Ce grand appartement de vacances est situé dans un endroit calme non loin des villes de Split et Omis, qui se vantent de belles plages, d'attractions historiques et culturelles et d'activités sportives. Détendez-vous de l'agitation de la vie quotidienne dans cet appartement de vacances élégamment meublé, situé dans le petit village de Šine. À environ 300 mètres il y a un arrêt de bus, un bar à café, un supermarché. Rafraîchissez-vous dans la piscine extérieure ou rendez-vous sur les plages les plus proches. . Les amateurs de vacances actives trouveront à 500m un parcours de golf et des courts de tennis à 800m ou tentez vous-même la randonnée en montagne jusqu'au sommet de Mosor
Le barbecue est adjacent à la piscine. Outre une cuisine bien équipée, une télévision connectée et une salle de divertissement, il y a une climatisation dans chaque chambre et une chambre ecah a une salle de bain privée. Vous pouvez passer de nombreuses heures à l'extérieur sur la terrasse avec piscine où se trouve un coin salon couvert, un barbecue, une cuisine d'été et une piscine.

The accommodations were comfortable. The outdoor space was spectacular. We sat out and ate at the private patio every night. A car a must for this property, parking is provided. Thank you Marina and family for a lovely home.

A beautiful apartment close to the coast

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this clean and modern apartment. Communication was excellent - prior to arrival, a transfer was arranged for us from the airport and we were met at the apartment by the host's son. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. What really makes this apartment is the terrace with a private swimming pool, pool table and table tennis - many things to keep a group entertained! The beach was about a 15-20min walk from the apartment, with ocean views from the terrace. The host was such a kind and friendly lady, she even treated us to pizzas on our last night and offered to look after our luggage on our last day before our flight home. We got Ubers into Split, which took around 30mins with traffic or 15mins when the roads are quieter. This apartment comes highly recommended - we had an amazing holiday!

Girls trip in Split

I traveled with two friends, and we had the entire ground floor to ourselves, each with our own bedroom with bathroom. It was a great space and home base us to go into Split. One of the homeowners (I believe) met us and helped us park our car, gave us the full tour, and brought over leftover desserts from a family gathering. She was extremely warm and friendly and was able to provide us with recommendations for grocery stores and transportation. Her son is a taxi driver, and she connected us with him as well - he was kind and reliable. We had read on another review that there was an older woman who had shown up in the apartment while they were there, and the homeowner also let us know that the family grandmother was onsite. The grandmother came into the apartment twice during our stay - once while we were having breakfast and another while my friend was showering. She was harmless and nothing bad happened, but some guests may find it more off-putting. We made sure to lock the door to the patio/pool even when we were home to avoid any more "visits". We let the homeowner know, who was mortified, so this may have taken care of itself since then. It is situated in a neighborhood with steep hills, so if you're walking, be prepared! Overall, it was a wonderful place, very comfortable and clean, close to town. Perfect for our time in Split!

Appartement magnifique,vue impressionnante, terrasse sublime. Le seul bémol c'est qu'il n'y a qu'une supérette aux environs, il faut donc prévoir des activités en dehors de kamen. Sinon les prestations de l'appartement sont top !!

Meitä oli neljä aikuista viikon lomalla elokuussa. Lämpöä oli 35C - 38C mutta isolla terassilla oli erittäin hyvät katokset ja markiisit, joiden alla vietimme paljon aikaa. Oma uima-allas oli super hyvä, sopivan syvä allas ja vesi vaihtui koko ajan, joten oli virkistävää uida. Terassin hiiligrillissä grillasimme kaloja, makkaroita ja kasviksia. Grillin alla oli valmiina hiilipussi. Aircondition toimi sisällä hyvin. Keittiön varustus hyvä. Helppo tehdä ruokaa. Jääpalakoneesta tuli raikasta vettä ja jääpaloja. Ei tarvitse ostaa pullovettä kaupasta.Ilman vuokra-autoa pärjää mutta jos haluat lähteä rannikolle etelään uimarannoille, oma auto on kätevä.Splitin lentokentälle 25 km 30-40 min autolla. Splitiin 8 km 15 min autolla. Bussipysäkki on asunnon edessä, mutta emme tarvinneet bussia. Uber taxi Splitiin 7 euroa.Rauhallinen kolmekerroksinen kivitalo. Pohjakerros terasseineen vain meidän käytössä. Toisen kerroksen parvekkeella näkyi kerran viikon aikana jotain liikettä, kai siellä joku asui, mutta oli hyvin huomaamaton. Omistaja Lidija miehensä kanssa asui kolmannessa kerroksessa ja heiltä sai heti apua, jos tarvitsi. Marina, joka hoitaa vuokraus- ja viestittelyasiat vieraiden kanssa, asuu muualla.Talon ohi kulkee kapea mutta vilkas tie, josta kantautuu varsinkin arkisin melko paljon melua. Meitä se ei häirinnyt, mutta jos olet herkkä äänille, ota se huomioon. 5 min kävelymatkan päässä pieni lähikauppa, josta sai välttämättömimmät..

