C'est une propriété de Paleopetres, nous aimons le meilleur des deux mondes:
Authenticité combinée au luxe.
Situé dans une propriété clôturée comprenant d'autres petites maisons dans la baie de Kalami, cette suite vous offre calme et intimité. Situé à seulement 200m de la plage, à quelques pas des petites tavernes et des magasins, cette maison de vacances est le match parfait pour les familles ou les amis qui recherchent la tranquillité et la proximité de la nature. Comme une alternative à la mer, il y a une grande piscine à débordement avec vue sur toute la baie. L'endroit est très calme et sûr.
La suite est composée de deux niveaux comprenant une cuisine entièrement équipée, un salon / salle à manger et une chambre avec salle de bain. Le coin salon s'ouvre sur un grand balcon avec vue sur la baie de Kalami.
La maison a été totalement restructurée en 2017. Tout est neuf: plomberie, électricité, sols, murs, toiture, cuisine, salle de bain, mobilier et décoration.

Lovely place to stay

A well appointed villa - if you have mobility issue the stairs down to the bedroom will be too much for you however. Disappointed with Kalami - was not expecting too much from a Greek village but this was definitely on the low side.

You are right about the stairs in the house and I realise that they have to be mentioned clearly as they can be a problem in certain cases. For what concerns the village of Kalami there is a lot that can be improved and I will certainly go to each of the local restaurant and shop owners to think together how to work better. I would be in a stronger position if you could give me some concrete points from which we can start from. Your experience is very important to us as you may see things that we don't. Fantastic week in Kalami

We really enjoyed our stay at Paleopetres and it was the perfect base for a fantastic week in Kalami! The property was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely hillside property above Kalami

Beautiful well equipped new build two storey house with pool just a few steps away with amazing views and beach below. Wonderful views and village with some excellent restaurants including The White House, once home of the Durrells. Property manager could not have been more helpful. Highly recommended. 5*

A lovely stay in the pretty village of Kilami

The apartment was extremely well presented and well looked after. It had recently been refurbished and both the bathroom and kitchen had very modern fittings. The view from the spacious balcony was spectacular. The large communal pool also had a great view. The owner was extremely well organised and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Stunning Views

This is our second stay here and we had a wonderful relaxing time. We love Kalami and Jehanne always makes us welcome. We stayed in the latest cottage to be refurbished and as always a very high standard. The views from the balcony are just breathtaking.

Wonderful!

We have been coming to Kalami for nearly 10 years as it is a place that captures your heart same goes for it's beautiful inhabitants. This villa was superb it is only 5 minutes walk to Kalami/Koulouri where we enjoy wonderful seafood and fish in the Tavernas. This villa has recently been remodelled and it offers every comfort very stylish and tasteful, very comfortable beds and plenty of towels, wet rooms etc. Jehanne greeted us personally and we were delighted with the beautiful welcome pack which we did not expect and really enjoyed. On this occasion my husband and I came alone as our sons are now grown up couldn't believe we had the whole place to ourselves. The gardens and pool were really fantastic but what we found amazing was the peace and wow the view - so beautiful. I am an artist and wished that I had brought my watercolours... maybe next time I will sit on the beautiful balcony and paint. Thank you Jehanne for making this one of most special holidays Sandra and William

Wonderful Property

What a fantastic holiday: Beautiful villa, beautiful location all making for a very relaxing holiday. The villa was very clean, well laid out and very comfortable. The king size bed and large space downstairs was great for our teenage girls. The pool is a good size, extremely clean and you can always get a sun bed. The views from the villa are stunning. The villa is ideally located for walking to Kalami village and the bus stop to other parts of Corfu. We took the evening boat to Corfu which our girls loved for the lively atmosphere and shopping. We also hired a small boat to explore the small bays around Kalami which was great fun, stopping to swim from the boat! Communication from Jehanne is excellent and it is very clear she wants you to have a wonderful experience. This has been one of our best holidays and we would recommend your villa as it was just perfect.
