What a special stay! The views are breathtaking and the location is fantastic. Oia does get extremely busy during the day so that is when we toured around the island. At night it was magical. Do be prepared with earplugs if you are a light sleeper (this will be true of ANY cave house). Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The cave house was very cute. We had a lovely porch on which to enjoy the view. I was a bit disappointed to find that there were more than a few stairs to reach our place. When we arrived there was a helpful man to carry our luggage to the cave house. On our departure we carried our own luggage which was difficult.

Thank you for your review! We’re so pleased you enjoyed your stay! Oia’s traditional village pathways are pedestrian, and steps are part of getting around. Our house has a manageable number of steps compared with many other locations in the village, and we always arrange luggage assistance for our guests. The day before checkout, we sent a message asking what time you planned to leave and whether you needed help with luggage or transportation. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive a reply, so we weren’t able to arrange assistance. Thank you again for staying with us!

Excellent stay! Welcome/check in was smooth. They helped us eith everything we needed (including transfers, laundry, etc.). The place was clean and gorgeous and in a good location. We thoroughly enjoy our staying, especially watching the sunrise from the balcony. Thank you so much!

Everything was wonderful and the pictures are exactly what you get. The location is perfect for walking, food and shops. Nicolette’s communication was clear and quick and the transfers to and from Oia made everything seem less.

This property is in a fantastic location, very central and yet private. Facilities for cooking were good and daily housekeeping service was excellent. Sitting on the patio with morning coffee or evening glass of wine were the moments you dream about when planning a trip to Greece. One note be aware is that the mattress in the loft is in the floor (traditional futon style), and the steps to get up there are quite steep (like a ladder). I took a picture which I will post to help future guests visualize. Overall 10/10 would stay there again! Thank you Nicoletta and team!

Oh my gosh, this place was fantastic. Communication with the hosts was excellent. The place itself was a combination of old world charm (Cave House!) and modern amenities (comfy beds, good showers and WiFi, AC), and spotlessly clean. The location was exceptional, right beside one of the sought-after photo spots in the core of Oia, and overlooking the ocean. We were picked up at the ferry, driven to within a 5 minute walk of our place, taken there by one of the hosts, and our luggage was brought over by Porters. Get this service, it is sooooooo worth it. We highly recommend this unit, it was perfect for the 4 of us.

If you want an authentic Oia experience, you’d be hard-pressed to do better than this cave tucked away right off the square! Clean, cozy, inviting, and just a short walk from all the action. Views right out the front door are stunning. And you have the best hostess!

This unit has an absolutely beautiful view and is right in the middle of the action in Oia. You can easily walk to shops/restaurants/catch the bus. Because it's in a busy area, there was quite a bit of noise in the unit. If you're sensitive to noise, I'd recommend a white noise generator and/or ear plugs. In one of the units, the bed is in a loft, so if you have mobility issues, you should take that into consideration. In the other unit the bed is easy to access. Both bathrooms were beautiful! The unit was very clean.

What a cool property in probably the coolest location on the Island of Santorini! This is truly one of the cave houses (of many) that are located overlooking the caldera of Santorini. It is located near one of the best picture spots in all of Santorini (you know the ones in all the pictures)! The house itself is unique, one room is huge with a very nice and well equipped bathroom and great a/c. The other room is a loft (for some may be harder to get up to, so calculate that in, but it would be a blast for kids) and it had a HUGE bathroom. Our friends said it was also very comfortable. The unit had everything we needed for our short stay and it worked out great with the Host arranging someone to assist us with our luggage (which was huge help)! Lots of restaurants and bars close by and if you needed something for your stay, there was a market just at the top of the hill. All in all and really unique and nice place to stay.

Incredible Place to Experience!

Awesome place to stay. Enjoyed our breakfasts on the patio over looking the caldron. Easy access to shops and restaurants. Very clean apartment and well equipped. Responsive host. Beautiful location!
