Le jardin avant privé avec table, chaises et parasol est entièrement carrelé, avec des parterres de fleurs et mène au patio prolongé. La porte d'entrée donne sur un salon salle à manger avec table à manger et chaises, panneau latéral avec les chaînes de télévision anglaise, lecteur DVD et routeur WiFi. L'un des canapés se transforme facilement en un lit double. Il y a un W en bas / C. Le premier étage a deux chambres et salle de bains. Escalier mène à la terrasse privée sur le toit avec des chaises longues, table, ligne de lavage et d'une douche d'eau froide. La maison est équipée avec eau chaude et froide climatisation, ventilateurs de plafond, 2 chaises longues légers, parasol, jeux gonflables, boules, glacière et barbecue.

A excellent holiday

We had an excellent holiday, everything was as advertised and even more. The pool area was great and it wasn’t far to shops and restaurants. We traveled with 3 kids in the age of 7,11 and 13. It was a bit to far to the beach and the La Zenia boulevard to walk in the heat for the 7 year old. But for the rest of the family everything was in walking distance! A brilliant stay and we will most likely come back.

Another fantastic stay

This is our second long stay at Casa Berlingo and we immediately felt at home again. Everything that you could need is already provided. We enjoy good meals and live entertainment and there we are surrounded by a large, good quality choice within short walking distance. The 2 communal pools are well looked after and are not busy. Communication with Chris, Stacey and Ange (who looks after the house) is very smooth. There are many places to visit and great, inexpensive day coach trips. Highly recommended.

An amazing experience!

The house and the resort had everything to make us feel at home for the 10 weeks. Chris was very helpful and quick to answer questions and give tips. Angie, the key holder, was also such a nice person and on hand whenever required. The selection of restaurants was superb, we were spoiled for choice and most had entertainment much of which was to our taste. Discovered a great sport to watch (Padel) which was hosted not far from us at El Capitan. The two pools were like private pools as on most occasions they were no others there. We had a trip up the coast to Benidorm then Valencia for 5 days which was excellent plus we went on a couple of the many coach tours available. We went for day trips to Cartagena and Altea. As if the weather was not a good enough reason to go, there is something for everyone. You would have a great, relaxing base at the Casa Berlingo for your holiday.

A Great holiday !

The appartment was a very nice place. In this time of year it is a great destination, as it was not too busy. Mid Summer, I can Imagine the environment could get a little cramped. Th appartement was fully equiped with all that was needed for the four of us. We did have to do a full cleaning when we moved in. All linnen smelled dusty, and the cutlery felt dirty. Most likely this was not cleaned well by the last guests. We expect that the appartment had been vacant for some time. As we arrived late in the evening this was not pleasant. Nevertheless I would absolutely recomment this location, apart from the one Item, all was a Great experience.

Great place to stay

Really enjoyed our stay at Casa Berlingo....no issues whatsoever. Can just echo what other people have said on here....home from home...well equipped, comfy bed, Sky Tv, Wi-Fi, and in a nice quiet location. Was going too hire a car but didnt bother, and to be fair, most places are within easy walking distance. 10 min walk to shopping complex where there are places to eat/drink..supermarket which was really good. A further 10 min walk down to the seafront. We walked into Playa Flamenca which is about 10-15 min walk and also walked to La Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre which is about 25 min walk....well worth visiting for a bit of retail therapy... Plenty of places to eat and can certainly recommend Dynastia Chinese on the main road by the blue bridge...dont normally do chinese on hols but the place is well worth going to... Patio Andaluz just on the main road past McDonalds is worth going to, but go on a night when there is Flamenco/music on...and book it as it was busy...great atmosphere. Two other places to try are Cellar Door where they do a tasting menu(fantastic) and The Fig and Olive Restaurant which is another great place for good food...both in Playa Flamenca and easy to walk to....check them out on trip advisor. (other eating places are available...lol) Had good comms with Chris from booking to arriving and being picked up at the airport by Ray who was a really nice guy and very helpful... All in all would highly recommend a stay here....we went to look at the area with a view to possibly buy and we will definitely be going back again for another look.

Relaxing Break

This was our fourth time staying in Punta Prima and our first time in this particular house. On arrival, after a delay of 2 hours, Ray the keyholder was still at the airport to meet us. He dropped us at the house and before leaving showed us around. We found the place to be very clean and spacious and it had everything we could possibly need for our holliday. The bed was very comfortable too. There was a front garden and rooftop terrace as well as a small balcony off the master bedroom. The chairs in the front garden weren't in the best condition but that was really the only fault we could find. The location of the house was fantastic, in a really quiet area, and was ideal for walking to shops, restaurants and also the beach which was about 15-20 mins away. There was lots of choice when it came to eating and drinking and something to suit all tases and budgets. There are lots of great supermarkets in the area which we loved for tasty lunches on the roof terrace. Great choice and very cheap food and wine!!! We would have no hesitation in recommending this place to stay. Tracy was very helpful from the initial contact and answered any questions we had. The only slight problem we had was that when trying to sunbath on the roof terrace the sun was never completly on us both and we had to keep moving around. However there are the most beautifu, peaceful gardens around the pool area and most days we were the only ones using them. Thanks again for a lovely relaxing holiday in your beautiful house.

idéalement situé

Jolie maison idéalement située. Proche de la plage, des commerces, des grandes villes. A l'intérieur de la casa Berlingo tout y est pour y passer un très bon séjour. Le linge de maison fourni est un plus bien appréciable. La douche solaire est agréable après un bain de soleil. La maison est conforme à la description. Le wifi est parfait.

Perfect location and everything we needed!

