Meublé avec goût, l'appartement offre un salon / salle à manger et une cuisine décloisonnés, avec une chambre double, une chambre lits jumeaux, une salle de bains familiale, un balcon et un solarium sur le toit privé.

Le salon offre un canapé confortable, une chaise longue, une table basse, une télévision à écran plat avec systÚme de télévision anglais, un lecteur DVD, une table à manger en verre avec quatre chaises et la climatisation.

Un grand lit double est fourni dans la chambre principale ainsi que des armoires encastrées, des tiroirs de rangement, une coiffeuse et la climatisation.

La chambre lits jumeaux offre une armoire intégrée avec un grand tiroir de rangement pour garçon et un ventilateur de plafond.

Un balcon mĂšne du balcon offrant un ensemble de patio en osier de 4 piĂšces et deux fauteuils relaxants confortables avec une petite table en verre. Tout est idĂ©al pour dĂźner en plein air ou simplement se dĂ©tendre en dĂ©gustant une longue boisson fraĂźche peut-ĂȘtre!

Le fabuleux et grand solarium privé sur le toit est accessible via l'appartement a une vue fabuleuse sur les toits et sur la Méditerranée. Il est meublé avec des chaises longues et des chaises en osier, une table et un banc ornés et bien sûr un grand parasol nécessaire.

Les escaliers et l'ascenseur vous permettent d'accéder facilement à l'appartement, qui est situé au 3Úme étage (en haut).

L'herbe s'enroule autour de la fabuleuse piscine commune avec section pour enfants et est réservée aux clients et aux résidents.

Le Manhattan Restaurant / Cafe bar est idéalement situé au rez-de-chaussée prÚs de la piscine. Parfait si vous avez envie d'une collation ou d'une boisson pendant un bain de soleil.

Very nice, clean, comfortable, very well equiped apartment, even beach parasol, cool bag and shopping trolley provided. Large solarium on roof and close to all amenities, bars, restaurants shops and beach. Good rates compared to other properties, would strongly recommend.

Flat was amazing. Massive balcony and rooftop solarium made for a very relaxing trip with all the amenities you will need. Pubs and restaurants on your doorstep. Would recommend this apartment for any length of stay

Super location.

An excellent two bedroom apartment right on the strip of Cabo Roig. It has a super roof terrace and is close to pubs supermarkets etc. Easy check in and out. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic location in a lovely apartment

Lovely comfortable apartment with everything you need. Great location everything from beaches shops pubs restaurants walking distance. Best thing of all is the roof terrace, spacious with very comfortable sun beds and chairs also a big verandah off the living area where you can sit and watch the world go by and enjoy the view out towards the sea. Well equipped & comfortable apartment. Added bonus is the spacious roof terrace. Georgina was very informative & helpful. Only negatives, internet connection was a bit up & down with not a lot of wifi coverage on the roof terrace. Would definitely stay again.

Great little property with a fantastic roof terrace

Just spent two weeks at this property. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The jewel In the crown being the rooftop terrace which is very private and large. Georgina is very easy to deal with and even checks in with you via WhatsApp during your stay. The location is ideal for exploring this area of Spain, whilst we had a car to visit areas further afield it’s certainly not necessary if you just want to be in Cabo Roig.

Absolutely beautiful apartment and spotlessly clean. Everything you needed for a perfect holiday. A real home from home. The apartment was spacious and really clean and had everything we needed. The location was great close to shops restaurants and plenty of night life. The apartment is in a small holiday complex with a small pool but the beach is a 10 minutes walk away. The apartment is right beside Capo Roig roundabout so driving to other local beaches and amenities is easy. Local bus service is not great but there is a Taxi stand right beside the apartment. Would definitely recommend this apartment

Wow

What a fantastic apartment central to everything but not noisy at night time. The apartment has everything you could want or need. The roof top terrace is lovely early morning or later at night as it does get very hot during the day. Georgina met us at the apartment to show us round and provided us with information about the area. The pool is lovely and clean and there are enough sun beds to go around. The beach is only 10 mins walk away and it is lovely all sandy and the sea is shallow. You are within walking distance of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The local Thursday market is a short walk away and is bigger than you think it is. I would definitely stay here again if I was going back to Cabo Roig. Fantastic apartment

Excellent Apartment - Outstanding

I cannot say how highly impressed we were with this apartment, so much so that we have tried to book whilst still there, but as we knew it would be, it is fully booked. It was absolutely spotless, so very clean. It is tastefully furnished and the sunbathing area has the sun all day, it again is tastefully furnished with beautiful table chairs, sunbathing loungers, cushions and even a BBQ. Georgina could not do enough for us, she was so helpful, many thanks for a wonderful stay, really hope we are lucky enough to stay there again. Many thanks again Georgina for all of your kind help
