It was a beautiful condo with a great ocean view. Right on the beach so easy to walk to. Would highly recommend.

I can't really say anything horrible about this place, but it wasn't worth what we paid. Had no electricity in the master bath outlets for 6 days. The carpets in the bedrooms were dirty and disgusting. When they say bring everything you better. Short on washcloths and bath towels too. It was a beautiful spot on the gulf with a great view from the balcony. The condo needs a little tender loving care, and it would be wonderful.

Great location

Property was clean and ready for occupancy when promised. I would suggest all the owners of this building get together and spend a few hundred dollars on some paint and use it on the pillars and the wall when you first see the poperty. First impressions are hard to change. Overall the property was well maintained. Property owner was very responsive to all communications.

Amazing Week

We had an amazing week! Absolute loves the unit! It was perfect for what we needed. It was well stocked and that was so helpful. The only thing we didn’t like was that we couldn’t use our canopy on the beach. The beach area is small so it was pretty crowded. There was a lot of seaweed, but that’s just a risk you take going to any beach. Overall, it was an incredible stay. I hope that we left everything in better order than we found it! We appreciate the communication and can’t thank you enough for allowing us to vacation there.

Good stay & location

Overall our stay was good. We had an amazing view from the 5th floor and even saw a school of dolphins multiple times. Layout of the condo was perfect for us. Plenty of room and seating for us all! Close enough to walk up “town” to eat and shop too! We had a few hiccups we addressed directly with the owner.

Legacy 501

The room was clean and the kitchen was well supplied. We were able to cook and ate most meals in the room. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the elevator was very fast. The only issue we had was the parking. We drove 2 full size trucks and had trouble finding parking as many of the spots were for smaller or compact cars. Vehicles were sometimes so close together everyone but the driver had to get out before parking. We had a wonderful trip and would recommend renting from these owners. They responded quickly to questions and were very helpful.

We grew up and raised our family in West Michigan near the beaches of Lake Michigan. When we first came to Gulf Shores we were reminded of the beautiful beaches on Lake Michigan. After visiting here we knew we wanted a place on the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Over the years we have stayed in several places on beaches in Florida but have found the Gulf Shores area very family friendly. There is so much to do with events that the town sponsors, restaurants and shopping.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We looked at many properties before purchasing our unit in Legacy. We especially liked the smaller building (23 units) and being so close into town. The view from the balcony looking out over the Gulf seeing dolphins swimming in such calm water sold us on purchasing here. With 3 bedrooms it is a good fit for when we have family here with us. There is plenty room or everyone.

We like the fact that we are directly on the beach (Gulf). We are located on the 5th floor so we have a great view of the beach. The elevator is right outside of our door. We have full size laundry in the condo. We have a fully stocked kitchen. We are in close proximity to many restaurants and all the shopping you could want.
