Oceanfront 176-2 exceptionnelle Localisation sur l'eau

Située à quelques pas des rivages à couper le souffle de Puamana, cette maison de plain-pied de trois chambres et deux salles de bains est idéale pour une escapade tropicale en famille ou entre amis. Le séjour en bord de mer chambre spacieuse offre des vues pittoresques du Pacifique et mène à la véranda arrière privée équipée d'un barbecue et salle à manger confortable espace extérieur. Cette maison est parfaite pour les trois couples ou une famille nombreuse. La suite principale dispose d'un lit king; la deuxième chambre a un lit queen, et la troisième chambre a deux lits jumeaux. L'unité vient de subir un remodelage complet comprenant la climatisation centrale (chaque chambre est contrôlée individuellement), un tout nouveau revêtement de sol en vinyle de luxe et un nouveau carrelage dans les salles de bain. L'appareil est équipé d'une laveuse et sécheuse, de nouveaux meubles de salon, de nouveaux appareils, de nouveaux draps, et a été fraîchement peinte partout. Les deux salles de bains et la cuisine ont également été totalement rénovées au cours des 5 dernières années.

La cuisine haut de gamme est très bien équipée avec comptoirs en granit et appareils en acier inoxydable, et est un excellent endroit pour préparer les repas de la famille pour la grande salle à manger ou véranda. Les nouvelles véranda portes coulissantes ont des écrans d'affichage purs et double vitrage en verre teinté. La grande salle avec coin repas comprend des stores en bambou et a des vues et des sons de l'océan incroyables! Salle à manger sur la véranda privée est l'un des meilleurs sièges à Lahaina en raison de ses vues dégagées de couchers de soleil sur l'île de Lanai et des baleines sortant dans les mois d'hiver! Cette unité est entièrement climatisé a aussi beaucoup de ventilateurs de plafond et les brises de mer pour des vacances Maui one-of-a-kind. Profitez du meilleur de Maui!

Perfect island getaway

This was the perfect vacation spot for my family of 5..clean, comfortable and an amazing oceanfront location. If we ever return to Maui we will definitely stay here again!

Awesome beach front stay!

We enjoyed this property so much, the amenities were great and the house had everything you needed and more. The location was central and easy to get around from. The beach is literally your backyard. We would stay there again...and again and again!

Great Location and Family friendly property

The property was as good as advertised and met my expectations. Right on the beach. Can't beat the views. It was close to Lahaina but fair enough away so that it was very peaceful and tranquil. Great family friendly property.

Nice place

Three bedroom place ideal for a family. Pleasantly surprised by the number of beach items available to borrow. Good kitchen, plenty of towels, nice pools and tennis courts, and quick walk into Lahaina.

Perfect fit in ideal location

Stay for the view alone!

The view of the ocean and outdoor shower alone are worth the stay here. Being able to open up the huge sliding doors every morning and hear the waves was incredible. We love coming to Puamana. This place was great, stocked with everything we needed. Will return again.

Beautiful oceanfront property!

We had an amazing time at this property; the location is fabulous, right on the ocean. We loved waking up to the sounds of the crashing waves. The condo is clean and nicely appointed; we were able to cook most of our meals at home. Loved swimming in the pools and walking the beautiful grounds of Puamana, and the location just south of Lahaina is absolutely perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

A great vacation in Puamana

This is my fourth time staying in the Puamana community, which is just lovely. It’s very close to Lahaina but still quiet and secluded, well maintained with many amenities, and offers great swimming & surfing. This oceanfront property was clean & comfortable, and had everything we needed. The owners provided excellent instructions and the housekeeper was very responsive to our needs. Would definitely stay here again!

A Wonderful Family Time

Everything worked out very well for our family which included my husband and I, our oldest daughter’s family who had a 3 year old and infant, and our other adult daughter. There was something for everyone within a short walking distance, the ocean and pools and lots of space to lounge. We loved hearing the crashing waves 24 hours a day! We will definitely return, hopefully soon.

Perfect spot for our family of 6

We tend to "hang out" all together as a family in our accommodation a good amount when we travel, so we were looking for a place that would feel like we were in Hawaii while also being a comfortable place to spend a lot of time. This was perfect, with good space for all 6 of us to be, nice facilities to cook, and a great lanai. Great views and ocean sounds right out the window, and everything we needed. We enjoyed the community pool and sense of privacy. Not ultra fancy, but comfy and complete. Our only regret was not staying a few more days! Teenagers said they would love to come back again.

Great Property

We’ve stayed at the Puamana many times. This location works well for us. The online lists that it is newly renovated but it isn’t. But that was ok with us as we had small children so wasn’t overly concerned then. I understand that the property is being renovated in the spring. This will be an awesome property when completed . I would recommend that the reno should include some outdoor screens for the sun in the later afternoon. Wonderful stay.

This unit has beachfront, easy beach access, a view of Lanai, and gorgeous sunsets. My family and I spent 3 days there and wished it was a week. I surfed every morning. Outdoor fresh water shower and patio.
