À seulement cinq minutes à pied de la gare, (Estacion del Nord), Plaza de Toros, Tapineria Market Square, Redonda Square, Palacio Marquez de Dos Aguas Museum, Cathedral, Lonja, Central Market, Plaza de la Virgen , Plaza de la Reina, "Micalet" à seulement 300 m de l'ancien lit du Rio Turia, zone de loisirs, services de transport, bus touristique, taxis, parking, commerces et toutes les attractions touristiques.

Studio de design très charmant, très lumineux et confortable, avec un beau balcon pour prendre un apéritif. Entièrement équipé avec: (Climatisation), lave-linge, micro-ondes avec grill, plaque vitrocéramique, sèche-cheveux, grille-pain, machine à café Nespresso, planche à repasser, fer à repasser, ventilateur, serviettes, literie, réfrigérateur, chauffage, TV 42 ', lit avec oreillers Matelas Aloe Vera et mousse mémoire, (très confortable), tout neuf et tous les ustensiles nécessaires pour cuisiner.
Finca de l'année 1850, entièrement rénovée, à seulement 10 mètres de la cathédrale, de la Plaza de la Reina, de la Plaza de la Virgen et de la Calle de La Paz.
A seulement 15 minutes de la plage, 10 minutes de la Cité des Arts et des Sciences, "L'oceanografic" et "L 'hémisphérique".

What a charming little studio right by Plaza de la Reina in Old Valencia. It has all the amenities needed and a cute balcony. Perfect for a solo traveller or a couple. Emiliano was a fantastic host that took the time to explain everything and even give some recommendations! It was a perfect spot to land for a few days in Valencia.

You cannot beat this location. It is in the center of the historic district and there are wonderful restaurants all around and the Mercado Central which is a food lovers dream. There is a coffee shop with all kinds of lattes and teas right outside. The place was impeccably clean. It does have a Murphy bed but I found it comfortable. The place was perfect for me, it had everything I needed including a hairdryer and even a little balcony. The host was so nice, responsive and helpful! I will come back to Valencia and I hope to stay here again. I highly recommend.

Extrêmement bien placé !

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Emiliano dans son appartement parfait pour un couple. Il nous a donné les petites adresses du coin pour se restaurer et à facilité notre arrivée afin que nos vacances se passent pour le mieux. L’appartement est vraiment situé dans le cœur de Valencia et l’on peut passer des journées à visiter le secteur à pied. La plage se trouve à moins de 30 minutes en transport et les transports en commun sont vraiment proches. Une super semaine dans cette super ville. Merci pour tout.

Limpieza impecable, anfitrión muy atento. Hay aspectos de orden y cuidado que hay que seguir. Entonces, si es ideal, pero sé prolijo. A destacar realmente la ubicación del departamento, cargábamos agua para elmate y salíamos para cualquier lado pateando y llegabas al instante. La plaza de la catedral que está al lado tiene ValenbiSis. Mercado central cerca, torres, etc. Todo cerca. Mejor pagar siempre un poco más por mejor ubicación que pagarlo después en transporte y gasto de energía.La única cuestión que nos incomodó un poco puede ser que el agua caliente se va rápido para lo que estamos acostumbradas y tarda un poco en calentar nuevamente. Después todo perfecto. En caso de volver a Granada, volveríamos a alquilar en este depto 100%.

Fantastischer Aufenthalt. Sehr freundlicher, persönlicher Empfang. Sehr saubere Unterkunft in super Lage mitten im Zentrum. Lediglich die Info, dass in der Wohnung kein Fisch gekocht werden soll, hätte ich mir früher gewünscht, weil ich mich genau darauf gefreut hatte. Aber das ist jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau. Insgesamt komme ich sehr gerne wieder.

Perfect little studio apartment practically next door to the Cathedral and square. Well equipped with all essentials for a short city break. Host was communicative and very helpful. Would recommend for solo traveller or a couple as only one pull-down double bed available in flat.

