Le logement a été entièrement rénové en 2008 avec des finitions raffinées, du parquet, des salles de bains en marbre, dont une avec jacuzzi, une salle à manger avec de vieux murs en bois et une cuisine avec les meilleures technologies. Il est utilisé par les propriétaires et est donc entièrement et parfaitement équipé. Il est composé d'une entrée avec de grands placards, d'un salon avec coin repas et kitchenette, d'une chambre principale avec compartiment penderie et d'une salle de bain privée avec baignoire d'hydromassage, d'une chambre avec deux lits superposés et d'une chambre de service avec un lit superposé, d'une deuxième salle de bains avec douche et grande terrasse dans toute la maison.

We stayed in this beautiful condo for one week in July, and it was the perfect home base for our Dolomites vacation.The apartment had everything we could have wanted. Having the balcony was such a nice bonus, we loved being able to relax and enjoy the views. The washing machine was also extremely convenient for doing a quick load of laundry during our stay.The location was excellent. The bus stop was just a short walk down the hill, although we had a rental car and really appreciated having an assigned parking spot included with the apartment. Being located between Selva and Ortisei was ideal, with an easy drive to both towns.The hosts were wonderful, very responsive and genuinely interested in making sure we had a great vacation. They shared excellent recommendations for restaurants, and shopping, which made our stay even better.The apartment was perfect for our family of three, but it could easily accommodate more guests as well. We loved our stay and would happily return! and I can't wait to!

Ski trip

Unit slept 6 of us with room to spare. Location was perfect. A short walk (7 minutes) to the main gondola. That gondola gained us access to multiple locations throughout Dolomites. Plenty of restaurants within a short walkable distance. Host was extremely responsive. If I ever return I would hope to be able to rent this unit again.

Perfect home base for Val Gardena

Beautiful, spacious, clean, and comfortable apartment situated creekside in the village of Santa Christina. Further from the crowds in Ortisei, but still plenty accessible. Walking distance to Col Raiser and Monte Pana lifts with tons of hiking and huts. Walking distance to two grocery stores and a bakery. Well appointed kitchen, updated bathrooms, comfortable beds and pillows. Slept with the windows open to the sound of the rushing creek. Onsite parking was convenient and communication was great! Would highly recommend and stay again if we’re lucky enough to return to the Dolomites.

We had a great experience at this VRBO. It was clean, large and comfortable. The location was ideal - about 50-100 meters from a grocery store and bus stop. Parking also worked out well - especially as we had a rather large 9 passenger van that was not super easy to maneuver in tight spots. The location for visiting other towns and hikes was also optimal. Finally, the owners were also super responsive - for example, when we had a question about how to use the oven they responded in about 15 minutes. We had a wonderful time there and highly recommend it.

Maria was our host and made the checkin process easy. The apartment was fantastic and well-positioned for all hiking in the area with easy access to gondolas and chairlifts. The apartment was very quiet, had everything necessary for cooking and the beds were comfortable, the wi-fi was fast and it was extremely easy to get up and down the valley (different towns) via bus or even walking. Add to that a deck overlooking a mountain stream flowing through town and this place was perfect. Although we had just two questions for Maria during our stay that were not related to the apartment, she answered quickly and gave the information we needed. Not joking, this vacation in the heart of the dolomites was fantastic and the wonderful apartment was a huge part of it. Highly recommended!! Grazie mille Maria!

Lovely well furnished apartment

This is a lovely three bedroom apartment in St. Christina in the Dolomites. There is a master with a separate bathroom with a jacuzzi tub which is very nice. Another room has 4 bunk beds and a third small room has two bunk beds so it could actually sleep 8. The living area is spacious and the kitchen is well stocked and the apartment is well appointed. The beds are comfortable and the water pressure is great. There is a room for skis and boots at the entry way to the building. The owner is very receptive and responsive.We were there for a ski vacation - the gondola is within a short walking distance with access to many ski areas but a cautionary word is that the walk back to the apartment from the gondola is up a fairly steep hill. We rented our skis from SkiArmin - the staff there was great- and they allowed us to keep our skis and boots there so as not to have to carry them up the hill. One work of caution: this apartment is not in Selva although that is the address; it is in St. Christina which does not have much of a town. There is no night life and few restaurants. It is quiet. There is one apres ski bar at the bottom of the gondola which is very busy but closes at 7. If you want more of an active environment with stores and bars, I would recommend staying farther up the valley in Selva or Alta Badia.

