Paul was a nice host & made everything easy for us. Location was wonderful with easy access to the bay. Pool was great & view was stunning! Quiet neighborhood with amenities nearby. It was nice to have a small well stocked kitchen and outside grill. The addition of a single induction burner would have been helpful & made a big difference for us.We will be back & hope to see you again next year Paul!

Perfect rental for two! Awesome pool & deep hot tub with amazing ocean view. Excellent location with grocery, coffee shops & restaurant all in walking distance. Peaceful relaxation in a clean & comfortable space with private entrance & parking right out front. Good temperature in this downstairs unit with just the fan going, no AC needed. Lots of thoughtful touches…beach towels, cooler, umbrella, guide book, etc. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The suite was as described, which was the perfect size for the two of us. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location was beautiful, and the walk to the beach just took several minutes. I would highly recommend water shoes once you get to the beach, as the shore is very rocky. Paul was very communicative and responded very quickly to any questions we had. Such a beautiful place to stay and we will book again.

Accommodation’s were top notch! Shopping and restaurants close by along with snorkeling and manta ray tours right around the corner. The pool and grounds were impressive with unbeatable views of H-bay. Well worth the price and Paul was a wonderful host!

Paul was born in Providence, Rhode Island and grew up on Jamestown, a small island , just across the bridge from, Newport, RI. Kay grew up in Guildford, Surrey, England. She emigrated to the US with two other girlfriends and met Paul in Manhattan Beach, California. They went to Hawaii on their honeymoon and decided to live there.

In the summer it is also a good dive spot, and enjoyed by many snorkeling, night divers and spear fishermen. Keauhou Bay which is a two blocks from this home, has charter boats, kayaking, snorkeling trips and canoeing, available to you.
