Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement. Les villas à Santa Rosa # A102 est un condominium face au golfe situé à côté de la piscine communautaire et en face du centre-ville de Gulf Place. Cela ne devient tout simplement pas plus pratique que cela.

Cette belle première étage, 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain dispose de 2 lits king size, 2 lits jumeaux et un canapé-lit pour accueillir 8 personnes confortablement. Il est lumineux, ouvert et spacieux avec la cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon qui coulent ensemble, et vous adorerez simplement la facilité d'accès à la plage au rez-de-chaussée. La cuisine blanche magnifiquement mise à jour comprend une grande île pour rassembler la famille pour des tacos au poisson faits maison, un favori de la plage 30A.

S'il est possible de passer trop de temps sur la plage ou au bord de la piscine, louez des vélos à l'une de nos sociétés de location de vélos locales et empruntez la piste cyclable de Timpoochee pour explorer toutes les communautés de plages fraîches et originales le long de 30A. Location was PERFECT!

Nice condo....terrible red tide

Condo was clean but spartan. Master bed is very firm. Kitchen updates were nice. Red tide ruined the whole week. Unable to go to the beach or even the pool.

The view from the patio and location of the condo are terrific, stay outside, the inside is terrible

I've been coming to the Destin, Santa Rosa area for twenty years and this is the worst accommodations I've ever had. On entering the condo the floors were dirty, someone had swished a dirty mop over the tile. We were excited to get in, I thought I could live with it. Things progressed from tolerable to awful. My daughter and her husband had chewed gum in there sheets, they found this early morning Sunday. We found dirty popsicle sticks under the couch, cobwebs in every corner. All of the towels had to be washed before we could use them because of a strong smoke smell on them. None of the three toilets were secure to the floor — one didn't work at all. The drain in the hall shower was full and wouldn't drain. Sand was in the cabinets — there wasn't a dish I used without cleaning it first. (how does sand get in the cabinets?) The furniture is old and stained. I expect to sweep sand off of the floor as we all come in from the beach daily, but I've never had to vacuum a place that I stayed in on day two, but this place I did. I did call Dune Realty. She was very apologetic and I did get a refund for my cleaning fee. I was told I should have called immediately on my arrival. I didn't know all of this stuff was wrong when I first came in, and I did call on day 2 (Sunday). I did not want people coming in once all of our stuff was in this condo. I refused to be inconvenienced anymore than I'd already been. The access to the pool and beach was perfect. The pool and outside shower area were pristine. Family and friends were staying in other units in the Villas and their condos were lovely. I love this area, I"ll do more research on my rentals from now on.

Thank you for review. We take your concerns very seriously, as we did on the day that you phoned our office which was late afternoon the day after you checked in. We immediately offered to send housekeeping to inspect and clean the unit again, but you refused. Additionally, we did refund the cleaning fee and as well the service fee in an attempt to satisfy you, although in a rare circumstance such as this, we would like to have seen and dealt with the problem first hand in order to prevent such problems from occurring in the future with the specific housekeeper. All of our linens in all of our properties are professionally cleaned between each stay, so the towels smelling like smoke and gum in the sheets is a complete mystery. You did say at the time that it might have been rubber from a dryer, rather than gum in the sheets. Again, had we had the opportunity to immediately pick those linens up from you upon your arrival or on the day of your arrival, we would have been able to approach the linen service, but we could not since you refused housekeeping to return. We have never received a complaint on this property and were quite surprised by your complaint. We contacted the two previous guests and the guests who stayed after you and they were all quite happy with the property and had no complaints. We are sorry for your dissatisfaction, but we did go beyond our refund policy by compensating you monetarily regardless that you refused our services.

The perfect location

We loved this place. So convenient to some of our favorite places to eat and shop and the view is spectacular! The only downside is the unit itself could use an update. I will say the kitchen appliances were all newish and worked great, but overall the rest of the place was a little dated. Comfy living room. Also note you are right next to the pool so we brought a fan for white noise. However they did have box fans in all the closets so that was nice. Overall we would stay here again for the view and the convenience.

Great location-not well maintained

We loved the location. The unit was a disappointment. The floors turned our feet black so asked them to remop. Which they did happily. Ther was an inch of dust on the ceiling fans which was very visible. The master toilet was totally broken. The showers were weak. The water came out in the tub but trickled from the shower nozzle. The furnishings were sparse. There were only 3 chairs to the outdoor dining table and 1 lounging chair. There was only 1 blanket in the whole unit. The towels were just adequate. This unit just felt like a rental that the owners don’t ever come to so they don’t see things. The front bedroom that faces the entry hall had blinds, but should have a curtain to block the light that is on all night. My daughter stayed in another unit in the same complex, that was soooo much better. We won’t stay in this unit again.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused, but we thank you for letting us know right away as we take housekeeping very seriously. We also provided you with more blankets when you asked and the toilet was repaired when you reported it (it needed a new chain). Regarding the furnishings, the living room furniture is fairly new and there are 4 chairs on the patio. However, we will share your comments with the owner. Updates usually take place during the off-season since these units stay full all summer. Rest assured, proper attention will be paid to your suggestions. We hope that you will accept our apology for having to resend housekeeping and that you will trust our services in the future.

Nice condo.

I had read a bad review in this property right before we left for vacation. The condo was very nice and all the bad reviews were not warranted. The condo was clean, great view, and the customer service at the office top notch. With all this being said the only complaint we had were our neighbors. We don't have small children and went here for a week of relaxation. Every morning between 6am and 7am the neighbors would bring all their children down to the pool and screaming would ensue. So our relaxing vacation was a bit to be desired. This has no reflection on the property or the property owners. But FYI for future guests this condo does back up to the pool and if your not a early riser and lots of children are present this may not be the spot for you.