We booked this property because of the reviews, especially the ones stating communicating and interaction with the hosts was very good - no so for us. Prior to arrival, I asked a few pertinent questions, and was basically told that I was asking too many questions, and if it continued they would refund my deposit. When we saw there was not a microwave, I called and told them I expected them to get one for us to put on the counter. Since it was on the listing, I explained I would not have a booked the property without one. The owner started yelling at me and told me he knew I would be a problem. I am a host for a property near DisneyWorld. If one my guests tells me something in my home is broken, I immediately try to remedy the problem. I would never yell at them. I tried to explain to the host other things that were wrong. I also tried to tell him, as a host, I would want my guests to tell me what is wrong so I could correct it, rather than have my guests write a bad review. He did not listen to anything I was saying and just kept yelling at me. Only two outlets for everything in the kitchen. It was June, and all they had on the beds were down comforters, no sheets or light blankets. You either had the big heavy down comforter or nothing. There were not new sponges or cleaning items on the counter. The shower did not drain. All these things were tolerable. The worst was the treatment from the hosts. I would never return and advise others to look elsewhere.

Het appartement is ons zeer goed bevallen. We waren met 4 volwassenen en 2 kinderen en dat was heel goed te doen. De communicatie met de eigenaar verliep snel en soepel. Fijn dat er iemand was om ons wegwijs te maken bij aankomst.Het appartement ligt op loopafstand van de Saslonglift.

Caro Steve, ti ringrazio per la recensione. Per quanto riguarda le discussioni con i vicini, normalmente si comportano benissimo (si tratta di famiglie con bambini) e mi hanno tutti concordemente riferito di rumori sino a tarda sera ed un utilizzo improprio dell'appartamento. Sinceramente è la prima volta che si lamentano a causa del comportamento di affittuari. Inoltre sono stati asportati i contenitori per la raccolta della spazzatura ed è stato trovato un consistente quantitativo di spazzatura destinata alla raccolta differenziata nel cassonetto generale proprio il giorno della vostra partenza; non so se siate stati voi, ma se così fosse considera che la cosa mi mette in difficoltà col condominio e con l'amministrazione condominiale. Il generale non mi pare che le regole di utilizzo della casa siano state rispettate.

Appartamento stupendo

Appartamento veramente stupendo e attrezzato di ogni confort. L'unico neo è stato il parcheggio della seconda auto essendoci un solo posto riservato. Comunque bellissima vacanza, la Val Gardena è il top per chi ama la montagna.

Spacious and comfortable appartment at good location

The appartment can contain 8 people at max, we rented it with 5. It was clean, very spacious, had all the comfort an luxury and a nice and cosy athmosphere. Reception and contact during the week was nice and easy. Location is very convenient near the center of St. Cristina, and close to the Saslong lift.

The apartment is located in the village of Santa Cristina in Val Gardena. The wonderful mountains of the Valley, at the heart of the Dolomites, UNESCO World Heritage Site, are a favorite destination for beautiful summer excursions. The accommodation is located a short distance from the famous world cup ski slope Ciampinoi-Saslong and also close to the Seceda slopes in the Puez – Odle natural park. The slopes are connected to the largest European ski carousel of 1,200 Km perfectly prepared downhill slopes and 1.177 km of crosscountry runs. In Santa Cristina there are also new slopes for crosscountry and a short distance the famous crosscountry slopes of the Alpe di Siusi.
