Perfect place to stay

An absolute positive experience staying at this property. Extremely clean, perfect location to access stores, buses and a good sized veranda for sitting out on to enjoy the weather. Charlene was extremely helpful and responsive whenever we reached out for assistance. I will definitely return here on future trips to Malta.

Home away from home

This cosy apartment is located in beautiful Mellieha, walking distance to the centre in a quiet street. We have created some beautiful family memories here. Our host, Charlene, was so helpful and flexible when we had an extra person stay. The terrace is awesome for the warm summer evenings. Thank you 🙏

Happy

The location was perfect for the bus route to the beach and sightseeing.The apartment was clean , shower fabulous, kitchen was lacking in layout and work surface. However we both agree that we would be very happy to return to both area and that apartment.

Amazing stay

We really enjoyed our Stay at the apartment! The communication with Charlene was super easy and we had everything we needed! I really loved the apartment especially the area to sit outside and enjoy your morning coffe or glass of wine at sunset! The location is right at the bus stop and the supermarket and a restaurant! When you walk 5 min you have an option of more restaurants and bars and down to the water at Mellieha it takes you 2 min! I liked the area if is close to all the beaches! Would definitely come back and highly recommend!

The best place in Malta for peace and quiet

We had a great stay here. The host, Charlene, was always on hand for help and advice and was ultrafast in her response when we had a small problem. The location is perfect with a supermarket and shops, a petrol station and bus stops all just at the end of the road (100 metres away). Location is perfect with plenty of parking on the street (with no time restriction). There are direct links to the Gozo ferry via the 222 bus, and by car just a 10 minute drive away. All other buses head into Valletta, St Julians, Sliema etc. Again, a great stay, in a great location and the cherry on the cake was having a great host.

Finding the object

The wasn't a good description how to find the object. The image is a bit deceptive. Instead of two bedrooms as desired there is only one with a sofa in the kitchen. A little coffee maker would be a good addition. Otherwise it was clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, there was a washing machine.

Proprietatea este foarte bine poziționată, aproape de transport, restaurante, magazine. Proprietarul a răspuns repede și de ajutor. Curățenia a fost în regulă, se poate insista pe detalii și spații care nu se văd (dulapuri, oglinzi, obiectele de decor). Per total, e un loc modest, dar ok.

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Objekt ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Kleinigkeiten, die nicht funktionierten, teile ich der der Eigentümerin noch mit. Leider gibt es auf Malta derzeit generell viel lärmintensive Bauaktivitäten. So wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes über eine Woche lang ein Haus auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite mit schwerem Gerät abgerissen. Um 7 Uhr morgens ging es los bis in den Nachmittag. Selbst die Vibrationen waren im der Unterkunft zu spüren. Dafür kann die Gastgeberin nichts, aber das ist der Grund für unsere subjektive Bewertung mit nur 4 Sternen. Im vergangenen Jahr haben wir mit 5 Sternen bewertet.

Die Wohnung ist etwas klein und spartanisch eingerichtet.Bei Regenwetter wäre ein Aufenthalt nicht so toll. Das Haus war sonst sauber und gepflegt.

Ruhige Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist genau wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, wäre mir persönlich für mehr als zwei Personen zu eng. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über den kleinen Einkauf, der uns in den Kühlschrank gelegt wurde. Die Vermieterin war sehr gut erreichbar und hat uns einen Transfer vom Flughafen organisiert und viele nützliche Informationen mitgegeben. Wir sind erst spät abends angekommen, was nach Absprache mit ihr überhaupt kein Problem war. Sehr angenehm war die Klimaanlage im Zimmer.

Komfortable kleine Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Strände und Naturgebiete im Norden. Bequeme Unterkunft, alles wie beschrieben. Mückenschutz funktioniert, so dass man nachts frische Luft hat, dichte Vorhänge halten die heisse Sonne tagsüber draussen. Parkplätze immer verfügbar, ruhig, trotz Hauptstrasse mit Geschäften und Restaurants um die Ecke.

Excellent accomodation

Everything was clean and tidy with all the appliances that you need. There was attention to details, milk and water in the fridge waiting for us. Mrs Charlene was really helpful, we truly recommend. Our experience was amazing.

Wunderbare Unterkunft

Super angenehme gut gelegene Wohnung.Sehr Nähe an der Bushaltestelle , Tankstelle und Lebensmittelmarkt. Die Wohnung hat ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Betten und ein Wohnzimmer mit einem Sofa auf welchem man auch schlafen kann.In dem Bad gibt es eine Dusche.Ich habe sie ungern genutzt da kein Wasserdruck drauf war.Es ist eine fest montierte Dusche. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber aber hellhörig und die Türen klemmen aber das hat uns nicht weiter gestört.Wir waren dankbar für die Guten und sehr hilfreichen Informationen der Gastgeberin.

Thanks for the good review. It was so very unfortunate that during your April stay the building across the street was being demolished and constructed. Unfortunately, I have no powers over works like that. Regarding the stuck doors I checked all three doors and all worked well. I will keep an eye on them to try to understand what may have happened during your stay. The water pressure pump has been replaced and is now NEW. Wonderfull Holidays in Malta

We spent a wonderful seven-day vacation in Malta. The apartment in a villa is very cozy. It is located in a quiet area of ​​Mellieha, very close to the bus stops to reach the most beautiful beaches in the north and very close to the supermarket.It is equipped with everything necessary for the stay. A living room with a kitchenette and a comfortable sofa bed, a bedroom with two beds. Kleine Villa

Eine schöne Wohnung, ideal für zwei Personen. Auch machbar mit drei Personen. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Supermarkt und der Bushaltestelle entfernt. Mit dem Bus kommt man problemlos überall hin. Wenn man ein paar Schritte in die andere Richtung geht, kann man außerhalb der Stadt durch wunderschöne Landschaft spazieren. Auf der schönen kleinen Terrasse hat man morgens und ab nachmittags Schatten und kann sich gut aufhalten. Schade, dass die Sitzmöbel nicht so bequem sind, dass man längere Zeit dort sitzen kann. (Zumindest, wenn man bereits ein gewisses Alter erreicht hat und nicht mehr auf jedem Stuhl sitzen kann. Es gibt zwei Plastikstühle und zwei einfache Liegen.) Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und schön gestaltet und war sehr sauber. Charlene war jederzeit erreichbar und stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Danke! In der Wohnung kann auch gekocht werden, jedoch ist hier die Ausstattung sehr einfach. Schade, dass die Übergabe am Ende nicht persönlich erfolgte. Dann hätten wir sehen können, dass der Tisch, der uns in Rechnung gestellt wurde, wirklich von uns kaputt gemacht wurde. Es handelt sich allerdings nicht um einen großen Betrag. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist eine wirklich schöne Wohnung und war für uns ein toller Ort zum Wohnen. Vor allem, weil wir es lieber etwas ruhiger haben und gerne wandern gehen. Hierfür war dies eine ideale Ausgangsbasis.

La proprietaria è molto disponibile a fornire informazioni chiare su spiagge, supermercato vicino (100 metri), attività da fare. L'appartamento si trova in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla; è dotato di una terrazza con sedie a sdraio, ombrellone e tavolino per 4 persone, una zona soggiorno/cucina con divano letto, un bagno e un'altra stanza con 2 posti letto singoli e aria condizionata. La città si trova in un punto strategico per le spiagge del nord dell'isola, compreso Comino e Gozo.