Lovely apartment - Area is under development

Property was fab. It’s a house split into 3 sections for guests on the ground floor, relatives in the middle and the owners live at the top. Pool and terrace are reserved for the guests during their stay. The area has lots of development going on. It’s about 15 minutes to walk into Stobrec which is nice for a coffee or lunch. The bus into Split goes from the main road at the bottom of the hill fairly regularly (24/25/26 or 60). Apartment was clean although the dishwasher was a bit hit and miss, because the electric goes off when you leave the building so best to put this on overnight because it takes 3 hours. All the rooms have en-suite and air con and there is a gym room, pool and pool table. BBQ was a bit faffy to use because we couldn’t get the grill high enough off the coals to use it. Kitchen is well equipped with glasses and small cups. We ended up buying some larger mugs and leaving them in the cupboard because a nice big cup of coffee in the morning is always a winner. Fridge freezer is a great size and dispenses cold tap water and ice which was welcome on the hot days. There are laundry and drying facilities but no detergent so would recommend getting some of this in if you intend to do a spot of washing or cleaning towels. We did end up with a random old lady in our room one night - some of our group were on the terrace playing pool and she managed to let herself in through the back door when nobody was looking. Bit odd but she was harmless enough and we showed her out. Parking is available and free to use. There is recycling 20m away and a bar not much further on. Supermarket is also close on foot (5 minute walk). Kamen itself is residential so I’d recommend staying if you have a car to get yourself about, or don’t mind a few buses for day trips. Only thing I could really suggest as an improvement is an extra key because when you’re travelling as a group if you want to go and do different things for the day then you had to either hide the key fob somewhere or arrange to meet up somewhere instead. A key drop for departure would also be helpful to save Lydia having to get up at 6am to see us off :) Overall a very lovely stay and would very much recommend the accommodation! 5***** Friendly, polite and welcoming. Just be sure to make sure the area suits your needs for your trip :)

Excellent apartment for couples sharing

We stayed at the apartment with our friends. The apartment was excellent as it was well laid out ,furnished to a high standard, all rooms en-suite and has a great outdoor terrace with swimming pool and games tables, bbq etc which was great for dinning on in the evenings and with a fantastic view down to the sea. Strobrec is a short 20 min walk ( or a cheap Uber ride back up as it is a short steep walk back ) with cafes , restaurants, shops and lovely beaches. If you walk past the church and up to a little cafe( which has a great balcony to sit out on) there is a quieter and very nice beach below. You are ideally placed for visiting split ( we used Uber, very reasonable , especially if your a group) and Dugi Rat , Omis are easily reachable in the opposite direction and are beautiful beaches. The host is so helpful before and during our holiday, even arranging our taxi transfers. All in all made for a wonderful relaxing holiday. Thank you. Hope to come back soon ….

Best location, beautiful apartment

Marinas apartment was perfect for our stay in Split and the view was breathtaking! Loved all of the games and pool for entertainment on the patio as well. Marina was so kind and generous as she even worked with us on dates after booking, as our original trip got postponed due to covid. Would definitely return!

Fantastisk dejligt lokalt sted

Vi havde en dejlig uge i huset i Jamen. Beskrivelsen af huset matchede fuldstændig annoncen og værtinden var meget sød og serviceminded. Alletiders terrasse hvor vi nærmest opholdte os hele ugen mens vi var i huset.