We had a lovely stay at this property which had everything we possibly needed, including beach chairs etc. The house was impeccably clean and comfortable and the air conditioning in the bedrooms was brilliant. Beds were comfy too! The property was in a great location, easy parking, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance and lots of places to visit by car. The 2 pools were lovely and never felt too crowded either. The booking process and communication from the owner was perfect and Angie the keyholder was lovely.

Sehr gemütliche und ruhige Wohnung

Im allgemeinen war unser Haus top. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, sogar Lektüre und Spiele sind vorhanden. Die Anlage selbst ist auch eher ruhig, aber sauber, so wie die 2 Pools. Etwas weiter vom Strand entfernt, dass man immer mit dem Auto hin fahren muss, aber dafür kann man jedesmal einen anderen Strand besuchen. Die Kontaktperson Angie ist sehr nett und meldet sich sofort, wenn man paar Fragen hat. Kann nur weiter empfehlen!

Excellent break away.

A spotlessly clean and tidy villa, with a well stocked kitchen. Everything and more you need to make a full meal or just prepare a snack. The beds were clean and very comfortable with a change of bedding available should you need it. Plenty of towels for use in the villa. Communication from both the owners and the management company in Spain was excellent and very responsive. The pool area is just lovely, clean and tidy with hand sanitiser available should you need it. Great choice of local supermarkets, restaurants and cafes to choose from with a few within walking distance. The only negative for us was the internet, it was a little intermittent if more than one person was using it. If you are looking for a lovely place to stay we cannot recommend this villa enough.

I visited straight afterwards for a little break and to carry out a spring clean and a few maintenance jobs, I too noticed the WiFi was a little slow sometimes so I contacted our supplier to get it updated, thanks for that information. Due to the pandemic we had not been out for nearly two years so it was nice to see some new excellent bars and restaurants. Many thanks for choosing our house in the sun.

Urbanización tranquila ideal para descansar y disfrutar de sus 2 piscinas

Hemos quedado muy contentos con el apartamento y la urbanización, muy completo en cuanto a equipamiento y los ventiladores de techo todo un lujo para soportar el calor. La única pega que el coche es necesario para desplazarte hasta la playa, ciudad y zona comercial al encontrarse algo alejado, pero es una zona tranquila para descansar. Las piscinas están muy bien y es una zona muy amplia con jardines, aunque los aspersores estaban continuamente echando agua y embarraban la entrada, no estaban bien regulados. En los alrededores hay campo de fútbol, canchas para baloncesto e incluso practicar tennis, ideal para la práctica deportiva. Chris se ha mostrado muy amable y paciente con mis cambios de reseva, muchas gracias por todo. Volveríamos seguro a este apartamento.

Punta Prima beech is a 20minute walk but I'd agree it is better to drive there if you are carrying too much. Some excellent bars and restaurants I'd say are about 10 to 15 minutes walk away. 9 Week Stay

Stayed here for a total of 9 weeks, absolutely loved it. Great house, in a great area close to everything. Used it as a base while we looked to buy a property, great place to relax. Would definitely recommend staying here if you want a nice, relaxing break close to all amenities.

Lovely place to stay!

The house is lovely, with lots of spaces to sit out on the various floors. Lots of equipment in the kitchen, and the beds for the pool and beach are really useful. The two pools were just stunning! Beautifully kept, and spotlessly clean. Views of the sea from 1st and top floors were an added bonus!

Unfortunate timing

The town house was okay but there was a shortage of cupboard space and work surfaces in the kitchen. We also had a problem setting up the WiFi and television as we had been given the wrong password. We booked this property for four weeks but only stayed for six nights as we arrived on the 13th March and had to return home due to the current situation so didn’t get to see much of the surrounding area. We contacted the owner of the property but he didn’t seem that interested or bothered as it took him two days to reply. We are both retired so have limited income and we were really looking forward to our stay. Very disappointed so would not recommend anyone else book this property.

We feel this is a somewhat incorrect and unfair reflection on how we look after our guests and house as can be seen by reading our previous 59 excellent reviews. There is no password for the TV system and the WiFi password has never changed. It is supplied with the house details prior to arrival as well as being stated in the information booklet within the property. The kitchen is well equipped for your self catering holiday and we have never had a complaint in the 12 years of owning the house. We are sorry these unfortunate guests got caught up in the Spanish Covid -19 lockdown which was obviously beyond our control. Hopefully this worldwide chaos will soon pass so we can return to sunny Spain for our holidays.

Great holiday, lovely house!

Lovely house. Everything you need, well equipped. We hired a car from the place that was mentioned in previous reviews and were able to get out and about. The only down side was that the garden didn’t get the sun. The sun is too low in the winter. However, there are foldable sun loungers in the house so we just popped round to the pool area, which was beautiful and had the sun all day. Chris and Tracy were great in communication. We would recommend this property to anyone who wants to be near amenities. There are numerous bars and restaurants nearby within a short walking distance. Thank you for having us Chris and Tracy!

Very nice house with good location

We stayed over 3 weeks in Casa Berlingo and liked very much both property and location. Great restaurants nearby- Asian Kitchen, Luna Rossa, Dinastia, Nautilus. Everything worked well, we can highly recommend.

We love the location of our home as it's in a peaceful area and yet within walking distance to some excellent beaches, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Further more within short driving distance there are a wide variety of amenities such as golf courses, shopping centres, water-park, go-karting, cinema, casino, nature reserve and other fantastic beaches.

Our property benefits in having the use of 2 large pools set in well maintained gardens. We employ Angie a local English speaking lady to take care of our property and our guests, she is always happy to help with making your holiday enjoyable. Angie knows the area very well and is more than happy to assist our guests with her knowledge.
