Le style traditionnel du "fusil de chasse" de la Nouvelle-Orléans. Les entrées avant, latérales et arrière permettent la circulation et l'intimité.

Chaque chambre a un style différent accentué par des peintures originales et des gravures de collection, dont beaucoup ont été créées pour un festival de musique de notre quartier, Jazz in the Park.

Location à court terme est un sujet très débattu à la Nouvelle-Orléans. S'il vous plaît, aidez-nous à montrer à la communauté qu'un tourisme responsable et respectueux peut apporter des échanges culturels significatifs et être une expérience positive pour votre groupe et notre ville.

Notre petite société de gestion prend en charge 15 travailleurs et leurs familles, qui sont tous payés un salaire décent, et nous vivons, travaillons et jouons tous à la Nouvelle-Orléans. Notre équipe d'entretien, l'équipe de nettoyage, le personnel de réservation et le personnel de service à la clientèle travaillent dur pour vous assurer le meilleur séjour possible. Le produit de votre séjour nous aide à nourrir nos familles et à investir dans la rénovation et la restauration ou dans des maisons historiques de la région. Nos unités sont détenues à 100% par les locaux, pas par les grandes entreprises, les hôtels ou les investisseurs à l'extérieur de la ville. Toutes les maisons que nous restaurons ont été vendues vacantes, inhabitables, légalement endommagées ou condamnées. Nous avons sauvé beaucoup de maisons de la démolition et nous n'avons jamais expulsé les résidents à long terme des maisons que nous avons disponibles à la location.

We had seamless communication about the rental from the start and check-in was easy. We arrived early and had pre-arranged to drop our bags until check-in time. As a consequence, we saw the thoroughness of the cleaning crew (very impressed!). The neighborhood was quiet and as many have noted, had a great coffee breakfast/lunch spot on the corner. Ample towels were provided in the 3 bathrooms. The beds were very comfy. Just note that this is a historical 'shotgun' house which means that you walk through each room to get to the other and thus means that one bedroom has no access to a bathroom without walking through another bedroom. We would gladly rebook as the Treme neighborhood had charm and history. Sitting on the porch we saw several tour groups come by and comment on the architectural details of this and other nearby homes. Great value for a stay that is easily accessible by foot or uber to other attractions in New Orleans. We would definitely book again.

We just stayed one night as a stop on a road trip, but it was amazing - great location, amazing historic scenery and vibe. The Louis Armstrong park around the corner was great to walk through. Hope to stay there every time we make this roadtrip now!

Great for large groups

We absolutely loved this property. We walked to bourbon street every day and it was a great area. Right next to a coffee shop which was really convenient in the mornings. The check in process was seamless! I’d highly recommend.

Not what we expected, and not clean.

When we booked this place for my bachelor party we weren't looking for a top of the line all inclusive bed and breakfast, we were just looking for a decent place to rent where we could hang out and sleep. This place was gross. The bathrooms were not cleaned when we got there. There was hair on the shower walls and the floors turned your feet black. Only one shower of the three had hot water and the bathroom floors were filthy. We opened the cabinets in one bathroom and found a dirty diaper. I've backpacked through Europe and stayed in $10 a night hostels and this is without a doubt the dirtiest place I've ever played my head. And I'm not even going to talk about the random filthy stuffed animals laying around. My advice is to keep looking.

Great location awesome house.

Within a few blocks from the French quarter, this house was located near enough for a walk or quick uber ride. The property was well equipped with linens, towels, and kitchen supplies. We had a party of 6 and each had our own beds. There were also 3 full bathrooms all very clean. The property didn't have a gas grill, but we ate all of the time. There's a great little coffee shop on the corner- great for beverages and a snacks. The owners were super responsive and accommodating. Thank you.

Beautiful and spacious

Loved this cottage! Gorgeous with more than enough space and bathrooms for our girl's trip to NOLA. Loved the artwork and huge mirrors throughout the home. Beds are comfortable. Will was very hospitable, met us on arrival and attentive throughout our stay. Neighborhood is safe and within walking distance to Frenchman's and Bourbon. Would definitely stay here again.

Inviting home, quiet area, not too far from the action

This was a charming house with tons of character and very clean in Treme. It was spacious and lacked for nothing. We were very happy with our stay all around. The managers of the property were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend the place to people who want to be near the action but not in the middle of it and to those looking for a cozy home feeling in their accommodations.

The Little Green Cottage

It was perfect, we LOVED the lay out, it felt like a huuge dorm for us, which was perfect for 10 girls <3 They left beer and chips in the fridge, for us, from the previous renters, which was a great add on. The laundry machine was out of order, so they offered to drop off and pay for our laundry, a really kind gesture. We would definitely rent here again, with a large group. Lots of space, bathrooms, and very tidy and clean. It's also close to a lot of things walking distance. We absolutely loved it. Thank you for everything!!

Amazing Property

The owners were awesome and helpful. The property was in a great location. Far enough away from the party to be relaxed but close enough to walk or Uber easily. Super cute coffee shops right down the street. The property itself looked exactly like the pictures. I loved all the character of the property and decor. We would definitely stay again!

Lovingly Restored Home - Great Stay!

We come to NOLA a lot and have stayed in a bunch of vacation rentals and this is by far one of the nicest. We really appreciated all the cool original local art and some fantastic antiques. Its basically next door to this great cafe called Fatimas Cozy Corner which was a huge plus. It was an easy walk to the french quarter and bourbon street, and just a few blocks from the streetcar on rampart street. Hosts were very easy to work with and check in/out was seamless.

Great Stay in the Tremé | Best way to see New Orleans! Highly Recommended : )

I truly LOVED this place!! I am back and forth from New Orleans and I will definitely stay in this unit again. I saw some of the other units nearby and they are fabulous as well. There is really cool original artwork on the walls and I loved the old hardwood floors. There is also a really cute Turkish coffee cafe a few doors down - great place for tea/coffee plus they make great falafel and grape leaves. The house is a close walk to the French Quarter and there is a streetcar stop a couple blocks away. Really convenient. Plus the host was extremely responsive. Like I said, I will definitely be back. A+ Thank you!

My experience was even better than expected. The property is really amazing and the owner is very hospitable and knowledgable. This was great for my group of 6 and would easily sleep 10. Would definitely come back. Treme is a really nice neighborhood and a close walk to the French Quarter and Frenchmen Street.

On behalf of my group of 9, I cannot thank Ben enough for his great hospitality! His home was exactly how he described it; comfy beds and prime location. It's definitely not anything fancy, but it certainly does have that New Orleans feel. Located right at the border of French quarter and Treme it really couldn't have been any better. As a first timer in NOLA, I was a little skeptical about the area but Ben assured me with ease. The unit is maybe a 10-15 minute walk into the French Quarter and a little longer if you are heading towards Frenchman. We walked everywhere, night and day, and never had a problem. Ben was really responsive to all emails, texts, and phone calls; making it an easy stay. He even had a little map that highlighted some of his favorite restaurants and bars- so helpful! I would recommend this host to anyone planning a future trip. And I know my group will definitely be coming back for round 2!

Wonderful Stay

This place was spotless, charming and the host and neighborhood were great. HIghly recommended for groups interested in the culture of new orleans. there is also really great artwork in the place which made our stay there that much more colorful. we'd definitely book again!
