No Smoking Please Inside the house, on the balcony is ok (I’m a non-smoker and don't want yellow walls). No Pets, so if you managed to smuggle rover in your suitcase he has to stay outside. Please respect others who live in the complex, high spirits on a Friday/Saturday night is ok but a party every night will attract complaints, and believe me you don’t want a Jamaican to start cussing you, it’s like they don’t need to breath. You are responsible for all the items within the property, we will take an inventory when you leave so make sure everything is put back in its correct place or you will loose some/all of your deposit. Make sure you leave the apartment in the same condition you found it, clean and tidy in a reasonable condition. Please be mindful of the environment and remember to switch off lights and fans when you are out, I keep the price low of the apartment and would hate to have to start raising it in the future because guests run up huge electricity bills (sorry to be blunt).

Extremely disappointing

Our experience with this property were extremely disappointing, it is located directly across from a major strip club, the patio seemingly was under construction there was a door along with boards and some sort of glass were leaned against one wall, a dirty igloo was n the other side, our view when we looked down showed the roofing below which seemingly was under construction, there was no internet, there was no storage for cleaning equipment so those were left in the room. The ceiling fan was useless, a standing fan would have been better and an AC unit in the apartment would have been perfect unfortunately there was none of these items. The photos made everything seem larger and more appealing and there are items in the photos that are not in the room. The bed is also extremely low and the pillows are flat! The epitome of discomfort! Overall this property was very disappointing.

Price matches location

This apartment is a good value, but the cost does match up to the location. It would be best to stay in this location when renting a vehicle. It would be a very long walk down a busy road to get a local beach or any retail stores. Luckily we had a local contact and driver that was able to pick us up and bring us around town. The inside of the apartment does match up with the photos, nice and updated. Wifi connection was great. We couldn't get the TV to work during our stay or the stove top (oven worked, but not the stove top). Also, note there is no air conditioning! That was something we missed when selecting this place. The outside of the complex is a little bit more run down than we expected. There is a gate for security, but you are in a local neighborhood. If you're not a fan of noise, the club across the street on the weekend will keep you up at night. Decent place to stay. The price does match the location.

Amazing experience

I recently spent 2 weeks at Jerome’s place and I was very impressed with his professionalism and efficiency. The apartment is well kempt and very good value for money. I was travelling alone as a single female and felt very safe within the gated complex and Jerome went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information needed to safely travel around Ochi. He also has great links with some of the locals who were very friendly and accessible, if required. Good friendly atmosphere would definitely recommend to others. I am hoping to book again beginning of next year.

Beautiful

My husband and I stayed at this place when we went for a vacation in jamaica becasue it was out first trip to Jamaica. The apartment was very nicr with all the extra that we wanted such as good security, pool within the complex, WiFi and it's within easy transport link. The cleanliness of the place was very nice and the landlord was easy to contact and a very friendly person. If I return to Jamaica I will be staying there again.

Fab apartment

The apartment was excellent, clean and fresh and had great wifi connection. Communication was great with the owner who lives abroad in London, he also provided us with a rental vehicle so we could explore the island. We also felt safe as it was in a gated community and walking distance to a local shop selling food & drinks.

We enjoyed ourselves so much in Jamaica, what helped was a fantastic place to go home to after a adventurous day / evening out. Jerome's place was just right and had everything we needed, the location was perfect and we will definitely stay again

Excellent Little space compact with everything we needed.

Let me start by saying this, Jerome's place was amazing, check in was easy, he has one of those coded locks so we gave him our own code and he programmed it for us so there was no need to carry any keys when we went out, he has thought of everything, the WIFI if excellent and I could stay in touch with the UK with ease. The place was clean and we had everything for a great trouble free two week stay, I'm glad i picked here as i was rather disapointed with the last apartment i stayed in in Jamaica, no doubt you will see us again Jerome thanks Ella

Hi not much to say, I’m a regular guy, my family, well half of it anyway is from Jamaica, I spend quite a lot of time there as I fell in love with the place a long time ago, I work quite allot and enjoy heading to Jamaica for the odd month or two and thanks to broadband and mobile 4G I can stay in touch with the UK and work from there, I have set everything up in the apartment so one can reside there indefinitely I have a couple of cars there a Nissan and Land Rover Defender which I can rent at additional cost (there manual and right hand drive).

I love my place in Jamaica, its got everything you need, you can stay here and keep in touch with home via the private hi speed internal and external Wifi High speed broadband internet I have installed, want to go out, head to shades night club, its a 20 meter walk, want to stay in, watch a movie on cable or android TV, fancy a dip, head for the pool, fancy a swim, head to white river beach its a 10 minute walk + its clean, sandy and free, want food? cook something, there's a modern fridge, microwave, stove and hob, blender, pots, pans, blender, toaster etc etc, cant be bothered to cook, walk across the road to "simply the best" restaurant, you get the picture!!

The price I have set is low, but don't expect low quality accommodation, my place is real value for money In my opinion, I believe that this is the most value for money you will get on the north coast,
