Appartement rénové en première ligne de plage Levante, Benidorm, avec accès direct à celle-ci. Il dispose de 3 chambres et peut accueillir 6 personnes.

Logement de 90 m² confortable et spacieux, avec vue panoramique sur la mer, la plage et la ville.



Dispose d'un ascenseur, 15 m² de terrasse vitrée avec des vues incroyables, accès internet haut débit par fibre (wifi), climatisation, chauffage pompe à chaleur, 4 téléviseurs (Smart TV dans le salon et TV dans toutes les chambres) piscine communautaire ouverte de saison, court de tennis, parking en plein air dans le même bâtiment sous réserve de disponibilité à l'arrivée.

La cuisine indépendante à vitrocéramique est équipée de réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, four, congélateur, machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, vaisselle/couverts, ustensiles/cuisine, cafetière, grille-pain, bouilloire et presse-agrumes, fer à repasser.



- La remise des clés et le check-in se font dans notre bureau situé avenue de la Méditerranée 62, rez-de-chaussée Tour Principado, nom commercial BenidormBooking, juste en face du Casino.

- Un dépôt de 200€ est retenu sur carte de crédit/débit en guise de caution ou en espèces le cas échéant.

- Check-in à partir de 16h30 (haute saison à partir de 18h00)

- Check-out avant 11h00

view comfortable beds , clean , central Location, Would consider booking again but noise from flat above a big concern , probably would put us of coming back using this apartment again, shame Building in flat above 7.45am till early evening , everyday, very noise flat above, loud rap music playing most days Arguments 2am in morning, could not sit on balcony due to loud drilling ect from Building works .eventually had enough and bang on ceiling and shouted, but still continued arguing

Good location, fantastic views.

Very well situated apartment. 1 bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The lounge/dining area runs the length of the apartment behind the 3 bedrooms with great views out over the beach. All clean and tidy, with a very well equipped kitchen. The bathroom and kitchen are infront of the bedrooms, so if anyone was using the sofa bed in the lounge, they would need to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to them during the night. Some parts of the apartment are looking a bit tired and need a tidy up. One of the reclining chairs in the lounge has a wonky (previously broken) back. The flush mechanism on the en suite toilet is loose. The main bathroom doesn't lock. Collection for the keys is a good 10 minutes walk away and they do need returning to the same place on the morning of checking out.

Brilliant stay!

Fantastic location, exceptional value and very clean apartment. Beds were comfortable and amazing views. Plenty of bedding and towels. 100% would stay again and fully recommended. If I am being very picky, small improvements could be, a few more toilet rolls, hand soap provided in the toilets. Air conditioning in the second bedroom would be welcomed too.

Fully equipped kitchen , every gadget you could ever need . Nice welcome pack and little touches like shampoo and shower gel in the bathrooms Looks like the block is undergoing an internal refurbishment to the lobby area . Will give it a more modern feel so not much more to do really

While the apartment has a great location and fantastic view.... ... Described as sleeps 7, whilst technically correct the apartment has a dreadful layout if you need to use the sofa bed (whoever sleeps here has to go through bedrooms to get to either the bathroom or kitchen). It has seating for 4 and furniture far too big for the room. The dining table takes up so much space you can't sit round it or even walk past it. Described as having a pool and tennis court these were closed for building work. If your going as a party of 4 you will be comfortable any more and you are overcrowded

Tilava asunto mahtavalla merinäkymällä.

Mahtava sijainti ja uskomattoman upea näkymä merelle. Kaksi kylpyhuonetta todella hyvä isommalle seurueelle. WC-paperia riitti parille ensimmäiselle päivällä ja yövyimme kohteessa viikon. Samoin astianpesu- ja pyykinpesuainetta oli molempia yksi annos. Imuri olisi helpottanut lattioiden puhtaana pitämistä, kun hiekkaa kulkeutui rannalta tullessa asuntoon päivittäin.

locatie nieuwe stoelen elke keer een klein probleem maar snel opgelost. spijtig dat we 30 dagen moesten omwandelen langs de tuin aan de achterkant om naar binnen en buiten te gaan.

Situación inmejorable, vistas de película, apartamento limpio y cómodo TV de gran tamaño en cada dormitorio Los sillones del comedor están para cambiar, son inestables. La cocina es pequeña, pero bien equipada y con muchos armarios. Las almohadas no son cómodas, pero las camas sí que lo son.

Topvakantie dankzij geweldige locatie en faciliteiten !

De heerlijke ruimte van het appartement en de prima bedden. Overigens was het ook fijn dat de luifels inmiddels weer gerepareerd waren. Bovendien blijft het een genot om 2 badkamers ter beschikking te hebben ! Persoonlijk viel het me tegen dat inmiddels het filterkoffiezetapparaat verdwenen was zodat ik niet mijn eigen koffie meer kon zetten, net als voorheen. Maar er was een Dolce Gusto geplaatst, wat voor anderen waarschijnlijk weer een verbetering is. Enige écht negatieve opmerking betreft de enorm irritant krakende eetkamerstoelen, waarvan er overigens inmiddels ook nog maar 4 van de oorspronkelijk 6 zijn overgebleven.

Fabulous Location

Fantastic view, good security of building. Advertised as a 3 bedroom but it was more a 2 bedroom, only access to living area was through the bedrooms, therefore you needed to use the small middle bedroom as a hall, to the food drinks from kitchen to dining table.
