Beautiful terrace with a fantastic view to Elba

Upon arrival the whole apartment was presented to us very kindly and detailed by Mrs. Nardi and her husband. Fortunately the husband of Mrs. Nardi could speak English quite well, which made it easy for us to start our vacation (this is NOT a matter of course in Italy!). The kitchen is newly renovated, well equipped and fully functional, only a toaster was missing. The two bedrooms have big, comfortable beds and air condition (which we did not test) and the living room has a small couch, a couple of chairs and a low glass and a higher wooden table that can be popped-up. The highlight of the whole flat definitely is the big terrace with a beautiful view over the pines and Tyrrhenian sea to the island of Elba! We've spent as much time as we could on this terrace, it is really fantastic!!! The terrace is also equipped with some wooden, very comfortable and pretty garden furniture as well as a blind above a large table where we always took our food. By just 2-3 minutes walk one can get through the nice little pine forest to a beautiful, huge, shallow, sandy beach that is free of charge, but you could also rent deck-chairs with umbrella such as everywhere in Italy if you wanted. Absolutely splendid and perfect for families with little children! Little drawbacks of the apartment were that quite a few times the fuses jumped out, especially during the long week-end from May 30 till June 2 where the beach and the streets were packed with Italians (very few parking places) just like it would probably be in August. There was also a day when we didn't have water from the lines for a couple of hours, which can be quite annoying as you may imagine... Also, the plastic furniture on the terrace to sit around the table as well as the deck-chairs are quite old, dirty and rusty and should be replaced the sooner the better. The same holds true for the grill. Finally, the apartment is solely equipped with Italian television and no Wifi. Taken together we've spent a very lovely time in this apartment and the pros are certainly much more important than the cons, however, there ARE negatives, that's why receiving the fifth star from my side would still be a matter of improvement.

Paar mit Hund

Alles war bestens in der Unterkunft, es war sauber und die Lage und die Aussicht perfekt. Die Duschkabine könnte mal erneuert werden und die Pflanzen auf der wunderschönen Terrasse sahen etwas traurig aus. Aber wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekte Lage

Wohnung und Terrasse sehr schön. Ausstattung, Betten, Duschen und Inventar teilweise Erneuerungsbedürftig. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein.

Helmut e la signora hanno voluto i prenotare nonostante li avessi avvertiti che, essendo a drone stagione, dovevano essere effettuati dei piccoli lavori nell’appartamento. Volevano rimanere ancora altri giorni, per cui non pensavo che non si fossero trovati bene. Il mio appartamento è completamente accessoriato e i letti sono standard con reti a doghe e materassi in memory. Il bagno è stato ristrutturato da poco come si può vedere anche belle foto, idem per la cucina. Della pulizia mi sono curata personalmente, l’appartamento era perfetto.

Die Wohnung war gut. Die Aussicht fantastisch! Die grosse Terrasse haben wir genossen. Leider mussten wir aus gesundheitlichen Gründen die Ferien abbrechen. Die spontane Abgabe der Schlüssel verlief einwandfrei. Die Sauberkeit der Küche war nicht ganz zufriedenstellend; der Rest der Wohnung war jedoch in Ordnung.

Wohnung mit wunderbarer Terrasse in Follonica

Die Wohnung liegt im 6. Stock in einem Mehrfamilienhaus an recht zentraler Lage. Das Haus macht einen eher vernachlässigten Eindruck. Maria hat uns in der Wohnung empfangen, sie wirkte sehr in Eile. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sauber, aber etwas lieblos eingerichtet, vorallem die beiden Schlafzimmer sind ziemlich trist. Die wunderbare Terrasse mit super Sicht, macht dann Vieles wieder gut.

the apartment is an attic, so it is located on the sixth floor of a building, with two elevators to go up as specified in the announcement. One of the two bedrooms has just been renovated, with a bed, three-door wardrobe, matching bedside tables and armchair. On the walls there is a large painting hand painted with sea scenes. the second bedroom has a double bed which for the two ladies I had transformed into two single beds not knowing their preferences between single or double beds. my apartment has a fifty square meter terrace overlooking the Gulf of Follonica. has a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. It has all the comforts, washing machine, dishwasher, terrace furniture, wi fi. I don't understand what you wanted more. Signora Maria takes care of the cleaning and reception, while the ladies understood that she would be at home with them. the price includes final cleaning but not a weekly housekeeper.

Fantastic Terrace

A really nice apartment with an extraordinary terrace. Fantastic view over the Follonica bay and the island of Elba in the horizon. 1-2 min walk to the beach. Small groceries around the corner.If you have a car Coop is the best supermarket, 4-5 min away If staying in Follonica this is the place to rent

Ottima esperienza in un appartamento con terrazza con vista favolosa, vicinissimo sia al mare che al centro. Proprietaria gentilissima, pronta a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Decisamente un piacevole soggiorno!

