Home was beautiful along with a spectacular view. Chris was great to work with. My husband and I have been doing a week beach trip with three other couples for 20 years and this was one of our favorite homes.

Awesome views. Abundant marine wildlife in the Bay right in front of the house was a highlight. Lots of vegetation provides privacy but also brings with it bugs. None in the house thankfully, but we all had bug bites after lounging by the pool. House is a little dated but maintained and clean. We couldn’t get the hot tub actually hot the week we were there so that was a little frustrating. The first two days we were at the house it wouldn’t heat at all. The owner sent out the pool guys and they fixed that but it still never reached actual hot tub temperature. The pool did heat well and was comfortable throughout our stay. The WiFi in the house needs to be upgraded. It was very slow. Overall a solid week on AMI with amazing views making it hard to leave the house.

Thank you for the review disappointing to hear you felt the house was dated especially as you told me how great it was. The issue with the spa was mentioned on Sunday and we got pool company out first thing Monday morning to fix it. Also unfortunately you are going to get bugs on an island right by the bay at this time of year. Equally the WiFi may have issues if you get any adverse weather however works great the rest of the time. Chris

Loved our stay! Location was great - near shops, restaurants and Bean Point (all walkable). Beach was beautiful and pool is a great size for a crowd. House was very clean and well appointed. Views could not be beat - especially from the master bedroom! Onsite manager was very attentive to any needs we had. Thank you for a wonderful vacation- we will be back.

A fantastic house with a great location. The house was very clean with great views of the ocean. The pool was large with plenty of space to spread out around the pool. Plus, only a few steps to your own beach and the ocean. If we come back to the island again, I would definitely plan to book this house.

We have stayed at a dozen different homes over the years and this one is by far the best equipped. Plus, the pool has a cover which helps keep the water warmer during those late winter and early spring months The local property manager, Debbie, does a great job. We had two small problems and both times we called she answered on our first call and responded quickly. And as you see from the pictures the house is beautiful
