La maison dispose de 2 chambres, une avec un lit double et une avec 2 lits, 1 salle de bain avec douche, cuisine entièrement équipée avec tous les services, salon et terrasse.
Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis.
Il dispose de la climatisation et des moustiquaires dans toutes les chambres, TV satellite, Wi-Fi.
Grande piscine avec hamacs, barbecue, tennis de table et zones de jardin.
A la ferme il y a 3 chevaux, 2 gentils chiens et poulets.
Nous avons un jardin bio et de nombreux arbres fruitiers.

We had such a lovely stay at Pilar's home. The location is excellent as it is an easy drive from the airport but feels a world away from Palma, providing easy access to all of the beautiful mountain towns and Mallorca's west coast.The home was exceptionally clean and designed in a way that made you feel like you were staying at a good friend's place who has great style. The beds and couches were very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook at home if you wanted. There was lots of outside space to explore, including a large private pool to relax around. The chickens and horses were a nice bonus as well.I highly recommend this home and can't wait to return to Mallorca to stay here again.

Wonderful hosts and beautiful place. Pool is large, clean and just what’s needed after a day exploring the island. Restaurants close by from Italian to Spanish and more. Easy to get to Palma and other resort areas. Thoroughly recommend!

It was perfect!

A very private remote finca with beautiful surroundings (mountains), near Palma de Mallorca, so very central for exploring the west coast. The owners are very friendly and hospitable. The pool was very nice mainly for the kids in this season. Clean, comfortable, private and central, a real gem.

Lovely place with lovely people

We have enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was well designed for two adults and two children. The opportunities to play on the terrain were great and it is the perfect place to explore the Tramuntana mountains. The flexible check-in and the lovely people who make this place a home were also very positive.

Lovely spacious 2 bedroom apartment attached to the main house on an almond orchard, with good views of the surrounding hillsides. Property is well maintained and available to renters. Host was attentive and responsive, while being respectful of your privacy. Host provided great hiking and restaurant recommendations, ones that only a long time resident of Mallorca could make.Property is exactly as described in VRBO listing.I would stay here again and I will recommend it to my friends.A car is required for this property.

Excellent Stay for Families

We felt right at home from day one. The place is very clean and has everything you need. The beds are super comfortable—no need to bring your own pillow! The property is spacious and perfect for young children to explore. There’s a horse, some goats, a dog, and two cats. The pool is also clean and well-kept. Everything nearby is easy and quick to reach. We’d love to come back!

A Perfect Stay

The accommodation, property and surrounds are all stunning. The living areas are very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Although it is on a farm, there is no noise from animals or machinery - whilst the land, agriculture and animals make for a lovely, private stroll. Pilar and her husband are very welcoming and helpful, without being intrusive; and she dealt artfully with last-minute (and very late) arrival-time changes due to a delayed flight. A wonderful stay - thank you Pilar.

Absolutely Loved Our Stay!

Mallorca is a beautiful place and this property was the icing on the cake. Pilar is a wonderful and attentive host! The pictures do not fully capture the beauty of the property. The property is perfectly groomed, with flowers everywhere. My family loved taking pictures in the pool area and even spotted a rainbow over the mountains! The suite had everything my family needed; fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and an extra twin bed was added to the second room to accommodate my family. The property is also perfectly located to enjoy Esporles, Palma, Valdemossa, and Soller. I can't wait to return!

K-TEVA in Esporles is a magical place!

We had a delightful time at K-TEVA. Our hosts, Pilar and Angel, were incredibly friendly, helpful and generous. The farm is beautiful and it gives you a real taste of what a traditional “finca” is like with its almond orchards, chickens and horses. The apartment and grounds are clean, comfortable and well-equipped with everything you need, whether you want to prepare meals, relax on the veranda or take a dip in the pool. Esporles is a great jumping off point to explore the mountains, beaches and historic villages of western Mallorca. I can’t recommend it highly enough. It’s a magical place!

Slice of Paradise

There was only one issue with our stay…it wasn’t long enough!!! What a beautiful property nestled into the foothills. The upstairs apartment is secluded and very comfortable with lovely decorating to make it a home away from home. There are almond, olive and lemon trees al around. Quaint little sitting areas. A beautiful pool we didn’t have time to enjoy! Will have to come another time. Pilar and her husband are excellent hosts!! Thanks to all the memories!
