This is an absolutely beautiful location with amazing views of the shorelines. Being able to sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise and listen to the waves cannot be beat. The accommodations were exactly as described. Well appointed, clean and updated. The location was convenient to all area attractions. We much preferred being at a quieter location further up the beach. Will definitely book again.

A great stay at Our Happy Place!

Excellent ocean front location with beautiful decor! So nice to arrive and have use of beach gear & beach towels & linens/towels provided Well supplied kitchen and easy access to the beach !

We absolutely loved our beach condo while in town for a wedding. The beach and view were amazing. The condo was perfect and we had a wonderful stay.

Great spot on the beach at a nice & quiet location!

We had a great time during our stay. We were able to relax on the quiet beach and visit Wilmington just a short drive away. Great place! I love that they used carpet in the entry and bedroom areas, it really helped to keep the sand down!

Beach Getaway

The location was amazing! The views and quiet and beach access were incredible. The house was tidy and accommodating. The only two issues - we had intermittent issues w/ the keyless entry, including on check-in. And, the soap dispensers need to be replaced or eliminated; they were full of green ick.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a mediocre condo that’s in need of a renovation. Trash and recycling needs to be taken to a dumpster in the parking lot - which was somewhat inconvenient. The unit itself was clean, but the furnishings and decor are dated. The construction of the condo allows you to hear neighbors upstairs, which was also unfortunate. The condo overall is like a railroad apartment and it was rather dark. The view and proximity to The beach were the best features.

The air-conditioning has not been properly serviced in who knows how long. There was black mold around every vent and the carpet was soggy and moldy. I was given incomplete information that made finding my code unit impossible and was then told the wrong unit twice. i was given the code to an occupied condo much to the annoyance and disbelief of the occupants. Unbelievable incompetence.

We greatly apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. The mildew and a/c concerns were not apparent during the previous guests stay nor during our pre-checkin inspection. When we were made aware, we offered to immediately come and clean the vents and have the a/c serviced but did not hear back on an appropriate time to complete these tasks. Since your stay, these issues have been rectified. We also apologize for relaying the wrong unit code. Although the information regarding your units location is located on your lease agreement, it was an honest mistake on our part. We truly hope you will consider giving us another opportunity to prove that we strive to be the best vacation rental company in our area.

Beach bliss

Beautiful well stocked condo steps from uncrowded beach. Sunrise and sunset views from condo. Conveniently located to restaurants and amenities. Kitchen had everything needed only thing missing was hot pads. Beach towels, chairs, 2 kids bikes and boogie boards provided. Looks exactly as pictured. Great for families plenty of room. Split bedrooms with Master suite overlooking beach and 2nd & 3 rd bedrooms overlooking marsh with own bathroom with tub Covered balcony perfect for breakfast and evening drinks or escaping afternoon showers. Elevator for convenience on moving in and outdays. Only con was had small ants invaded van in parking space. Sprayed outside of van and kept bumper away from the grass and curb and no more ants after first day

Our Happy Place Comfortable and Pleasing!

My Sister and her family live in Wilmington and her oldest daughter, My Niece and her husband are expecting their First Child, so we drove from Georgia, South Carolina to give her a Baby Shower and a weeks vacation! This Condo was perfect and plenty of space for Our Family!! We highly recommend this Condo and we will be back! The only issues with the Condo when we checkedd in,was we noticed a light on the dishwasher and found standing water in the dishwasher and in both Bathrooms the fan was extremely loud and in one the light was not covered. Called the Property Manager and maintenance came and fixed the dishwasher, but listened to the Bathroom fans, but said they would be back on Monday, April 5th, however when we checked out on Friday, April 9th, the light and fans in the bathroom was still broken! However it didn't ruin Our stay, We loved "Our Happy Place"

Fun celebration

Went for a long weekend to celebrate my moms 80th birthday with family members. Nice little condo, great location, nice and clean. Condo is somewhat dated, but nice and functional. Sea scapes management was very helpful with communication before check in.

Our Happy Place is now my happy place

This was a lovely condo. Much bigger than I expected. It had pretty much all we needed including a highchair and booster for my niece and nephew. The view was great and it was relatively quiet. The master bedroom was spacious. The other 2 bedrooms were good sized too. Bathrooms also had plenty of space. We plan to return here again!

Pool was very nice and my kids had a great time splashing around there. The only two "downsides" were that the shower water smelled very much like sulfur and BOTH rental cars got infested with ants staying in the parking lot - neither one of which is the property owner's fault, just a warning for future guests!