Perfecte plek om de stad in te gaan je staat binnen 30 seconden op plaza Reina en loopt zo om 9 uur de Catedral binnen. Geen last van lange rijen. Goede eetgelegenheden bijna om de hoek. Kamer is met trots ingericht dus de eigenaar is ook scherp op hoe dit zo te houden. Schoenen uit om de glanzende vloer ook zo te houden. Je kunt het beste je auto parkeren onder plaza Reina en dan 50 meter lopen naar het huisje. Of met de bus naar plaza Reina.

Wonderful experience

Emilianos place was extremely well kept. We had everything to have a comfortable stay. Bed was cozy and great for a close couple. All appliances worked very well and everything was sparkling clean. Appartment was beautifully finished mixing original style with modern facilties. Really loved the place! Location was ideal to explore the bautiful old city and sample the many Restaurants around us. Bycicle rental was right across from our appartment. We rented for a day and explored the parktrail leading to the beaches. I would highly reccomend this. We would definitely come back here and also suggest this rental to or friends. Ramona

Nice small apartment ruined by the host

The apartment is small, one room (approx 10' by 20') with a bed that folds down from the wall and a very small side bathroom. The place seems well taken care of and has nice furnishings. If it wasn't for the demeanor of the host at arrival, this review would be a good one. After entering the apartment and spending approximately 45 seconds inside we were harshly made aware of the following mistakes that we had already made: backpack was laid down in the wrong spot on the floor (where the hidden bed folds out from), we shouldn't have rolled our carry on sized 4 wheeled hand luggage across the laminate floors, and we should not have worn our shoes inside the house. We were then presented a two page list of rules that must be followed which included NOT USING THE A/C UNIT WHILE TRYING TO SLEEP ON THE FOLD OUT BED. (keep in mind it was July, it was over 90 degrees in the afternoon, at this is a 3rd floor apartment where heat rises) and that we were responsible for buying new sheets if any makeup was left on them. My family travels extensively and always treat rental properties as if it were our own. We felt he was particularly rude when he informed us that it wasn't his responsibility to be hospitable and if that was what we wanted, we should "go find a hotel". I don't want to be pampered when I travel, I just don't want to feel like I am inconveniencing the person we are renting from. I have honestly never written a poor review like this one but at the same time, I have never been treated at check in like this host treated me and my family. There are plenty of other nice rentals in Valencia with equal or better locations and with hosts that actually want you to enjoy your stay.

Cool apartment in a perfect location

We spent a wonderful week in Valencia in Emiliano’s perfect, gorgeous apartment. The property was immaculately clean and extremely comfortable, with everything we needed. It is located in the perfect location, right in the heart of the old city, close to the Catholic Church and Placa de la Reina, with the most amazing restaurants and tapas bars literally right on its doorstep. The nearest metro was about 15 minutes walk away and the tram to the beach about the same. It was lovely to sit on the sunny balcony, watching the world go by and planning which delicious place or places we were going to eat in that night. Despite its central location we had no problems dozing in the afternoon and sleeping at night, despit both being light sleepers. We arrived very early and Emiliano kindly came out early to let us leave our suitcases in the apartment four hours before check in so we were free to explore. He left some tea, coffee and breakfast items to get us started and there were plenty of mini markets and supermarkets close by to restock. Emiliano also gave us some great tips for eating out, which turned out great too, and offered to help if we needed it. He was the perfect host.

A well-equipped compact apartment close to the old centre of Valencia

We stayed in the apartment for a week in March 2018. The apartment itself, in an old building, has all modern facilities and is kept in excellent condition by the owner, Emiliano. We enjoyed staying in the lively area close to the cathedral and the old centre. It was very easy to walk out and find many of the places of interest in the old city within a few minutes walk. There are several small shops nearby where basics are available. There are buses close by and the nearest metro station is about 15 minutes walk. Emiliano was helpful throughout and advised us about nearby restaurants and cafes.
