Maison Troglodyte Hector Oia Santorin
Hector Cave House, creusée dans la falaise de caldeira unique pendant plus de 250 ans, était à l'origine utilisée comme cave à vin. Ensuite, il est devenu une maison familiale, qui a ensuite ouvert ses portes pour partager son caractère unique aux voyageurs du monde entier.
Depuis 2016, deux autres maisons troglodytes ont été rénovées au-dessus de la maison troglodyte Hector.

La maison Hector Cave (60 mètres carrés) peut accueillir 2 à 5 personnes, idéale pour un couple ou une entreprise de 2 à 5 amis. La maison comprend une chambre, deux salles de bains et un coin salon. La chambre a un lit King size intégré SITUÉ SUR LE LOFT et un canapé-lit simple 200 cm x 80 cm. Dans le salon, il y a deux canapés-lits simples intégrés. La cuisine est équipée de toutes les installations pour des vacances indépendantes, y compris micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, plaques électriques, grille-pain, bouilloire électrique et une machine à expresso.

La véranda privée offre un espace privé pour se détendre, dîner ou même bronzer, avec en arrière-plan les vues les plus époustouflantes de Santorin: le volcan, la falaise de la caldeira et l'île de Thirassia.

Hector Cave house was a amzing! Faye and Demtri were great hosts, They will arrange transportaion and meet you at the meeting point and Demetri will carry your bags all the way to the apartment. The apartment is in an AMAZING loction. Steps from the stairs to Amoudi Bay and all the shopping and restaurants. The pool was great to cool off and to sit on the balcony after a long day. The shower in the main bathroom had great water pressure and the bed was very comforatble. I highly reccomend Hector Cave house for a stay in Santorini!

Wrong booking
On the date checking in. House keeper will tell you not to do this, not to do that. For example, do not splash water from swimming pool… I guess she doesn’t want to clean it. would complain you delay her routine….( we waited for a while to get the taxi they arrange for us). she will makes you feel you have done so many bad things to her…..miserable house keeper. Horrible experience for the money we paid.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback on your recent stay at Hector Cave House. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or negative experiences you encountered during your stay. However, I would like to point out some details.
First and foremost, we were only able to contact you only hours before your arrival and you wouldn't give us the necessary information to arrange the transfer. When that happened it was very last minute and therefore you had to wait for the driver to arrive. Once you arrived at the house we found out you were a family of 5 despite the fact that your reservation was for 2 adults. However, we did manage to find a solution.
My colleague Dana, who took care of the house during your stay is doing her best to explain all the details and the rules of the house just so our guests can enjoy their stay to the fullest, without having to worry about anything.
We will ensure, though that our housekeeper receives additional training to communicate these guidelines in a more tactful and understanding manner.
We are constantly working to improve ourselves in order to offer the best possible services to our guests, just like we've been doing ever since the first day. So please, rest assured, we will take this feedback into account to better manage our services.
We apologize if your stay wasn't as pleasant as you wished, but we assure you that it was not our intention to make you feel that way, and we will address this issue.

Wonderful stay in perfect location!
We had a wonderful stay in Oia, and such a perfect location in the middle of the pedestrian walking area of the village. Fantastic views from the patio to enjoy every evening. We had a great time at Hector’s place. The communication was super easy with Anastasia and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and although it’s a lively neighborhood the apartment is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

Amazing Place!
I can't say enough good things about Hector Cave House. You're located in the heart of downtown Oia, within walking distance of everything the neighborhood has to offer. Giannis was a great host and very proactive with providing information and taking care of our needs. The pool is amazing. It's hard to describe how beautiful looking out over the Mediterranean in your private pool can be. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking in Santorini.

Spectacular!
Giannis (girlfriend too), Dana and her husband were the friendliest and most accommodating people your could ever imagine! Best service ever! Location was perfect with amazing caldera views. My hard to impress husband's words when we arrived were "WOW-nice job"! Happy hour on the deck every night and easy walk to restaurants and shops.

Our stay in this beautiful home went far beyond our expectations. It was the first time that a rental property was even more beautiful than the advertisement photos. This typical cave house has been painstakingly renovated with great attention to detail. You will find all the comforts of home combined with all the amenities you'd expect in a five-star hotel. The kitchen is well equipped including a Nespresso machine. The owner Giannis is welcoming and attentive making sure that guests are comfortable and satisfied. The house is impeccably clean and the plunge -pool type spa on the terrasse will help keep you cool while enjoying the extrairdinary view over the caldera. Despite the touristy bustle of Ia you are far from the madding crowd in this tranquil nest perched high above the sea. I highly recommend this property.

Since then all about my summer vacations is to lay back at that terrace and admire the spectacular view.

Of course I will not lose any chance to discover unique destinations like Santorini around the world…
