This is a beautiful property is a really special area. There is a whole street of rental properties, so you can string together several for a larger gathering. The beach is sandy and walkable for about 2 miles. The way the house is laid out is perfect to take advantage of the ocean view. Be aware that the living area is on the third floor. If stairs are an issue for you, this might not be the place for you. The owner/manager was responsive to a couple of issues we had. All in all, it was a wonderful stay.

This home is perfect in nearly every aspect. The location was just as idyllic as pictured. It’s beautiful and quiet. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was fully stocked with equipment. Sarah, the property manager was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

It only takes a minute to walk to, then you can walk for miles. The condo had everything we needed. Be aware that the stairs are a challenge for carrying in your belongings... Good knees required.

Huge windows with a great sunny view!

Property is located right across the street from beach which includes great access for clamming, walking the beach, running the dogs, kayaking and building a bonfire. The street is a dead-end and majority of the homes appeared to be other rentals. One surprise for us was that there are two flights of stairs on this property and no bathroom on the main level - which meant a lot of up and down. Great if you are up for the glute work out and increased heartrate but might not be the best option for older adults, older dogs, small kiddos or people with mobility issues. Property manager Sarah was great - she was easy to reach and very responsible to our one request during our stay. Would recommend and would return if ever in Netarts again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family loved the time spent in Garner’s Getaway. It has an excellent view of the bay and ocean. You feel like you are on the beach while in the house. The living area is on the top floor so the sunsets were amazing. The unit was vey clean and well stocked. The house manager was easily accessible and made our stay comfortable. We spent Thanksgiving weekend there so there was a lot of cooking going on and all the accouterments needed were there. The home easily accommodates 8 people with seating, dishes, and linens. Beds for 6 adults but the couch is big enough to put a couple kids. The house is very family friendly with games, puzzles, and movies. There are two decks and a BBQ with everything you need for grilling a steak. One thing I loved were the heated floors! The one down side for me were the stairs. There is a steep set getting up to the first floor and another steep set getting to the top floor. If you have mobility issues you might rethink this one. I definitely would recommend a stay here and we hope to go back.

Great Escape - but low water pressure.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great View. Very low water pressure - had to take very short showers. Washing dirty pans was not a breeze. Doing the laundry was also not easy - the washer would get limited water and there was a projection in the dryer that would snag onto clothes. The view and the kitchen appliances were fine. It was just the water pressure - anything to do with the water was a chore.