La nostra casa a Follonica

Dopo qualche anno siamo tornati a Follonica ( località davvero perfetta per famiglie con bimbi piccoli, tanta attenzione per loro che si percepisce ovunque ) e non abbiamo avuto dubbi nello scegliere nuovamente questo attico con splendida vista mare ( terrazza fantastica ). Cortesia e comunicazione della proprietaria ai massimi livelli. Nell'arco di 150 metri ( o meno ) trovate tutto : spiaggia, pineta, market, noleggio bici, pizzeria, ristorante, giochi per bambini, banca. Risultato ....auto parcheggiata e ripresa a fine vacanza. Condominio tranquillo, molto pulito e ben tenuto. Bambini entusiasti e stanchi .... genitori riposati ..... A presto

Perfetta per una vacanza al mare

Casa proprio come nelle foto, la terrazza è fantastica, per colazioni, pranzi, aperitivi e tanto relax. Il mare a due passi. La cucina molto ben attrezzata. La proprietaria molto diposnibile per informazioni e/o chiarimenti.

Splendido attico con ampia terrazza vista mare

Appartamento molto grande con due camere matrimoniali ed in sala un divamo letto.Cucina e bagno da poco ristrutturati.Il punto forte di questo appartamento al sesto piano e'un'ampia terrazza con salottino vista mare,ampio tavolo e barbecue.Molte piante ornamentali rendono favolosa la terrazza. Decisamente silenzioso,dotato di aria condizionata,lavatrice e lavastiviglie.Insomma non manca proprio niente come nelle nostre case.Raccomandato.

soggiorno al mare Follonica

In virtù della bella esperienza fatte nel 2015, anche quest'anno abbiamo deciso di tornare a soggiornare presso questa struttura. La sistemazione ottima e corrispondente alle nostre esigenze, ci ha consentito di godere a pieno della settimana di mare. L'immobile pulito e dotato di ogni confort, la grande terrazza con vista mare ci ha consentito di pranzare e cenare all'aria aperta; inoltre la vicinanza della spiaggia ed il meteo favorevole, hanno contribuito a rendere la vacanza molto piacevole. Da non sottovalutare diversi punti di ristoro e molti negozi a poca distanza. Abbiamo anche trascorso un bellissimo pomeriggio all'acquapark, distanze pochi km. Quindi complessivamente il giudizio e' molto positivo.

Ottima posizione e confort

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento dal 18 al 25 giugno in 4 adulti e 4 bambini. La posizione è davvero ottima, si raggiunge tutto a piedi con estrema facilità. La spiaggia è davvero vicinissima, basta attraversare la pineta di fronte. Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono ben 2 supermarket ed una serie di altri negozi. Vicinissima anche la passeggiata lungo mare. L'appartamento risulta dotato di tutto il necessario ed è ben curato e pulito. Magnifica la terrazza con vista sul mare!! Proprietaria molto cortese e disponibile, è venuta incontro alle nostre esigenze. Unico appunto è quello di sistemare il problema che spesso salta la corrente. In definitiva lo consiglio e tornerei sicuramente a soggiornarci di nuovo!

Giudizio molto positivo

La posizione dell'attico è ottima; Abbiamo potuto godere della splendida terrazza con vista mare e sull'isola d'Elba. L'immobile era pulito e dotato di ogni confort. Il servizio proposto nell'inserzione era conforme alla descrizione e la proprietaria si è rivelata persona gentile, cordiale e molto disponibile. La spiaggia sia libera che attrezzata nelle immediate vicinanze valorizza ulteriormente la posizione dell'alloggio. Nelle immediate vicinanze possibilità di acquisto generi alimentari e non; possibilità di raggiungere comodamente a piedi il centro attraverso comoda passeggiata o mediante utilizzo della pista ciclabile vicino alla sottostante pineta. Il tutto ha contribuito a rendere il soggiorno molto piacevole e da consigliare.

OTTIMO APPARTAMENTO

Nulla da dire.....non si può chiedere di più per un appartamento, questo è il Top !! Completo di ogni cosa, tutto funzionante e comodo. Spazi ampi e terrazzo con vista mozzafiato sul Golfo di Follonica e attrezzato di ogni comodità. Vicinissimo alla spiaggia con mare cristallino. Adatto a qualsiasi tipo di persona e/o famiglia. Proprietaria gentilissima e accorta. Una settimana perfetta. Luigi, Ylenia e Morgan :-)

VISTA STUPENDA

Ottima posizione e ottimo appartamento

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo bell'appartamento per dieci giorni. Eravamo in cinque, di cui una persona con carrozzina (comodi i due ascensori), più due bimbi (2 anni e 5 mesi) e siamo stati benissimo. L'appartamento, pulito e spazioso, corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione e dall'ampio terrazzo si gode una vista magnifica sul mare. Da qui si arriva veramente dappertutto in pochi minuti: supermercato, panetteria, negozi, ristoranti, lungomare. Ottima anche la convenzione con i bagni e la spiaggia, raggiungibili in neanche dieci minuti. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la gentilezza della proprietaria, che è sempre stata disponibile a fornirci i consigli e le indicazioni richieste. Consigliatissimo, soprattutto a famiglie con bimbi!
