Peaceful and cozy 4-bedroom residential home just 1 mile from downtown Austin. Home is on a corner lot with plenty of privacy and space.

We take pride in providing an Airbnb that we'd want our own family to stay in.
Standard amenities include a clean sanitized home, fresh clean linens, pillow protectors, mattress protectors, comforter duvets, suit case stands, basic cookware and dishware, wireless fiber internet, and 240V electric vehicle charging.

This gem is close to all of Austin's greatest Restaurants/Bars, Museums, Libraries, Historic Districts, I-35, easy access to 6th Street, Univeristy of Texas, Congress Avenue, Lady Bird Lake, Zilker Park, and so much more.

This home has a Walk Score of 83 (Very Walkable) according to Zillow. Guests may park two vehicles in the driveway. Street parking is currently available without a meter.

Central East Austin

Third-party electric scooter and ride share services readily available in the area.

We do not currently have a washing machine or dryer on site.

Nice downtown stay

Place was clean and comfortable. One of the door hinges to the master bedroom is loose and made closing to door difficult. Additionally two windows and the sliding glass door where unlo ked when we arrived.

Great Location

Great location. Walking distance to many fun activities. Having 4 bedrooms was a very nice feature to have, each person on our trip was able to have their own room. I would give 5 stars, however the 220 outlet did not work to charge our car. Contacted the owner, and they called an electrician, but they were not able to come fix problem during our stay. Owner was nice enough to reimburse me for costs to supercharge car later, but it still was an inconvenience. Overall good experience and would rent again.

The set up was great. We all had a bedroom and the kitchen was the perfect gathering place. Had a parking space and was easy to find and access to everywhere we wanted to visit.

Perfect for guys weekend

This house was very centrally located to UT to attend a football game, Uber was $6.50. Then we walked home and it seemed like a 20 minute walk. Also close to Franklin’s BBQ
..which our group feels is an absolute must for any trip to Austin for football and BBQ. House itself is well appointed, clean, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and quiet. The communication between myself and the owner was outstanding. Every response was prompt and spot on, a real pleasure to work with. I would have zero hesitation in booking here again, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for clean, comfortable, and convenient location. Loved it!

great location

only issue is this place doesn't have a washer and dryer, we did a lot of water activities ( Schlitterbahn water park, Lake Travis, kayak in Colorado River, Lady Bird Lake and to Barton pool ) we end up taking a couple showers a day and with only 2 towels,hand towel and wash cloths perroom we keep having to reuse towels and also use towels that we brought, wish there was a closet full of extra towels or a washer and dryer. other than that we really enjoyed our stay, thank you

Perfect!

This Vrbo was wonderful! The owner was great at communicating and alowed us to check-in early! We had a super early flight so we were so grateful for the early check-in. And even more grateful for the bottle of wine that greeted us!!! Just what we all needed! It was a beautiful night so we spent majority of the day/evening outside under the covered area off of the house. We were able to walk to a convenience store to get drinks for the night. Ordered some amazing BBQ from Terry Blacks! Highly recommend! Would for sure stay here again when there is more time to explore. Such a cute area. Felt very safe. Was quiet but also had a lot of people/couples/families out for walks and bike rides. Overall 5 out of 5!!!

Great house for family and friends visit to Austin

Nice 4 bedroom, 2 bath house in a walkable neighborhood. Only amenity missing is a washer and dryer for laundry. Host answered all our questions and check in and check out process was seamless. You can walk to good coffee and Franklin's BBQ easily from the property. Uber's to 6th street or other areas were under $20.

Very nice place and location

Very clean and well supplied. The treats and goodies that were there for us were really appreciated. Sometimes small touches make a big difference and we were all very pleased. Location is great if you don't mind walking a little. Neighborhood felt safe and many shops, parks and restaurants within a 1 mile pleasant walk. Would highly recommend.
