I am currently making arrangements with my Mum and her friend to visit the villa with us next year, so will be contacting you soon regarding booking. I think we have found our ideal base in Fuerteventura!! We had a BAD experience with a Travel Agent last year when we went to America, and am so pleased our first experience at "doing it ourselves" was such a positive one! Thank-you. Kind Regards, Diane

We spent a lovely week here in early February. Weather was great. Managers, Vanessa & Miguel were really good, letting us check in early and out late amongst other help they gave. Villa is across road from a supermarket, which is well stocked. Pablo's bar is a short walk, where you can get a drink ( no cocktails) and various foods ( although not the greatest cullinary experience but ok for the odd occasion). Patio is South facing, this is a bonus as gets sun most of day on patio and pool. Pool is a plunge pool and not big enough for swimming, but is still nice and nicely warmed, warmer than most in our experiences. A car is really needed here as you are a 10/12 euro taxi ride from corralejo, although there is a bus stop v close. Bistro Abdula near lidl is v nice, with a reasonable menu. 8.50 euro taxi ride. Prob needs a parasol on patio in hotter weather, but we were ok. Access to English TV is a bonus, if you like a bit of TV on hol. No safe in the property, which would be a benefit for security of passports etc. Would benefit from some new cutlery and a non stick frying pan, as cooking a fried egg was not a good experience. However, these are minor discrepencies to a very nice villa. We will re visit at some point. Good to excellent in our view, considering price as well. Gave 4 stars for the minor faults, but these could easily be rectified to make it a 5* rating Pete & Linda

Not as good as advertised

We stayed here for 3 weeks and found it not as good as advertised. The advertised communal pools does not have water in. the towels were old and smelt musty. There is not a tumble dryer. The good tv package wasn't good.it depends on where the satellite is and that info is in the book in the cupboard. The double bed is 2 singles pushed together. The pans are old and had rust inside and the Teflon was coming off in to our food. Also the heated pool had an electrical fault and didn't heat up most of the time. But it is also on a timer from 6am until 2pm so if it was working will not filtrate or heat up the water after 2pm. when trying to get a partial refund because of these faults and issues the owner took offence and offered a small and amount., when i didn't accept that amount and tried to get more he hasn't payed me anything. The advice i can give anyone is ask lots of questions before booking and any conversations do in writing straight away. regards Christine

All I can say to anyone reading this review is to look at ALL of our other reviews. This is our first complaint in the 12 years we have owned the place. The guests who stayed before them stay the same two weeks every year and have already booked and paid their deposit for next year. The guests who stayed after them have already booked and paid their deposit for two weeks later this year. For some reason the three weeks in between everything became unusable !!! Although they didn't complain until 17 days in to a 21 day stay so maybe it wasn't quite that bad. So far this year we have taken 10 bookings from returning customers, I think that says enough. When things wear out or get broken and our management company thinks they need replacing, they will replace them. If it's an expensive item they will contact me first before they spend the money. Last year, on separate occasions, the TV and the washing machine stopped working, both were replaced the following day. The communal pool was closed for maintenance which I didn't know. The amount of satellite channels received does depend on where the actual satellite is in the sky but when our management company went to investigate why that wasn't working they found that our guests had unplugged it and had one of their own devises plugged in instead. When we sent the engineer to investigate the pool heating the water temperature was 1 degree below what it should have been. You would not be able to notice this. Because they booked for 3 weeks they were given discount, I offered a partial refund which they did not accept, I offered a larger refund which they also did not accept. I approached Citizens Advice, Homeaway and Paypal with the facts, all of whom informed me that they had no grounds for a refund so all offers of a refund were withdrawn on the 22nd of February 2017 with Homeaway and Paypal both informed. I would not have done this had I not been threatened in previous correspondence. We have invested a lot of time and money into our holiday home and get nothing but good reviews about the house and our management company. Our guests are encouraged to speak to us at the earliest opportunity if there is anything, questions or requests, that we can do to make their stay better. Unfortunately for us we can not please everybody all of the time and every 12 years or so you come across the one who can not be pleased.

