Nice property rental

I would highly recommend this property rental. Great space, very comfortable. Location was excellent for our needs to be close to the medical center. Shopping was very convenient closeby. Property manager was friendly and professional. Will be renting this property again when we return next year.

Great Place

We actually rented this property and another for a 3 week work trip and everything was great with both, The houses had everything we were looking for, convenient to downtown, very comfortable beds, close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc We had one issue with the hot water one day, but the property manager was very fast and responsive and took care of it that day, with updates along the way. Would certainly rent from again. Thanks!

Clean and Comfortable Home

We had never rented through VRBO, so we didn't know what to expect. However, this home exceeded all of our expectations. The home itself was exactly what we needed - spacious, comfortable, and clean. The furniture and decor was just our taste, making it feel like we were back home. The home was equipped with everything we needed - towels, bedding, kitchen tools, etc. and the grocery stores were just a couple minutes driving, so we could easily bring food back to the house. We also went shopping and ate out in restaurants in Meyerland Plaza and the Galleria mall, which were both close to the home's location. My husband was working in downtown, and it was very simple for him to drive to work meetings during our stay. Overall, we will definitely stay in this home again! The homeowners were very responsive from the time we booked our stay to post-check out, making sure we arrived back home safely. This personal customer service was very much appreciated. Thanks for a great stay!

A beautiful home in a great, convenient neighborhood

My two sons and I lived in this home for two months while my wife received treatment at MD Anderson. It was a perfect place for us. There is a fantastic neighborhood park just a few blocks away that we walked to daily. It has a playground, soccer fields, walking and biking tracks, and is extremely safe and clean. The house has been updated recently and has all modern fixtures. There is a TV in every room with ROKU and satellite TV. The home has an open floor plan and feels very large. It has four large bedrooms and a nanny quarters in a separate structure from the house. The kitchen overlooks the living area making it perfect for entertaining or in our case, easy to keep an eye on the kids while cooking meals. A few blocks away is a Randalls, Walmart, dry cleaners, Kohls, and many restaurants. You could really live without ever leaving a 3 mile radius. The location of the home is great. Being right next to the highway made commutes easy and you can get to the medical center in less than 15 minutes without using a highway, which was very nice. The zoo, museums, Rice Village, and aquarium were all very easy to get to from this house. The neighborhood is a real neighborhood with thoughtful neighbors and is extremely safe. We woke up to a gift basket one morning from a neighbor who said to just call if we every needed anything. The owner, Limor, was very accommodating. She answered all my texts immediately and has a staff that helped us to solve any issues we perceived quickly. Overall, I can't recommend this home enough. It was a difficult and stressful time for my family and we really needed the home we chose to be perfect. It was and we are very grateful.

Wonderful Stay

This home fit our needs perfectly. Spacious, comfortable, convenient to local stores and shopping. The home was furnished and came ready with bedding, towels and kitchen equipment. All we had to do was bring ourselves, our clothes, and some food! We prefer this kind of private rental to a hotel, and it worked great for our holiday stay in Houston. Big thanks to the property manager for making sure we had everything we needed for our stay.
