Very comfortable and spacious house

Very comfortable house with very good heated pool. We were able to cater for ourselves in excellent kitchen and save a lot of money by not dining out. Happy to recommend.

Alexandre was a wonderful host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. Host was flexible with check in time and available for any questions. Backyard and ping pong table were great fun and location can’t be beat. Walking distance to a wonderful Pâtisserie, fish monger and butcher should you want to cook. 20-25 minute walk to town and Ubers were readily available when needed. Kitchen was well stocked and equipped for cooking. Beds were on the firmer side, but the well appointed bathrooms made up for it. Overall, would absolutely stay again!

Amazing experience at the perfect villa

What an incredible experience at this beautiful villa. The location was 5 minutes driving from the port center of St Tropez, and the house was exactly as listed. Even better actually. It was the perfect spot to spend a week. We enjoyed the pool, the outside space, the kitchen, everything. It’s also within easy walking distance to a butcher, fish shop, wine shop, etc. making everything about our stay convenient and relaxing. The host also graciously accommodated an early check in, which was so kind and appreciated after an incredibly long travel day. We can’t wait to come back and will alway cherish our time in St. Tropez, in large part because of our stay here! I can’t recommend this property enough!

Great house in a great area. Within walking distance to old town (about 25 min). The house had mostly everything we needed for a week stay. My only complaint is that it didn't come with some standard supplies that I would expect for the price we paid. They had one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, no paper towel, one dishwashing tablet and no hand soap. These are basic things that should be included for your stay (or at LEAST enough to last a few days). If not, we should be told about this ahead of time. Other than that, the house is great and would stay again.

Nous vons passe d excellentes vacances dans cette extremement agreable a vivre de par ses prestations et son style. Le proprietaire et la personne qui est notre interlocutrice sur place sont tres aidants et aimables. Magnifique !

Une villa splendide, élégante, hyper confortable et fonctionnelle! Le site est très calme, on peut passer des journées entières à profiter du magnifique jardin et de la piscine. ! On accède très rapidement â pieds au centre de Saint-Tropez et aux plages. Idéal ! Nous y reviendrons sans hésitation!

Hâte d'y retourner !

Excellent séjour dans cette magnifique villa à Saint Tropez. Idéalement située près des routes des plages, au calme, à 15 min à pied de la place des Lices. Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances. La maison est très belle, confortable et surtout très bien entretenue. Parfaitement équipée, la villa est parfaite pour des vacances reposantes à quelques minutes de la frénésie Tropézienne. C’est notre deuxième séjour dans cette villa et nous avons apprécié les améliorations apportées par le propriétaire, toujours à l’écoute de nos besoins ( très bon accueil, orchidées dans toutes les pièces, une bouteille de rosée au frais pour notre arrivée ) . L’un des plus appréciable est que la piscine est chauffée. Hâte d’y retourner !

La description et les photos correspondent parfaitement à la réalité. L'endroit est idéalement situé, non loin du centre de St Tropez et de la plage, et néanmoins au calme. La maison est belle, tres bien entretenue et extrêmement confortable. Le propriétaire Met son point d'honneur a ce que les locataires ne manquent de rien ,se sentent accueillis et que tout soit en parfait état . Le jardin est ravissant, la piscine est belle,et chaude et cet endroit est un petit havre de paix ou nous sommes sentis parfaitement heureux . Nous reviendrons.

The charm of Saint-Tropez in a secluded getaway

My wife and I came here with another couple this past September. This is a great spot for recharging your batteries. Very modern and comfortable, with enough living space indoors and outdoors so you never feel crowded. We also loved the fact that you were minutes away from the center of Saint-tropez yet were in a quiet and secluded environment. The pool area is delightful especially in the late afternoon / early evening. The homeowner Alexander was easy to deal with (also speaks english) and accommodating -- small detail but we had a late arrival and there was someone there to greet us and show us around the house. Everything was in good working order and it is clear that the house is professionally maintained. Since we are not far away we may come back again sometime in 2014.

My family of eight had a great stay at this property. The house was very comfortable, and the pool made our stay extra special. It is a short drive into the center of town, and about a 10 to 15 minute drive to the beach clubs. The house is part of a small community of about 10 other houses behind a private gate and felt very safe. It had parking for two cars and very good Air Conditioning. The only con was the fourth bedroom, which is on the first floor through the kitchen. It is very small and does not have a toilet or sink. It only has a standalone shower with no privacy. It was fine for our boys, but maybe not for other guests. Overall, the house was beautiful, comfortable, and spacious enough to accommodate our entire family. A big thank you to our host who was attentive and responsive to all our questions.

We had a family reunion at the villa which is spacious. The beds are very comfortable with good quality linen. The location is excellent, walkable to St Tropez. There is a tennis club nearby. Bikes in the garage. Communication with the host was quick and efficient. The caretaker of the domaine was also very helpful. We had an excellent week.

Checks all the boxes

Alex’s property checks all the boxes. Great location about 20-25 minute walk to city center or less than 10 minute drive. The property is in a gated community which is a nice added safety feature. AC worked very well in the bedrooms and living room area. Pool was a great size with plenty of lounging area and furniture. Alex’s communication was excellent and prompt. Overall great stay and would stay again.

Summer in St Tropez

My family and I stayed in this clean, spacious villa in the heart of St Tropez. The location is absolutely ideal for the magnificent beaches and of course, St Tropez. The enclosed garden is perfect for young children and small pets. The air conditioning throughout the villa is a fabulous for the warm evenings ensuring a restful sleep. I would most certainly like to come back and stay in the beautiful villa.
