Paradis sur le lac

Gem nouvellement meublé et mis à jour sur le lac Canandaigua avec de magnifiques vues panoramiques sur le lac depuis chaque chambre avec un porche enveloppant. Planchers de bois franc, buanderie, garage, grill et espace quai sont inclus.

La propriété se compose de 2 maisons, la maison principale et la maison d'hÎtes. L'unité louée est la maison d'hÎtes qui se trouve au-dessus de la maison principale donnant sur le lac. Il y a une entrée privée et un garage pour la maison d'hÎtes. La seule zone partagée est le quai.

Le lac est accessible par Ă©tapes progressives. Il y a une zone de foyer Ă  niveau Ă  mi-chemin du lac. Le bord du lac est plat et idĂ©al pour la baignade ou la pĂȘche. Il y a un espace sur le quai pour que les clients puissent amarrer un bateau.

Dans la maison d'hÎtes, le salon dispose d'un grand espace ouvert avec un canapé gigogne, une chaise et une télévision grand écran. La cuisine est bien aménagée avec beaucoup d'espace de comptoir et une table à manger pouvant accueillir 6 personnes. Le plan d'étage est ouvert car la cuisine ouvre sur le salon.

Il y a un porche enveloppant qui est accessible depuis la cuisine, le salon et la chambre principale.

La chambre principale a un lit king size avec de grands placards pour un grand rangement et dispose d'une télévision. La deuxiÚme chambre dispose de 2 lits jumeaux avec un grand placard.

Profitez d'une baignade ou d'un kayak pittoresque et familial avec des vues panoramiques dans toutes les directions.

La façade au niveau du lac, large de 200 pieds, est parfaite pour se dĂ©tendre et profiter du lac. Il est facilement accessible depuis la maison. Au niveau du lac, il y a un quai Ă  votre disposition oĂč vous pouvez attacher un bateau, nager ou vous dĂ©tendre sur une chaise longue avec un verre de vin et profiter de la vue.

This place is amazing!

We loved the rental. Great views! Great dock with fishing and a place to park your boat if you have one. We will definitely come back.

We had a perfect week of very hot weather. The place was immaculately clean and all well organized. Check in was easy , kitchen was very user friendly. So nice to sit on the huge wrap around deck and have enjoy the view of the lake. Definitely recommend !

The guest house has beautiful lake views! The pier is down a long set of stairs directly on the water and allows for swimming and kayaking in the lake.

Long weekend in FLX

We were in town for a family wedding and this was a much better option than staying in a hotel. It is very peaceful and quiet here. There was plenty of space for our family of 4 and a beautiful view of the lake.

Great Getaway

We had a lovely stay in the guesthouse. It was very clean and cozy. We enjoyed the beautiful lake views, kayaking, hiking, wineries and evenings around the fire pit. The location is quiet and feels remote, but is just a few minutes drive to grocery stores. We loved it and would stay again.

Great place to get away to. House was immaculate and owners were friendly and helpful views from deck, fire pit, dock were all fantastic. Location is across lake from Bristol Harbour so away from busyness of north end of lake but still only 15 minute drive from town.

Dazzling lakefront home with big-time comfort

We loved staying in this Canandaigua home! The interior was clean, modern, roomy and comfortable. We enjoyed the large, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with a desk in the corner, big bathroom and bedrooms, and a huge deck overlooking the lake. Great beach and dock for swimming, reading, and sunsets. A totally lovely, peaceful place to enjoy all that the Finger Lakes has to offer!

Relaxing family getaway

We loved our stay at the guest house! The location feels private and remote, but is just a 15 minute drive to Canandaigua and Naples. There were a lot of good hiking trails nearby, and we were just a short drive away from many wineries. The house was clean and had everything we needed for cooking our meals. Dola and John are friendly and thoughtful hosts. We’d definitely come back!

Beautiful Lake Canandaigua!

Gorgeous property and great living space with everything you need. We loved every minute of our stay. We relaxed and enjoyed the gorgeous view of the lake and beautiful sunsets while having a glass of wine. The access to the dock, kayak and SUP was so cool. The hosts were so welcoming and accommodating. We loved the quiet side of the lake and enjoyed exploring the wineries. We will be back!

Great lake house vacation

We had a great week at this lake house. The house was very clean and true to the listing. The beds were comfortable and all linens were provided. The wifi was sort of spotty but not unmanageable. The steps down to the lake were steep but there were spots along the way that to take a rest if needed. Our family of 5 was very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Was really paradise on the lake

first walk in the door and what a view of the lake! Property owners called to make sure we were comfortable, answer any questions and tell of area things to do. But with all at the house - the fire pit and kayaks at their beach area, did not really need to go anywhere. But we did go to several excellent wineries, antique shops and even rented a pontoon boat for a day. It was a wonderful week!

Peaceful and Relaxing

We had a wonderful week at John and Dola’s lakefront home! My husband and daughter enjoyed fishing off of the pier and had great success. We liked exploring in the kayaks and sitting around the campfire when the evenings turned cool. Even rainy days were fun with plenty of games to play and the beautiful view of the lake from the living room. We highly recommend renting a pontoon for a day to explore the entire lake. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable week!

Relaxing and comfortable stay! Beautiful view!!!

This was the second time we stayed at this property. It was as clean, comfortable, and accommodating as the previous time we stayed. The homeowners are very communicative and attentive; they even left us a holiday gift upon arriving. Parking and unloading our car in the rental's garage (connected to the home) in the cold winter made things much easier. The house was clean and the homeowners have everything available to make our stay comfortable. Winter views of the lake were beautiful and the in-house laundry area worked out great! Don't hesitate to book this property!
