Two Bedroom Detached Villa with Private swimming Pool, AIr con , Fiber WIFI

Hi Piotr Thank you for your review , We are sorry you were not satisfied with your accommodation and had to vacate early We have been renting this villa for vacation rentals for 5 years, the owner lives locally and maintains the villa when its not occupied, the owner is very strict about no pets allowed, So we were surprised when you advised a problem with insects and you wanted to leave, we found no problem with insects , but we did find a couple of mosquitoes inside the property, there had been heavy rains recently which can bring mosquitoes to the area, the villa has mosquito nets covering all windows but not the entrance door, maybe the door was left open with lights on inside and mosquitoes entered the property. We talked with the owner and he kindly agreed for you to leave early without penalty and refund your money for any unused time. You stayed for one night only and we charged you for one night only plus an end of vacation cleaning charge (as per your rental contract) , We kindly reduced the end of vacation cleaning fee to 45.00 euros (normally its 75.00 euros), even though a full clean was required after your one night stay. You mention in your review the villa was dirty, we do not agree with this statement , We can advise the villa was cleaned by the housekeepers the day before you arrived (the same cleaning company has been preparing the villa for 5 years) and then inspected by ourselves just prior to check in, we found all to be correct and clean. When you arrived we showed you around the house and you seemed happy with the accommodation. You mention in your review you only got a 70% refund of your payment, we agree this is correct because the missing part is the VRBO service fee and payment processing fees, As advised this is nothing to do with us and you must contact VRBO direct to ask for a refund of this fee, For our part we can confirm we refunded you in full the money we received from VRBO (less one night and the reduced end of stay cleaning fee) We have emailed you a statement direct to confirm these amounts, we will be happy to share this information with VRBO to help you get the full refund kind regards Angela

Hi Barbara, Thank you for your email and kind comments , We emailed you direct about the beds and you gave us some more information. We then visited the property to check on the beds and found the legs on one of the single beds were wobbly causing the bed to wobble, we have tightened the legs and the bed no longer wobbles, The main double bed is a Standard Double size Bed (135cm x 190cm) , We have passed on your comments to the owner and suggested / recommended for the future to consider to change the bed to a King size bed (150cm x 190cm) . kind regards JK villa rentals
