Un chalet indépendant chaleureux et magnifique, entouré d'un jardin méditerranéen dans une baie de Cartaromana. La maison dispose d'une grande terrasse entièrement équipée. l'accès privé à la mer va à une grande pelouse privée, gazebo, jardin et arbres fruitiers qui complètent le scénario. Une expérience incroyable!
La maison comprend: 2 chambres (1 avec lit king size 1 avec deux lits superposés), petit salon avec canapé-lit, cuisine, salle de bain privée avec douche. La maison dispose d'une grande terrasse équipée de tables et de chaises pour que vous puissiez prendre des repas en plein air mémorables tout en profitant d'une vue imprenable sur la baie et le château aragonais.
Une grande pelouse privée, un kiosque, un jardin et des arbres fruitiers complètent le scénario, vous faisant oublier où vous êtes ainsi que l'agitation de la circulation que l'on peut parfois trouver à Ischia. Votre maison partage avec un autre chalet un accès privé à la mer de Baia Cartaromana (baie de Cartaromana). Profitez donc d'une minute de marche pour vous baigner, prendre un bain de soleil ou simplement vous glacer dans la baie entourée de rochers de Sant'Anna.
c'est un environnement familial, utilisé par ma famille depuis 50 ans.
10 minutes à pied du village d'Ischia Ponte et du château aragonais construit au 15ème siècle. 5 minutes en taxi du port où des hydroglisseurs et des ferries relient Ischia à Naples, 5 minutes à pied du supermarché le plus proche, arrêt de bus local juste en dehors de la rue afin de rejoindre le reste des attractions d'Ischia: Epomeo, Forio, le jardin botanique de Mortelle , Parc thermal de Negombo, etc.

Absolutely amazing views of the coast and Castilo Aragornesse with close proximity to many restaurants and the bus. Our host was very communicative and gave great recommendations. Would highly recommended for those who truly want to experience Ischia

I agree with another reviewer who mentioned that the views are even better than the photos in the listing. The property is in a quiet area with a bus stop right out front for convenience. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. Overall, very happy with our stay and would book again.again

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. It is a small apartment with a kitchen on an independent building, but it has all what you need to make your stay an amazing one. The views are wonderful and the resorts around even though they have daily events, are not something to be bothered. Instead we enjoyed daily fireworks shows. It is close to the Aragonese Castle and you can enjoy the shopping and restaurants around. Piero the owner is amazing too. He answered ALL of my many questions and trip to Ischia concerns. Great Great communication!

A Fairytale Escape Overlooking Ischia's Castello

This enchanting cottage is the epitome of a peaceful getaway. Perched with a perfect view of the Ischia Castello, it offers a glimpse of history while providing the ultimate escape. The quaint and charming interior is the ideal place to unwind after days exploring the island. For a few blissful days, we truly felt like we'd stepped away from the everyday world. Highly recommend!

Heavenly view

This property was amazing! The owner was easy to communicate with if you have WhatsApp and was very helpful, even giving us a ride down to the shops. The pictures were accurate except the view was even better than the pictures! The neighborhood is quiet and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely love to come back again some time!

Just Spectacular!

The cottage is just the most quirky little property with probably one of the best views on the whole of the island. The terrace has shade and sun and the the access to the sea was heaven for the children. The cottage has everything you could need and is very comfortable and homely. We all had the most amazing time. My son was either down in the sea or lying in the hammock. If you like to paint, the views are just incredible and there are plenty of comfy places to lie and read books. Ischia itself is a wonderful island, that feels a real place and not just a tourist destination. This is our second visit and if anything, we enjoyed it more than our first as we did not feel the need to rush around so much. Communication with the owner was great and we would definitely come again.

Beautiful property, but disappointing surprise after final payment

This was easily one of the most beautiful spots on the island—peaceful, lush, and with stunning views. The home itself is charming, and we were especially drawn to the listing because it mentioned access to the yard, fruit trees, and most importantly, direct sea access.Unfortunately, after we made the final payment, the owner informed us that there was no sea access—which was a major disappointment, as it was the main reason we chose this property.When we explored the grounds, we noticed there was a visible path down to the sea. The first time, it seemed open, but the next time we tried, we were met with a locked gate secured by a bike lock and a dog blocking the way. When we messaged the owner for clarification, he suggested we use the beach club next door—at a cost of 45 per person and no outside food or drink allowed.While we still enjoyed our time in Ischia, we would caution future guests: clearly confirm with the host before booking or paying if sea access is important to your stay. The listing is misleading in this regard.

