An enjoyable stay, apartment was clean and spacious, centrally located, all within walking distance

Location was excellent on the beach and easy access to shops, Bars etc. Apartment was very spacious with an amazing view of the beach. Host was quick to respond to any questions. Some of the apartment could do with updating, several window latches need replacing, kept blowing open in the winds.

Great apartment, highly recommended

Great location, massive apartment. Was perfect for the 7 of us. Clean & comfortable, no complaints from us. Lifts weren't great, only took 3 people. Hot water only enough for 4 showers but wasn't an issue.

Dear Jayshree, thank you very much for the feedback. It is great to know that you liked the apartment and its location. There should have been a couple of towels per person, we apologise if that was not the case. Regarding the hot water, it depends on the size of the boiler. Nonetheless, once it is finished, it only takes half an hour to warm up again. We hope that was not an inconvenience, and that you had a lovely time in Benidorm. Warm regards.

Good value for money and amazing views

Views were amazing! Really good location, close to the old town. The lift, stopped working a couple of times when we was there. A lot of stairs to climb to the 18th floor. Also the pool was having building work done so we couldn’t use it.
VrboOwner a répondu le 23 nov. 2024
Hi Sarah, Thank you for your review. We’re glad you enjoyed the amazing views and the great location close to the old town. We apologize for the inconvenience with the elevator and pool. Please note that maintenance of the elevators and pool is managed by the building’s community, and such decisions may be made without prior notice. We appreciate your understanding and will review how to improve communication in these cases for future stays. We hope to welcome you back for an even more enjoyable experience.

Lovely comfortable spacious beachfront apartment in prime location.

A very spacious apartment with fantastic beach views. Great lounge and balcony furniture. Fabulous location for Old and New Town, shops, bars restaurants. We could have done with more glasses and a larger kettle for our group of eight adults. Apart from that is was perfect.

Fantastic seafront apartment

Amazing location, spacious and comfortable apartment, well spaced out bedrooms all made for a great stay. It's almost next to a small supermarket and near lots of bars and restaurants. The old town and the strip are both very easily accessible. I would highly recommend it. Comentario negativo Everything was great, we loved the apartment and would definitely book again. Provision of some minor basics such as washing up liquid, bin bags, chopping board would save us having to purchase them. We did have a minor problem with the reception of the garage who tried to charge us 23 euros per night for parking when it came included with the apartment. We refused to pay and were finally allowed to leave.
VrboOwner a répondu le 4 mai 2026
Dear Helen, amazing review, thank you so much for taking your time rating your experience at the appartment. Be sure we will consider your comments in order to improve the experience. Regarding the parking we would like to know more about this incident as your parking spot is included in the reservation, you don't have to pay any extra. We hope to see you soon again. Thank you!

Amazing !

The size of the property was amazing ! Location perfect ! The balcony …. Wow Going to the office first the keys and then dropping the keys back off is inconvenient. Shame you can’t be greeted at the property. My elderly mum loved the apartment, but never have gone there without us due to the keys situation
VrboOwner a répondu le 23 avr. 2025
Dear Lisa, thank you for the review. We are glad that you liked the property. Unfortunately, and due to the amount of apartments that we manage, the key collection has to be centralised in some way. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Anyway, we hope to see you back soon! Regards.
