Super clean and very well appointed with many extra special touches that made our stay more enjoyable and comfortable! We stayed here for 3 nights, the property was spotless and we had a perfect stay. Lots of thoughtful touches that made our stay great.Beds were super comfy, its was wonderful to come back to the house after being out and about all day doing activities close by. The host is super responsive and if your looking for a place to stay in Perth stop looking as you have just found it!

Our host was very helpful and informative about the area. She is easy to message & responds quickly. The accommodations were clean and well kept. We enjoyed our stay and it was a perfect spot for our travels. Parking is free from 6 p.m. to 8 a.m. I was a little worried about getting a spot, but it worked out & was easy to park. The host left a little basket of goodies & had a nice radio so we could listen to music while relaxing. Thank you!

Lovely wee house, close to all the amenities. Eveything you need including nice walks on your doortsep. Everything you needed and the host was excellent in communicating and checking we comfortable and all was as we expected. Would definitely recommend.

Our last days in Scotland were in the lovely and accommodating Parkside Townhouse in the beautiful town of Perth. Nikki and Andy were gracious hosts, communicating with us before our visit as to restaurants and things to do while there. The place itself was warm and welcoming - the main level had a comfortable sofa from which we watched a few BBC television shows (after a nice day's touring and hiking), as well as a compact kitchen with a kettle (a staple, we found, in Scottish kitchens), microwave, oven, and refrigerator. We had everything we needed for an in-house meal. The upstairs bedrooms were comfortable and warm when we needed it (thanks to programmed heating!). The location was convenient to the train station, a very nice park, and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. We ate at The Willows, and Effie's, both highly recommended!