Luxuriöses Appartement, tolle Gastgeber

Eine große Wohnung Nähe Split mit 3 Schlafzimmern und allem, was zu einem luxuriösen Aufenthalt dazu gehört. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß ca. 1000 m. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein örtlicher Bäcker um die Ecke. Die Gastgeber sind ein sehr nettes Ehepaar, die sich sehr um das Wohlbefinden ihrer Gäste bemühen. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Schönes Appartment mit einladender Terrasse

Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Zimmer: Jedes Zimmer verfügte über ein Queensize Bett und ein separates Bad und einen Fernseher mit Deutschen Kanälen. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer war modern und gut und es gab eine Klimaanlage die auch über Nacht ohne Probleme aktiviert bleiben konnte. Küche und Wohnbereich: Die Küche un der Wohnbereich waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab ein großes Sofa, einen Esstisch mit genügend Plätzen und einen riesigen Fernseher, der von uns aber nie genutzt wurde. Die Küche bot einen Spülmaschine, genügend Geschirr, eine Filterkaffeemaschine, eine Espressomaschine, Wasserkocher Mikrowelle und eine Kühl-Gefrier-Kombo, die sogar auf Knopfdruck Eiswurfel herstellt. Eine Spülmaschine war ebenfalls vorhanden. Es fehlte eigentlich an nichts. Terrasse: Sehr sehr schöne Terrasse mit kleinem aber ausreichendem Pool, einem wunderschönen Esstisch und 6 Liegen, sowie einer Tischtennisplatte. In den warmen Sommermonaten ist das Sonnenschutzdach ideal. Es gibt aber auch genug Flächen zum Sonnen. Auch der Außengrill ist perfekt und groß genug um für 6 Personen zu Grillen. Parkmöglichkeiten: Wir kamen mit 2 PKW und hatten keine Probleme. Einkaufen: Ein großer Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Ein kleiner, bei dem man auch morgens frisches Brot etc. kaufen kann ist auch zu Fuß ohne Probleme zu erreichen. Anmerkungen: Ich persönlich würde das Appartment mit 6 Personen bewohnen, da es dafür die ideale Größe hatte. Beachten sollte man aber, das die Hausverwalterin, sowie weitere (auch ältere Personen) in den oberen Geschossen des Wohnhauses wohnen. Kritikpunkte: Das Appartment wurde uns explizit mit dem Angaben "Partys: Erlaubt". Angeboten. Das ist falsch. Es gibt sehr viele Anwohnen und auch weiter Hausbewohner, die durchaus ihren Unmut äußern, wenn man bis 0.00 Uhr drausen mit Musik sitzt und sich unterhält und lacht. Wir hatten extra nach so einem Appartment gesucht, wo man auch länger wie 24 Uhr draußen sitzen kann ohne Probleme mit Anwohnern oder der Wohnungsverwalterin zu bekommen. Das ist hier nicht der Fall. Das ist aber auch der einzige Kritikpunkt an der ganzen Wohnung. Wir haben auch darauf hingewießen, dass dies evtl. anders bewerben werden sollte. Die Übergabe der Wohnung und die Kommunikation war immer super und sehr freundlich. Die Wohnungsverwalterin war immer bemüht und sehr zuvorkommend. Man konnte sich sehr bruchstückhaft auf Englisch mit ihr unterhalten.

Perfect place to stay for group or family holiday!

Absolutely beautiful and modern apartment located only 15 minutes drive from Split centre. The apartment is fully equipped with utensils, aircon etc. and the pool & terrace is very impressive. Our hosts were very kind and attentive and we enjoyed staying here very much. Definitely worth booking as I cannot recommend enough. I hope we will come back one day!

Beautiful apartment & amazing service!

Me and my friends came to stay at this apartment in Split and had a brilliant time. The flat looks exactly like the pictures and has an amazing outdoor space with views over the city. We would highly recommend staying here, although it is just out of the center taxis were very cheap (around £4)! The host was very lovely and accommodating, on arrival she had prepared us some snacks and left drinks in the fridge plus when it was my boyfriends birthday she kindly brought him a birthday cake! Would definitely stay here again :)

Ich kann mich dem Kommentar von Herrn Kurowski nur anschließen. Das Haus ist einfach ein Traum, das Grundstück, der Pool, der Biogarten- es war einfach das perfekte Haus! Die Vermieter waren super freundlich, haben uns alle Fragen beantwortet, kurz gesagt es hat alles gepasst!!!!!!!!!! Da ich schon öfter in Kroatien Urlaub gemacht habe, aber dieses Objekt war einfach das beste und ich würde jederzeit dieses Haus wieder buchen!!! 👍

All in!!! Rundum Perfekt!

Der Perfekte Urlaub. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und ein Kind. Jeder hatte Privatsphäre und ein gemütliches Bett. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Außenanlage war ein Traum! Der Pool sehr groß. Ein riesiger Grill. Viel Obst und Gemüse. Viel Privatsphäre. Preis wurde von Leistung übertroffen! Direkt für nächstes Jahr gebucht!
