Bel appartement au 9Ăšme Ă©tage, avec deux grandes terrasses de 50 m2 et 10 m2 avec des vues spectaculaires sur la ville et la baie de Cadix. EntiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ©, avec une dĂ©coration soignĂ©e. Situation idĂ©ale. PrĂšs de la gare et des arrĂȘts de bus. Aux plages et au centre-ville. Tout est proche. IdĂ©al pour les couples. En plus du linge de maison, il dispose d'un parasol, de serviettes et de hamacs pour la plage. Et aussi 2 transats fantastiques pour bronzer sur la terrasse. Parking public devant l'immeuble (non inclus dans le prix).

We had a really enjoyable stay in this apartment in Cadiz. It was immaculately clean, very close to the old town which was a beautiful place to walk around, have a meal and a drink. The apartment contained everything you could possibly need for a great holiday and we particularly appreciated having beach umbrellas and towels. The terraces were fantastic and we enjoyed sitting on the front terrace overlooking the port of Cadiz. Cristina was very helpful, met us to let us in and explained everything to us. I would definitely stay there again. I don't think you'd find anywhere better in Cadiz!

Un appartement plein de charme idéalement situé !

Cristina nous a réservé un excellent accueil et donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour notre séjour. L'appartement est merveilleusement bien situé, en premiÚre ligne sur le port de Cadix, avec 2 trÚs grandes terrasses au dernier étage. Tous les monuments du centre ville sont accessibles à pied. La décoration est chaleureuse et de trÚs bon goût, parquet au sol, jolis tableaux, literie trÚs confortable. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Cadiz, un grand merci à Cristina pour sa confiance, nous reviendrons !

Wonderful experience from start to finish

All communication from Cristina was very useful and fast responses were always given. At the check-in, Cristina spend a lot of time showing us around, she also provided a lot of useful local information, maps, recommendations, etc. The apartment is in a fantastic location, it is well furnished and equipped with everything you would ever need. Very clean throughout, we could not have asked for more. We have already booked our next trip.

Estancia sin comparaciĂłn en CĂĄdiz

No hay mejor sitio donde quedarse en CĂĄdiz. La casa tiene todo lo que uno necesita (y mĂĄs!) para pasar unos dĂ­as agradables. Se nota que era la casa donde la dueña vivĂ­a porque tiene todos los detalles que facilitan una estancia agradable--es un verdadero hogar. La dueña nos recibiĂł y la comunicaciĂłn era muy fĂĄcil. Nos dio buenas recomendaciones de restaurantes. Hay tranquilidad total en el apartamento. Ya que estĂĄ en el noveno piso, la vista desde los 2 balcones son fabulosas (hay prismĂĄticos si uno quiere usarlos). Y es todo un lujo ducharse viendo la catedral! Cuando vuelva a CĂĄdiz, me quedarĂ© aquĂ­ otra vez, sin dudarlo. Una de mis mejores estancias en apartamentos alquilados en los Ășltimos 10 años.

Beautiful apartment

This apartment is of the highest quality and very well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and in the home. The bedding and towels are good quality and there are two terraces with fantastic views over the port and over the city. The location is great for the old town but also 10 minutes at the most from the train and bus stations. Cristina was there to meet me at a time of my choosing. And CĂĄdiz is fantastic so you have everything you could want.

Wonderful views

The views from Cristina’s apt are beautiful; the port view from one side and a view overlooking the Old Town on the other. With so many windows the light is amazing! The terrace is very large and so nice to have a space to sit in the sun and relax, even in March. There is a sun room which also serves as the dining area which is sunny and warm!The location is convenient to all sights. The area is quiet and so is the building. It was convenient to be able to drop off luggage before check in and then meet with Cristina for all the details.The apt is comfortable and furnished with all the necessities. Cristina was easy to communicate with and responded quickly.We certainly recommend Cristina’s lovely apt!

Terrific apartment in an authentic Spanish City

we loved our 3 week stay in this lovely penthouse apartment. The location cannot be beat. Close to the ferry and train station yet bordering the old town. The apartment is on the 9th floor with commanding views from two terraces. One one side, view of the industrial port and morning sunrises and from the other patio terrace, views of the old town, cathedral and rooftops all the way to the Atlantic and nightly sunsets . Simply stunning. You can walk anywhere in about 10 minutes.The apartment is very well appointed. You will find everything you need to cook and be comfortable during your stay. Nice shower and bed.iChristina is wonderful and responsive as a host. We are already planning our next visit.Dave & Sheila, Seattle USA

Great place

Nice big patio overlooking the harbor, and a small deck for a view of the city. Plenty of room with a well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Good location too. Cadiz is pretty small. We took the city bus when we got tired and that works well. Cristina met us and spent a lot of time showing us the apartment and talking about the town.

The pictures do not do the apartment justice. It is a large beautifully decorated apartment, equipped with everything you could possibly want. Great place to stay!

We stayed at this location for approximately 15 days! Its location is great for walking Cadiz. Restaurants were very close, actually everything was. Train & Bus stations were just a couple of minutes walk from place. Views were awesome! Would diffidently stay here again!

Excellent apartment

The apartment is exactly as described
beautiful, spectacular views, well located to train and sites. My tall husband particularly enjoyed the extra long bathtub after a day of walking. The large terrace was wonderful to view sunrises and the harbour action of a cruise ship or to just relax. Christine is an excellent host, meeting us on arrival and available to answer further questions if needed.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Cadiz

Die Kommunikation mit Cristina, ihre freundliche BegrĂŒĂŸung und Vorstellung der Wohnung waren sehr gut. Die Wohnung hat einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf den Hafen und die Altstadt. Obwohl zentral gelegen ist es dennoch ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen und wollen auch selbst wieder kommen.

Breathtaking

Christina's apartment is well situated for everything you might want to do in Cadiz- beaches or sightseeing. A great view from her balconies too. The apartment is extremely well equipped, very clean and pleasantly furnished. We had a wonderful stay there.