Très bon séjour !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison dont les caractéristiques correspondent quasiment au descriptif de l'annonce. Toutefois quelques points d'amélioration sont à noter: Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans le descriptif il n'y a pas de bain à remous. Le sèche cheveux est muni d'une prise anglaise alors que toutes les prises de la maison sont de type européen. Nous avons failli acheté un adaptateur mais heureusement nous avons fini par en trouver un sur la prise d'une lampe de chevet d'une des chambres. Le descriptif signale qu'il y a des épices, hors, il n'y avait que du sel présent dans les placards de la cuisine. La mise a disposition réelle de quelques épices , d'un peu huile mais aussi, de liquide vaisselle et d'une éponge à vaisselle serait un plus. Nous avons subi des coupures d'eau quotidiennes pendant plusieurs heures. Les voisins locaux nous ont indiqué que cela arrive régulièrement. Si cette information nous avait été communiqué avant notre arrivée, cela aurait évité que nous nous inquiétions lors de la première coupure en pensant que cela pouvait provenir d'un problème au sein de la maison. Malgré ces quelques détails qui abaissent notre notation à 4/5, nous recommandons sans réserve cette maison.

Very good stay! We had a very good stay in this house whose characteristics correspond almost to the description of the ad. However, some improvement points must be noted: unlike what is indicated in the description there is no swirl bath. The hair dryer is provided with an English intake while all of the house is of the European type. We almost bought an adapter but fortunately we ended up finding one on taking a bedside lamp in one of the rooms. The description indicates that there are spices, outside, there was only salt present in the cupboards of the kitchen. The actual provision of a few spices, a little oil but also, dishwashing liquid and a dish sponge would be a plus. We have suffered daily water cuts for several hours. Local neighbors told us that it happens regularly. If this information had been communicated to us before our arrival, it would have avoided that we were worrying during the first cut thinking that it could come from a problem within the house. Despite these few details which lower our notation to 4/5, we recommend this house without reservation. Thank you Mic. It is very rare that there is nothing left in the cupboards by previous guests but during Covid it was against the law to leave anything for the next guests. I am not sure if that is still the case. I usually buy a few adapters each time I stay but they either get stolen or taken by mistake. The water has been intermittent for 6 months now because on work going on at the holding tanks which were badly damaged by vandals. They usually give notice to residents of when the water will be turned off and back on again. There's a flyer put in everyones letter box but only I have a key and there's normally a notice in the supermarket so you can buy extra water whilst you are in there. Regards Michael

Super vacances en famille

La maison correspond parfaitement à l'annonce, c'est très bien situé pour découvrir le nord de l'île Le supermarché en face est très pratique au quotidien C'était très propre et la piscine un vrai plus avec les enfants Nous avons passé de très bons moments dans cette maison, nous recommandons 😊

Petit lotissement à 2 pas de Corralejo, très bien situé avec accès en 20 mn par le Ferry à Lanzarote. Superbe. Confortable, une belle terrasse et une petite piscine délicieuse pour se rafraîchir en fin de journée. Très bonne maison merci

I like the quiet life and love to be near the beach so Jersey suits me. These are also the reasons why I chose Corralejo for my holiday home.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

I have family who live in Lanzarote. I did not particularly want to be on their doorstep and I prefer to have a more relaxing holiday. Lanzarote is only 45 minutes on the ferry so it is no problem visiting each other when I stay in Corralejo. Fuerteventura is the last of the canaries to be developed and therefore has learnt from the mistakes that the other Islands have made and not made the same mistakes. A lot of people who live and work in the other Islands take their holidays in Fuerteventura because of this.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Far enough out of town to not have to bother with town if you don't feel like it, everything needed is on the doorstep. If you don't fancy the beach then the garden is South facing and has the sun all day. Because of the location you are actually better placed to visit other areas of the Island than if you were staying in town.
