Sur Wrightsville Beach ce condo offre 3 chambres avec une salle de bain privée attachée à chacune et est situé dans le bâtiment exclusif trois du Duneridge Resort.

À 1900 pieds carrés, 500 pieds carrés plus grand que les autres unités, cette unité d'extrémité offre des plafonds de 10 pieds, 4 nouveaux téléviseurs avec lecteurs Blu-ray disponibles pour votre plaisir. La cuisine dispose de nouveaux appareils avec un coin petit-déjeuner en plus de l'autre coin repas. Le mobilier du salon a été amélioré et la suite principale dispose de son propre coin télé.

Cette unité est positionnée directement derrière une piscine en bord de mer étincelante. La vue sur la piscine et l'océan offre de belles scènes depuis le balcon avant avec une vue imprenable sur les marais depuis le balcon latéral. La suite principale surdimensionnée a une grande salle de bain principale avec une baignoire jacuzzi et une douche séparée. Dégustez des cocktails l'après-midi au wet-bar ou une partie de tennis sur le court sur place.

Un accès pratique à la piscine et à la plage et un parking couvert permettent de profiter facilement des commodités offertes par Duneridge.

A little worn

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation was good, even if marred by rain every day. The property was looking worn and while the bathrooms and kitchen were clean, the bedspreads were all dirty. We pulled them off the beds and did not use them during the week. The outdoor areas were not clean upon our arrival but were easily cleaned with a simple sweeping. The dryer filter area was full of sand, again which was easily cleaned. I do not like to have to clean up when I arrive.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our mother used to live in a condo in Duneridge so we are very familiar with the property. Great location! Easy access to pool and beach. Several family members stayed on property. For the money that was spent at each condo the walls, carpets and furniture in some were dirty and worn--not good for toddlers playing around on the floor. A noon check out would be more fair. two beach keys aren't sufficient. Teresa the pool security guard was awesome!! Instead of two twins in the 3rd bedroom--a full or queen trundle bed would make a huge difference in all of these units! 3104 was nice but the decor/like wall paper needs upgrading.

Thanksgiving at the beach

Two retired couples, lifelong friends, used this comfortable condo for a fun, relaxing visit. We had a lovely Thanksgiving feast at Bluewater Grill and a scrumptious dinner the next night at Oceanic. We enjoyed walking on beach and sound and saw some great football on the TV. Beds and seating area furniture are comfortable. Well-stocked pantry and plenty of nice linens, towels, etc. We saw beach chairs, umbrellas, toys in the closet. Very beautiful pool area with comfortable seating for soaking November sunshine. We could have stayed much longer to explore this lovely, upscale area. Nonstick fry pans, coffee pots, plastic spatulas could do with a replace, but were useable. Master bath wall switches are not labeled and can be confusing. This unit can comfortably accommodate three adult couples without no one feeling shortchanged. There are two nice decks with good outdoor furniture. We had a lovely vacation here and would joyfully go again!

Several surfaces had not been cleaned and the area rug in the living room was filthy. The furniture in the living room was quite worn (to be expected) but comfy. We are really looking forward to our stay again next summer!!!

Each of the three bedrooms was a master and it also had a half bath. We liked the close proximately to the pool and the beach. We also enjoyed the 2nd balcony on the soundside. The property was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed dinner at the Boathouse and The Marina Grill.

Good Stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The size of the condo was perfect for our family of seven. The location to the pool and beach were very convenient. The short access time to Wilmington made activities easy to get to. The USS North Carolina Battleship is a must see as well as the Bellamy Mansion. Our only disappointment was the cleanliness. There were hairs in the bathroom and the bedspreads and mattress covers were not washed. After washing them ourselves we felt more comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed ourselves in an excellent property in a really good condo complex. Great pool and easy ocean access. We easily cooked breakfasts every day and two dinners as the kitchen was was well equipped. The beds were all comfortable with no sag. Bathrooms could use an update and showers are tight but otherwise perfect. We would rate 4.5 out of 5. Would definitely consider staying here again next year!

Condo is dated and worn, but easily accommodated our extended family of 15 for dinner and games. Although not oceanfront, easily accessible for walks on the beach and sitting by the pool. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glassware, silverware, pots and pans. Add blow dryer to list of items guests should bring. Chelsey at front desk was very helpful and informative at the front desk when we checked in.

We enjoyed

We enjoyed staying at this condo for 5 days with family. It is well supplied with beach and cooking essentials and it is roomy. I like that there was enough seating in the living area for all of us to gather. We received the wrong keys and had to call maintenance, who came quickly, changed our lock and gave us a new key to get into the building. He also helped get the televisions working as the instructions in the condo are incorrect. Once the initial keys and Tv situations were corrected, everything else ran smoothly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was perfect for us. The photos on the Intracoastal site are true to the actual property - it is spacious and very nice. The pool is actually larger than it appeared in the photos. The only trouble we had was with the keys to the unit with some not working in all the locks needed. I think the directions on how to enter the unit need to be a little clearer as well. We arrived at night after the office had closed, tired from a long drive and in the middle of a storm, so if we had been able to arrive during office hours, we wouldn't have had issues. But once we were in, we enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come again.

The condo's furnishings are starting to look tired. It's probably time to get new bed spreads and new covers for living room furniture. It has lost some of its sparkle since our first visit. Since this was our 13th consecutive stay in this unit, we were disappointed that the ice maker wasn’t labeled to not use. When we plugged it in, as in past years, it began to generate dirty ice. While management was aware of the problem, it was not flagged.

It is located on a beautiful beach with excellent security, stunning amenities, and great views of sun up and sunset. This was a great location for a family reunion. Great restaurants, fishing, beach combing, and the nearby turtle hospital are worthwhile attractions.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo! It was roomy comfortable and nicely decorated. The master bath was huge. I love Duneridge because of the oversized balconies. The unit was very clean and welcoming. All that said, I may not rent it again because it had a limited ocean view, and mostly overlooked the pool.