I would like to point out, however, that the house has direct access to the sea from September to June, but only in July and August there not direct acces to the sea in the garden This information is stated in the announce . During the months of July and August, we offer alternative access to nearby beaches with personalized discounts.

Great property with good comfort

Kitchen equipment for cooking was at an absolute minimum, but manageable. Dishwasher didn't work properly, which was annoying. Apart form this, the house was small but lovely and comfortable. The terrace was amazing, spacious and with a stunning view.

Idyllic charming cottage in amazingly beautiful place

The setting is incredible; wonderful views from the east-facing terrace, which has the lovely hammock and the shade of the olive trees if you want it. The cottage itself is utterly charming, with both heating and air-con and great shutters for black-out and strong windows that reduce noise. There was foodstuffs left for us in the kitchen - thank you, and mosquito stuff too (which we needed). As a tea-drinker, I would have appreciated a kettle, but otherwise the kitchen was fantastically well-equipped. Piero had left us great information on local transport and the house and the area. You reach the sea by several flights of stairs - there's a concrete platform by the sea (the lawn is down there too). And a cabin with sun-loungers, lilos and toys in. Even in late October we swam in the sea which is clear. You can easily swim out to the Sant Anna rocks and our daughter set out to climb them. The cottage is best in sunny weather and perfectly set up for meals on the terrace (the only dining area). The kitchen is in an adjoining building that opens out onto the terrace and is a few steps away from the door of the main cottage. The one day we had rain, we felt this as a disadvantage. And by October the steps to the sea have been taken down and the neighbouring hotel is dismantling its wooden jetties and doing its end-of-season rebuilding. None of this would be an issue in the summer. The bus stop is immediately outside the house entrance.

Fantastico!

Die Terrasse mit ihrem Blick über das Meer ist unbeschreiblich. Wie ein riesiges Kino. Der Blick reicht vom Castello bis Capri, Neapel und Vesuv. Best place: die Hängematte zwischen den Olivenbäumen! Top-Empfehlung wenn man keinen Sandstrand direkt am Haus haben muss. Gruß, Andre

Beautiful place, idyllic

Amazing place, stunning spot, great having its own private beach. Perfect for childreb also. The apartment has everything you need and shopa close by. Our children lived the place and want to come back again next year. Great snorkelling and exploring roubd the rocks ans a nice wqlk to ischia ponte. Excellent communication from the host piero

Ein Stück Paradies

Wir kamen müde und erschöpft an unserer Ferienwohnung an und wurden von Assunta, der Dame, die sich um das Haus kümmert, sehr freundlich begrüßt. Sie zeigte uns alles und hatte sogar für Kaffee, Milch und Kekse als "Starthilfe" gedacht. Das Haus und vor allem die dazugehörige Terrasse sind spektakulär gelegen und das Haus erfreute uns jeden Tag durch seine bis ins kleinste Detail wunderschöne, äußerst gepflegte und geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Alles, was man braucht ist vorhanden und in hervorragendem Zustand, in der Umgebung gibt es Restaurants aller Art, ein Lebensmittelgeschäft und einen sehr guten Metzger. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Eigentlich müsste man das Haus, um sich wunderbar zu erholen, gar nicht verlassen ... ;) ... wenn nur die Insel nicht so schön wäre und so viel zu bieten hätte. Das einzig Unangenehme war, am Ende des Urlaubs aus diesem Stück Paradies weggehen zu müssen. Noch einmal liebe Grüße und herzlichen Dank für alles an Pietro und an Assunta, die uns am letzten Abend noch ein wunderbares ischitanisches Abendessen zubereitet hat.

Wunderbares Häuschen am Meer

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage und der Blick auf das Meer ist einfach grandios. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war super und er hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für sämtliche Belange. Danke Pierro!!!
