Maison avec jardin clos privé. EntiÚrement rénové, l'environnement de détente. Les propriétaires ne sont pas présents, mais ils sont disponibles pour donner l'aide / des conseils sur demande. Vue sur les Alpes et les collines du Monferrato.
Maison trÚs lumineuse. jardin meublé pour se détendre en paix et en contact avec la nature. Cuisine bien équipée pour ceux qui aiment la cuisine.
Nous acceptons les animaux par arrangement préalable. Maison idéale pour les couples ou les familles avec enfants. du centre-ville trÚs proche, à distance de marche. Deux chambres doubles avec lit supplémentaire dans le salon.

Well appointed property. We were 3 adults and a dog and the house was large enough and comfortable.The town of Cocconato has restaurants and grocery store all walking distance from house. A good base for visiting all the major towns/villages of Piedmont. Excellent communication with host.

Best place for a wonderful vacation

Our time in Cocconato was truly wonderful. From the very first contact, Karen was incredibly kind and helpful, offering us plenty of great tips and insider recommendations.For us, it was a perfect week to relax, enjoy the peace and quiet, and explore a bit of the surrounding area.The house had everything we needed – it was well-organized, very clean, and offered a high level of comfort.Thank you for this fantastic vacation – we’ll definitely be back!At the end I will highlight the view !!!!!

Superb property in a lovely village

We loved staying at Karen’s place. We’ve been 4 adults and our two dogs. It was perfectly located to do trips of any kind and we also loved to stay in the private garden. Cocconato and its citizens are lovely, too. Karen, your host, is a super friendly and supportive lady.

Highley recommended, you will have a great time!

Loveley location, with a great view on the hills and with Cocconato nearby (walking distance). A loveley village good for shopping and with great restaurants for a drink or dinner. Karen and Ugo are loveley host and make you feel at home. We had a great time.

The house is lovely with a great view and everything you need , you just have to rest and discover the area with wine tasting, markets and a day trip to Torino ! Karen makes you very welcome and gives you useful information on what to do ! Thanks again to her !!

Very good experience at Karen's home. The landscape is beautiful, we are near from Asti and Turin. All equipments are in this home. Karen is always there where you need her. Very good holidays in this location !

A wonderful place

Another excellent stay, having decided to return after really enjoying our week here last year. The view from the house and garden is breathtaking: a perfect location in which to enjoy the lovely scenery all around. There is so much to see in the area, both locally and further afield. Karen is a fantastic host: knows everything about the area, available to answer any question, nothing is too much trouble. We can fully recommend Ca' Ginota for a wonderful holiday.

We had a great time, starting with a lovely welcome by Karen. Arrived just in time for a bit of medieval activity in the little town center, visited the wonderful church on top of the hill and town, found nice hiking paths and much enjoyed visiting Turin/Torino and Asti. Already thinking about coming back...

Cocconato comfort

Wonderful view. Hard to get past that, but the cottage itself is attractive, well-equipped and comfortable. Enjoyed several nice meals in/near Cocconato. Host was great. Recommended.

Fabulous view

Karen was a very friendly host and had lots of very helpful recommendations for us. The house is perfectly located with a fabulous view. You can see the hilly landscape and the impressive alps behind. Also it is only a few minutes walk into town. Cocconato is a lovely place with bars, really good restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our stay very much and can highly recommend this place and Karen as a very caring host.

One week in September

We had a lovely week in Cocconato. Especially as there were local festivities the weekend we arrived. The house was terrific and with a view which we will remember for a long time. Karen, our host showed us all upon arrival and kept in touch during the week. In short a perfect week (with beautiful weather)

We had a wonderful week at CĂ  Ginota in Cocconato. We were very well welcomed by Helen and Ugo and the house is even better than the pictures suggest. A real bonus! Cocconato is a small vibrant village a footstep away from the house. A coffee, a pizza or some groceries, all within a 5 minute walk. Super! Pretty sure we'll come back.

