Escapade rurale idéale primée à Earn Valley à 5 min de Perth

Ce chalet traditionnel a été magnifiquement restauré à un niveau très élevé; lumineux et élégamment meublé avec une cuisine ouverte / salon avec chauffage au sol. L'espace ouvert comprend une cuisine bien équipée avec des appareils intégrés, une salle à manger confortable et des sièges supplémentaires dans l'extension en verre pour profiter du soleil du matin avec un café de la machine Nespresso. Le salon dispose de sièges confortables, d'une télévision à écran plat et d'un poêle à bois bien approvisionné.

Les chambres sont toutes deux attenantes; le maître ayant une baignoire sur pieds dans la salle de bain. Une porte de la chambre double donne sur un patio avec une table et des chaises de style café parfaites pour le café du matin. Une dépendance séparée est fournie comme une parfaite pièce de démarrage de kit humide. Il y a un évier en acier inoxydable, une machine à laver, un sèche-linge et une poulie de tête pour sécher les vêtements.

En plus de deux zones de pelouse à l'avant du chalet, il y a deux zones de terrasse séparées pour les repas en plein air et les barbecues. Des chaises longues sont également fournies pour se détendre et profiter du plein air.

Charming cottage just minutes from Perth. Soaps and shampoos in bathroom and crisp, clean linens and towels. We appreciated the slippers and housecoats and we enjoyed the welcome basket. The Kirkstyle Pub in nearby Dunning was fantastic as was Gloagburn Farm Market. Hope to return someday.

Amazing stone cottage

This cottage was warm and welcoming from the moment we unlocked the door. We stayed 4 nights but wished we had booked more. From the heated floors to the soaking tub and the beautiful walk to the river everything was 5 stars.

We were blown away

What a fantastic property. The house was spotless on our arrival and so well equipped. First impression was that it was a Show Home, both inside and out. The beds were very comfortable and the duvets were amazing. We had a great time exploring the local area and there was no need for any heating as the weather was lovely and warm. We would recommend this home to anyone. The Lees.

Wonderful base for looking at Perthshire. Although the weather was mixed, it was always lovely to return to the cottage to enjoy a most comfortable evening. The proprietors had thought of everything!

Fantastic property to relax and hide away from it all, but only 10 minutes west of Perth.

We had a fabulous time here, by stocking the fridge & switching off for 3 days. The property had everything we needed & we were well looked after before & on our arrival by the Lesley.

Perfect cottage in a lovely setting

We had a wonderful stay here. The cottage was great, beautifully decorated, had everything we needed. Bright and in a lovely area. Loved watching the lambs in the field beside us. Short distance to pubs, farm shops etc. Can't wait to come back. Thank you.

Earn River Cottage was our home away from home for 10 glorious days. The location is ideal for exploring the area. Nearby Gloagburn Farm Shop and Kirkstyle Inn for dining were just a few of our favourites. The cottage is very well appointed, and the welcome basket was a real treat. We will be returning very soon.

A Spring Break

This is our second visit to Earne Cottage, I don’t think it will be our last. The cottage has everything you need and as in immaculate condition, exactly as described on the website. We found it to be an ideal base for exploring around Scotland.

Thank you for your review. We were slightly surprised to receive a review 8 months after staying siting the fact that we need a Sky box. Since your stay, after finally getting the internet and a Smart TV, we have now switched back to a dish to make it easier for our guests. This is our most sought after and highly reviewed cottage . I have written to you privately to understand why you felt the cottage did not live up to the 5 star rating we have worked very hard to achieve so we can address any concerns you may have.

Lovely cottage in the countryside

Really nice cottage off the beaten track near Perth. We found it a great home base for our visits e.g. to Stirling, Edinburgh and Aberfeldy. The cottage is very well equipped - nothing we were missing. The hosts were very friendly and responsive as well. Definitely recommended.

Have stayed before and love the property. It’s well equipped with tasteful, good quality furnishings comfy beds and luxurious linen. We had a bit of an issue getting the code for the keys but that could be my lack of tech knowledge! Slightly disappointed that on this visit we couldn’t get down to the river as I had promised I would swim every day. However we had a wonderful relaxing time, the birds and wildlife are amazing, and because the grounds are so extensive and well thought out, even when it rained we could still be outdoors. A beautiful peaceful place even if there were lots of cobwebs in the shower room. I’m sure we’ll return

Fantastic!

This cottage is fantastic! Clean, beautiful and well done! I could live here. Beautiful setting. Quiet and comfortable. It was just my husband and myself but, it would also be a great place for a family to stay.

Secret Hideaway

Fantastic 'away from it all' cottage. This cottage is hidden away in rural surroundings but a 5 minute drive from Perth City centre, making it a great base to explore Perthshire. It is beautifully decorated with extremely tasteful furnishings and fittings of a very high standard. It also has its very own private beach (pebble) on the river Earn. Highly recommend this cottage and will definitely be back.
