We were exited by this area, our vocation was amazing! Pool, territory, apartment was clean. In apartment was all dishes and utensils. In office sat really friendly woman, she always helped us. In future, we want to come back!

The villa is amazing and it was a great relaxing location. The pool is perfect and the dinner in the barn was amazing. On the other hand we had a lot of issues with transportation and think it should be made more clear that having a (rental) car is absolutely necessary. We were told the area was easily reachable by taxi, which it was not and we sometimes could not get taxis even with a full day notice.

A large ground floor apartment which was lovely and cool and clean. The outdoor space is good with a large table just outside. The interior is spacious although it was disappointing that there was only one saggy 3 seater sofa for the size of the apartment. The pool is lovely. Although it was mentioned in the description, we didn't realise that you have to pay €300 in cash on arrival. The apartment is in a rural location so there aren't many cashpoints nearby. The costs of cleaning etc are deducted from the deposit at the end. Cristina was great and responded quickly. The WiFi was sometimes hit and miss.

Nicht so wie im Prospekt angegeben

Die Villa ist in einem ungepflegten Zustand. Dusche am Pool geht nicht. Der Rasen und die Sträucher wurden seit langer Zeit nicht mehr geschnitten. Unser Eingang zur Haustür ist fast zugewachsen und sehr schwer begehbar. Wir hatten einen Kinderwagen und kleine Kinder dabei. Um der Pool sind die Platten lose und nicht gut befestigt und begehbar, es sind Stolpersteine vorhanden. Der Pool wird nicht gereinigt. Vor zwei Tagen war ein Gewitter dabei wurde ein großer Ast vom Baum abgerissen der liegt auf dem Boden und keiner räumt den Weg. Die Stühle im Aussenbereich sind defekt und sollten ausgetauscht werden. Ebenfalls ist der Grill in einem schlechten Zustand bzw auf das billigste Modell bezogen. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist insgesamt nicht zu empfehlen, Wasserhahn in der Küche tropft. Die Kaffeemaschine ist zu klein ausgestattet und reicht lediglich für zwei Tassen bei einer Max. Belegung vom bis zu 10 Personen. Der im Prospekt abgebildete Kinderspielplatz ist nicht vorhanden, er wurde hinter der Garage entsorgt Es roch jeden Tag immer wieder fürchterlich nach Schweine was einige Schweineställe die um die Anlage stehen mit sich bringen. Es geht die Bahnlinie in sichtbarer Entfernung unüberhörbar mehrfach die Stunde fast 24 Stunden lang mit über 70 Dezibel, Stechmücken sind unerträglich. Essen draußen war nicht möglich

Appartamento situato in una zona molto tranquilla e facile da raggiungere. Situato 15 minuti dai negozi alimentari, ristoranti e cantine. Spazi esterni molto grandi, ma privacy garantita. L’host è sempre disponibile, gentile e simpatica. Non ci è mancato davvero nulla, l’unica cosa magari era la mancanza di cura degli spazi esterni e ogni tanto l’odore poco piacevole dovuto alla presenza di una fattoria nelle vicinanze.

Très chouette endroit idéalement situé à proximité de Sienne, Arezzo, Cortona, Perugia, Assisse,... La propriété est très belle et bien entretenue. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires L’appartement est spacieux et bien agencé. L'air conditionné est un vrai plus. La qualité de la literie (comme dans beaucoup de gites) n'est malheureusement pas bonne. Lors de notre séjour, le wifi ne fonctionnait pas bien (le technicien devait passer...)

Schöne, abgelegene Umgebung welche aufgrund der Schweine im Nachbarhaus teils stinkt.

Die Vermieter vor Ort sind sehr behilflich. Obwohl die Ferienanlage schön abgelegen liegt, stören die lauten Züge welche Nahe und laut am Grundstück vorbei fahren. Die Wohnung und Anlage ist grosszügig angelegt und sauber. An den Geruch des Schweinestalls in der Nähe muss man sich gewöhnen.

Un très bel endroit pour séjourner, nous étions au rez de chaussée de la bâtisse principale qui comporte 4 logements. Malgré la forte chaleur extérieure le logement reste frais sans la clim (payante 20€/jour au passage). Un peu léger en vaisselle pour un logement 10 personnes, n'hésitez pas à en réclamer en arrivant si c'est encore le cas. Pensez aux anti moustiques car ils étaient très présents début août La piscine est parfaite !

Eine fantastisch gelegene Anlage oben auf einem Hügel mit grandioser Aussicht, einer traumhaften mit Pinien bepflanzten Auffahrt, sehr gepflegtem Pool und schönem Garten. Die Appartments sind mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail geschmack- und stilvoll eingerichtet worden und unsere Familie sowie Gäste haben sich alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Die beiden Vermieterinnen Romina und Roberta, sowie die für die Gäste zuständige Betreuerin Martina, waren sehr zuvorkommend, hatten immer ein offenes Ohr für unsere Fragen, und haben uns zusammen mit ihrem Team ein tolles Geburtstagsdinner mit toskanischen Spezialitäten unter freiem Himmel für unsere 36-köpfige Gesellschaft gezaubert. Hervorragend! Ein toskanischer Traum hat sich für uns erfüllt! It’s a stunning property with a wonderful view, big pool and a lovingly manicured garden. The apartments have been elegantly refurbished with a keen eye for detail and we felt very much at home. Romina and Roberta who own the property, as well as English speaking Martina, were extremely helpful in answering our many questions and helping out where they could. They also prepared and served us a wonderful and lavish 4-course open air birthday dinner with Tuscan delicacies for our party of 36 people. Amazing! If you’re after a Tuscan dream, don’t go past this wonderful property!

We had an excellent stay in this House. If something was missing, they took care about it. The helping of the owner for searching a wine tasting or offering a dinner for 30 people was perfect. Maybe we'll come back soon...