A perfect holiday at Ca' Ginota

The house has all the facilities one needs to enjoy a stay here, but the outstanding feature for us was the beautiful view from the house and garden which we never ceased to be amazed by. The garden is also very pleasant to sit and relax in and, as it is fully enclosed, our dog really enjoyed the freedom to wander around it. The location of the house, within easy walking distance of the village of Cocconato, is excellent. It well deserves its designation as one of 'i piu belli borghi d'italia'. It was definitely our favourite village, but you can choose to visit any of the many hill-top villages in the area and find lovely churches, narrow cobbled streets, lots of character and scenic views. We also really enjoyed our visits to the towns of Asti and Casale di Monferrato, both of which have many sights worth going to. From first booking through to our departure, the owner was really helpful, providing us with so much useful information. In summary, we found Ca' Ginota an excellent property and we would thoroughly recommend it for a holiday stay.

A place to unwind

The location of this house is just perfect. It is far enough from the center of the village to be quite, but it is not too far to buy buns in the morning. Cocconato itself is a beautiful village that, unlike other villages in the area, is full of life and you can get everything you need for your stay. There is a market in Cocconato on Thursday and on Saturday. The location of Cocconato is exceptional. It is located on a hill and offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding area. The same view is offered from the living room of the house and the garden. We particularly enjoyed the garden in the morning, when it was still cool. Having a relaxed breakfast with that view is just great. We enjoyed this peaceful time every single day. As we stayed there in August, it became quite hot in the afternoon, so that we hardly used the garden in the afternoon as it is directed towards the south. The house itself is clean and fully equipped. Since we like to cook when we have enough time to do so, we enjoyed the kitchen, which offers all possibilites. The house is equipped with an air condition, which is a bit noisy, but is essential when it is really hot ouside. The windows are equipped with moscito screens, which is very important as you can leave the windows open over night. There are not too many sightseeing spots in the immediate vicinity, which prompted us to visit Torino several times. Karen is a very caring and helpful host. Communication with her was no problem at all.

AgrĂ©able maison magnifiquement situĂ©e Ă  deux pas du beau village de Cocconato, avec vue imprenable sur les collines et villages du Bas-Monferrato. La maison est parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©e, vous y trouverez tout pour un sĂ©jour des plus agrĂ©ables. Les sympathiques hĂŽtes sont trĂšs disponibles pour toute assistance et renseignements. Comme on est arrivĂ© en pleine pĂ©riode caniculaire, ils ont mĂȘme immĂ©diatement installĂ© un climatiseur pour augmenter le comfort des locataires. On retournera bien volontiers chez Karen et Ugo. On recommande sans hĂ©sitation.

Sublime

Nous avons été magnifiquement accueillis par Karel et Hugo. Ce sont des propriétaires adorables aux petits soins pour leurs locataires. La maison est parfaitement située avec une vue magnifique sur le Piémont. La maison est trÚs bien équipée et correspond parfaitement à l'annonce. Le village de Cocconato est trÚs joli et bien situé. Il y a des petits commerces, une pharmacie . Vous y trouvez tout ce dont vous avez besoin. C'est un bel emplacement pour visiter le Piémont( Turin, Asti, Cherasc, Alba,..) C'est à recommander. C'est avec plaisirs que nous reviendrons dans cette maison

Au coeur du monferrato

A quelques pas du centre du village la maison beneficie, en plus de tous les équipements utiles, d'une vue sans pareil sur les collines du Monferrato. Karen notre hÎte fait preuve d une trÚs grande prévenance . Déjà notre deuxiÚme séjour à Ca'Ginota et nous ne nous lassons pas de cette merveilleuse région du Piemont.

Schön gelegenes Haus mit wunderbarem Ausblick.Iideal fĂŒr entspannten Urlaub mit Hund .Garten ist komplett umzĂ€unt.Es ist alles in der NĂ€he zu Fuß zu erreichen Nette Bar Restaurant und Supermarkt.Es geht aber immer den Berg rauf.Cocconato ist ein wunderschönes Dorf und auch die Umgebung wunderschön.Gastgeberin sehr nett und immer gut zu erreichen aufmerksam und Kommunikationswege
